  1. What are the odds I was trying out my Psi/Regen Scrapper and Rad/Regen Sentinel. My results were pretty much the same, though a respec on my scrapper did make a difference. Though mainly because it was one of my first chars, and there were some poor choices on live. 😉
  2. Just to tag along on this. A lot of the early game is a little easier with more access to more temp powers, movement, and better enhancements. The big thing is just the grind of if you die having to hospital to Atlas, walk back to the hollows, then survive to the mission door again. A lot of that got easier pre-shutdown, but it was a hurdle early days.
  3. I would like to see the source of this claim, I couldn’t find it.   4. I will note that I took my Elec/Time Controller thru a mission just to check out the new control bits and the noticeable difference was I blew thru it. I wasn't doing anything very difficult, but this is something that should be tested, not just read.

  6. Scrappers could maybe get an either/or. I often have my scrappers stealthing around, but not always.
  7. There do seem to be some topics that need a pinned FAQ to say "This has been discussed a few times before, here's why we haven't done it"
  8. Apples and Oranges probably. Patrol XP is in a bunch of different calculations and not that many people feel like you do. Though I doubt it would be any harder than to turn off main XP? I have seen people gripe about salvage more so, but I also don't find it an issue. Now, will be getting badges for reject salvage?
  9. I think testing on a tanker might be issue with figuring out the numbers. Running a scrapper or Brute with one of the non-affected power sets might give us a better idea on how much mob regen is being an issue. Though mob regen will be more an issue with lower DPS chars. (Defenders maybe, I think they've been ignored...)
  10. I'll ask a dev, but with the change in damage for the tri-cannon, I'm getting the idea that on average, you'll do 33% more damage.
  11. I just looked at the stats for a level 37 Arsenal controller on live & open beta. Live, Tri-Gatling shows Average Damage at 73.92 Beta, it shows Average damage of 145.01 Where are you showing the nerf bit?
  12. I don't think there is a mechanism for targeting only once you have certain badges or souvenirs. (And could be confusing for some, even it did straighten out some lore bits. Currently, you can just be clued in by one of your compatriots)

  14. I did a few leveling run thrus and did a few copies of chars and then rejiggered for changes. I also did some "copies" where my alt account ran the test and on live I ran the same missions. Not enough time in RL to do much in depth stuff since Open though. (and a bit before)
  15. I'm seeing more that there's less impact, but I'll admit that's just how it feels to me. On the mention that speed runners are getting the most out of this, I'm not sure of that. The complicated task trees and walls of text sort of run counter to that. On speed runs in the game, most of the speed I see are with people that have run that content numerous times.
  16. The persistent versions on city maps can be reset by deleting the file. (which takes a little investigation, often by deleting the character's touched file, but it's a sledgehammer approach, and I think you have to reboot the client as well) It would be a nice thing to be able to reset the state as you suggest. Possibly by just hitting reveal again?
  17. Missing elevators in "Kick Wyvern out of the Slough" on the first floor. Entering the elevator (no click) moves you to the next floor which has doors on the elevators. Zone/Mission: WYVERN_FLP_TINY Position: [414.3 268.0 218.3]

  19. While I haven't done +4/x8, I copied over my Psychic/Regen scrapper and did a light respec. I didn't take either sorcery or the fighting pool. They definitely are more doing better than on live.
  20. Ran this yesterday and then ran it again via Ouro. Just double checked with that char and saw it listed in Ouro properly. And checked another character that had not done that tip and confirmed that they did not see it.
  21. The only way is via Eden, and I don't think pure villains can go there.
  22. You do realize, Kallisti was never going to be a low level zone from the original developers? And HC already made known what their vision was going to be? I prefer the path they took, players do seem to want more stuff in the upper levels to do.
  23. Went thru a few groups with my rad/regen sentinel. Second Wind isn't worth hitting until you're down HP. However, I notice the same on live. My regen rate is peaking at around 130 hp/sec instead of the 67 that the live version is. And that's with the same slotting since Dismiss Pain & Ailment Resistance take what I had in there. (Four Panacea)
  24. Pretty sure your tank will be fine. I have both tanks & brutes for farming and I find my brutes are slightly faster for active farming, and tanks are better for AFK, but it's a slight difference and my best version is running a couple brutes with one tank. Not worth redoing anything for though. I think most of the changes are fairly benign to the average player. Top end players who squeeze out every bit of performance probably will see changes.
  25. Badge for set numbers, but since they're always adding to them, I doubt there will ever be a badge for all.
