Pretty sure I've brought this up before on similar power sets, but ... having to cast Sonic Barrier and Sonic Haven on seven team mates is a royal pain. There are other sets where similar buffs are treated as a wide PBAE - it would be nice if the same could be done here. Pretty much killed any enjoyment I could have playing the character.

I did a windows system restore back to a checkpoint several days ago, seems to have cleared it up.

I recently uninstalled itunes from my pc, now I'm getting this message on startup as well as when I attempt to started up COH from Tequila. Tried downloading and installing the vc redistributable, but it wont let me, saying it's already installed... any ideas?

Ran yet another this evening, we had a pretty good array of powers, though a definite overload of FIRE and STORM this time. :) Pretty decent run, about 54 mins or so. Ran another this evening, pretty smooth run - don't think we had more than a couple deaths. It took about 51sh minutes or so, so great job guys! Group composition: Ice/Cold ( My Character) Plant/Nature Fire/Kin Illusion/Rad Fire/Nature Illusion/Dark x 2 Plant/Trick Arrow So, it was definitely dominated visually by the Plant and Illusion trollers. Always love seeing those masses of swaying vines everywhere. :) A few screenshots:

I have a character that I consider to be "gold" colored, I used parts of the two yellow rows for coloring. Really not sure if this falls under mono-chromatic or not. This whole thing seems kind of vague... -

Ran another this evening, had quite a bit of fun, though it was a bit more difficult than the prior runs. Too many people running off to do their own thing, I guess they must play a scrapper as their main. 😉 Tried to warn them to stick together at the beginning, but, oh well. It took about 1 hr and a minute this time, mostly due to chasing Rom all over the map on the final mission - our holds and knock downs seemed to be mostly ineffectual. I have to say, I visited a number of spots on the map I never knew existed. :) Thanks to everyone who joined! Group Composition: Nature/Ice ( Me ) FF/Beam Rifle Emp/Energy Dark/Dark Emp/Elect Nature/Sonic Time/Psych Blast Trick Arrow/Archery ....Quite an array of powersets. A few screenshots:

While I kind of agree on some of the premise, there are a number of players who are good at using it to bunch up mobs. To me, it's a situational panic button, when I have more high level melee attackers on me than I'm comfortable with. So probably best to leave it alone.

Ran another this evening, pretty good group with about 6 incarnates. Lots of Illusion and Earth representation this time, which made for some interesting chaos. :) We ran it in about 50 minutes, which is pretty good - thanks to all who came! :) Group composition: Plant/Storm ( my character) Illusion/Rad Electric/Electric Illusion/Traps Fire/Earth ( Dominator ) - close enough :) Illusion/Time Illusion/Rad Earth/Storm Some screenshots:

Replace Hydra men with tentacles in the DFB trial

Not a bad idea considering the xp was nerfed in the trial, some AV level tentacles would be good to recover that xp. Though I'd rather have them "in addition" to the muck men, vs replacing them. -

Ran another one this evening - we definitely brought an army with us this time with all the Plant, Fire, and Illusion trollers in the group. :) Pretty fun stuff, made even more fun by the /kin. We pretty much steamrolled the TF, doing it in an excellent 39 minutes. I think 35 mins is my record so far on a kill-most. Good job guys! P2W temp powers, suggested permanence

As an alternative, maybe have a "auto re-up" alternative for each power, so that it keeps refreshing the power when they expire ( with associated cost deducted ), just to save the trip to the P2W vendor. I have been on TFs where my temp fly power has expired, and it's annoying having to make that trip mid TF. -
Makes sense to prevent my ion judgement from hitting the same target multiple times, but not really for two people. If two people hit a spawn with ion, that spawn should be pretty much wiped out.

I've seen this happen often enough, that I wish it could be fixed. I'll fire off my Ion judgement at a large group of mobs, and someone else on the team will do the same at the same time. That other judgement will hit its targets, but leave quite a few standing, while my judgement hits absolutely nothing.... Not sure what's going on unless its my particular target has died in the interim, and the judgement stops there - however, it's supposed to hit multi targets, so I would think if the mob is alive when i begin the animation, it should hit SOMETHING in the area. Very aggravating to repeatedly have my judgement wasted like that.

As anyone knows who frequents the Controller subforum, I do "All-Troller" ITFs on a fairly regular basis. I decided to do something a little different this time, considering I needed threads for one of my brutes - and formed an all brute ITF. I haven't done all melee ITF since way back on live, so wasn't sure what to expect. Took a while to form, but we ended up with a decent range of builds. Maybe 4 incarnates and 4 others of varying levels. One of the team members either disconnected or quit early, not sure which. Builds: War Mace/Shield ( My Brute) SS/Bio Savage/Fire Psi/Energy Street/Shield Dual Blade/Regen MA/WP War Mace/Energy It didn't take quite as long as I was expecting - about 54 minutes, which is average for most PUGs. and not bad at all considering we were one man short . I guess brute force ( pun intended ) makes up for the lack of buffs/debuffs. :) Great fun guys, and thanks to all who joined! A few screenshots. You can actually SEE some of the players, which isn't typical on a troller ITF. :)

Which sets would you like to see for Domis / Trollers?

No opinion on Dominators, but for Trollers Wind and Water Control. I'd love something a bit more esoteric called Aquatic or Sea Control - which would be a hybrid of Plant, Water, and Dark Controls. ( i.e. Writhing seaweeds and Tentacles like Plant/Darkness control, Water spouts, Whirlpools like water blast, but with fish swimming around in it, etc - you get the gist ) Probably a bit more ambitious than the prior two though. :) -
Expand the Peregrine Island radio mission enemy group pool?

Yeah, I've seen this suggested multiple times .... Most radio teams limit to Council, it would be nice to have more choices that aren't a royal pain for a PUG to do. I'd love to see the following added: Freak Show, Sky Raiders, 5th Column, Nemesis, Rikti, and Family. -
