I'm gonna say... Levitate/Lift (Mind Control/Gravity control). Sure, it's not super flashy, it's a single-target power and gets outclassed pretty quickly, but I have a fondness for it. Mostly cuz when I was new, I didn't think much of the game and was thinking of quitting, when I joined a PuG, and saw dudes getting THROWN IN THE AIR! I was like "Woah, wtf was THAT?!" and the player told me "Levitate, from Mind Control!" So I rolled a Mind/Kin, who wound up being my Main Character all through Live and here on HC 🙂

Just a thought about the tiers: Shouldn't there be a tier where Hybrid Assault is allowed to be equipped for the passive bonus, but not clicked/used for the double-hit/chance for build up bonus? Or where Incarnate click powers aren't allowed (Destiny, Judgement, etc), but the passives like Alpha, are? It just seems to go from "everything but Lore is okay" to "All banned", and it feels kinda abrupt. Though, I guess the time for that sort of thing has passed. In any event, I'm going to try and throw my hat in the ring for the office challenge, but I'm waiting until I can reliably get a time under 10 minutes (that one side room always throws me and I have to go back) >_>

I get an "unable to connect" message when I click that link... shouldn't it be 127.0.0.1? I tried changing it to that, and it still wouldn't work. Issue with Firefox, maybe? But yeah, the parse buttons didn't work on the html interface when I open them directly. If I try using ctrl + shift + C, it opens up Firefox's debug panel, not intended, I presume? Also, sent the log that wouldn't open. Happy hunting 😃

Aaand no sooner do I get it working once when I run into an issue... Command program said this, and refused to spit out a parse: thread 'main' panicked at src\db_actions.rs:705:29: Unable to update summary row: DatabaseError(CheckViolation, "CHECK constraint failed: (last_line_number > first_line_number)") note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace *Shrugs* @KaizenSoze, any idea what that's all about? Okay, so, what happened was I was in a mission, died, signed out and did a parse. It worked. I went back in, tried the mission over again, completed it, tried to parse again... and that's what wouldn't work. I revived the old chat log, copypasta'd the text from the new log into the old one, put it back in my log directory, and THAT now worked. ?_?

So, I was having trouble getting this to work, but I'll document here what I did to solve the issue, for any others who are confused on how this is supposed to work. You can't just double-click the .bat file and have it work. The Options in the README cannot be input into the program itself, like what one may expect. Instead, you have to EDIT the .bat file using Notepad, and input the options that you want (so that it says something like start cmd /k .\cyclops.exe --logdir D:\Homecoming\accounts\YourName\Logs , then save the file, close it, then run it). This isn't listed in the ReadMe anywhere, as it's probably second nature to folks used to running command line programs and such. But it took me a solid half hour to figure this out. Hopefully, others find this useful, as well.

So, I was all ready to submit a time of ~12 minutes, when I realized it was supposed to be done at +4/x8. I only did 0/x8. I've been trying +4/x8 for an hour but keep dying =( Devs buff Mind plz k thanks.

Well that's the rub: Flight, stength and durability AREN'T her powers, those are the powers she permanently absorbed from Carol Danvers. So he'd probably get nothing XD

It took me a solid 90-something capsules to get the CoT and Rikti badges. I decided to go for broke and open an even 100 cuz why not. Feeling a bit slighted that RNGesus was not on my side, apparently, based on the other replies here.

On a Mind Controller, the "draw in and AoE immob" is a pretty big improvement over "push away", and the AoE damage from Levitate is the chef's kiss on top. Note that while using Levitate will turn off TK, the enemies will still stay immob'd for a few seconds, letting you get another containment-boosted AoE attack in. Also, if your anchor dies without you having used Levitate, you can still target them with Levitate to get the splash damage on the surrounding targets. The power still takes finesse to use, though. TK will try to keep foes 40-ish feet away from you, so it's not super easy to run into melee. Though you can use this to drag foes around, or even pull them into the air! It's fun =)

Look in hc launcher for an option to "reset graphics on next run", and see what that does?

Yeah, it takes next to nothing to make hundreds of bids for 1 inf to make demand look higher for an item. Which I'm sure people do (never post an item for 5 inf unless you're prepared to lose it for half the going rate)!

The Blue room, love that it was finally "made canon" in the Peicemeal personal story, instead of a leftover novelty. But also agreed with the easter egg room in Faultline and the skyview dome in AP =)

Oh oh oh, I think I've heard of this one! Try lowering your graphics settings; particularily turn off the experimental stuff, like cel shading or outlines if you have those on. Apparently the base editor doesn't play nice with them.

Here I am still taking my time getting the "all one AT" badge on a single character. Kinda hate you, but that's just envy speaking. Congrats!

Are you sure you're typing out the names correctly? Like maybe you have "Illusionary Lary" but one of those "L"s is an uppercase "i" (or vice versa) because someone else got the name first? And you're just so used to calling him what his name is SUPPOSED to be that you forgot which letter got swapped? Alternately, are you sure these aren't characters of yours on an alt account? Otherwise... idk =/

Tell me you write Sally slashfics without saying you write Sally slashfics XD (also, say that sentence 5 times fast) Jk, but yeah, there's no "body", the Sally we see in game is literally just the head and neck; the flippers were added to the mini pet because the devs thought it looked cute. Guess it was easier than rigging an entire body? Idk.

The only lore you need to know is that while everything is a Nemesis plot, everything is also really Marcus Cole's fault. =P But no, for reals, I think a lore subforum would be neat, too!

One caveat here: ID's mez protection is NOT AoE, only the damage resistance portion. Unless that got changed, but the OG devs were pretty stingy about aoe mez protection until they introduced Clarion.

For what it's worth, I already have the Wedding Band, and the arc gave me "Wedding Band (Echo)", which has a 5 minute total use time, instead of 2 hours.

I thought the "all the same AT TF" badge was broken? Or did you luck out some how? Speaking of luck, I joined 3 TFs yesterday... no dice on diversity badge. Everyone else was playing blasters and scrappers, fml XD

A bit late, but, I felt a bit weird answering 2-20 billion, as my total cash on hand is maybe 4 billion at the most, definitely on the low end of that option. Especially considering the relatively small range of some of the other options.
