Nemu
I went electric manip for more knockdowns to support the seismic mechanic. Liberty, Torchbearer, Excelsior, Everlasting Jezebel Delias Level 50 Fire/Elec/Mace Blaster I am the Inner Circle!
Fanta
I rolled a Seismic/Earth a few years ago and thought it was a waste of time. I couldn't have been more wrong. There is so much damage with both sets combined. AoE and single target are both great. Slotting is key.

I want some decent dps I went with Fire. It isn't my favorite Blaster, but it is perfectly fine. Seismic is a nice primary, but I don't think it synergizes particularly well with certain sets.... Fire is 50-50 on the synergy IMO. I think this is my level 50 build. The leveling build was roughly the same, with the sort of standard slotting choices made for sub-50 play (different sets, mules may be different, etc.). I don't run all the toggles. ZorkNemesis
Surprisingly /Ninja was pretty good. I probably skipped more powers than I should have but the big standout is Shinobi's Crit procs which added a good amount of extra damage across the board (even if it was just lethal damage). It was also fun as hell. With a KB>KD in Meteor my opening attacks would often go Meteor > Upthrust > Spring Attack into group and them mop up survivors with the hard hitting sword strikes. Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live.
kelika2
/energy. i found myself sticking with the rock blasts to build seismic charges that the only thing i needed from my secondary was just buildup and sustain power

Second this, pretty good combo, and for me it fit the theme I was trying to rep. And although you asked for Blaster secondaries, I have to give a huge shout out to my Seismic/Storm/Dark Corruptor. Once I experienced Seismic that way I pretty much retired my Seismic blaster. Like PB&J.
SeraphimKensai
Don't sleep on /sonic. Nothing like casting a meteor, and running into a group to debuff them with Disruption Aura to make it hit harder then using deafening wave/upthrust on any survivors.
