  1. Level 1 of blue and red can enter Recluse Victory and get the portal. And they can use the hatch in Pocket D if they don't want to enter via Atlas or Grandville. Gold can get the portal, but they can't enter it. (though I think the only was they can get it is to do an ouro mission via a base crystal, so level 14?)
  2. I have always thought of it as a repeated item that has the tendency to drown out other input. Examples, lots of unsolicited emails, or a repeated phrase in chat. (Like someone forgetting that they have general selected and they keep hitting their f10 key....)
  3. "IF" the code is similar to the invasion code that is in the SCORE, difficulty has nothing to do with it. iirc, team size can modify level based enemies like for the halloween event. There are definitely some differences though. I do get the feeling that for the MS event, it's just number of characters that determine the spawn rate, but there may be a minimum level. I had a level 18 char in a MS zone and nothing appeared near them. (there could have been a timing issue)

Wonder if we could have certain spots in the various zones where the MS would be active, spots that are still fast to get to, but far enough from the usual pathing of people doing regular content? (Though I believe I saw a dev mention they were going to look into the lag issue) Two weeks is a good run for it. Gives enough time for people that might be busy to still check it out. If a badge is ever connected to it, then that would be a minimum time.
  5. I have two common, two uncommon, and three rare for salvage. Pretty evenly distributed (five each of common & uncommon). Seems to work well enough since I tend to just make what's needed at the time. If I'm doing something market related, then I tend to do it where I can access the market
  6. I'm pretty happy with my MA/Regen Brute. Not the toughest, but bounces back very quickly and lots of fun.

  8. That's already active. You can invite the team to a league just by inviting the leader to the league. Either right click or /li

  10. Ah. I was having issues moving a room and I think it may have been stuff stuck in the wall that caused my issue. I had other rooms that I could move around, but not that one. I wound up doing upgrade plot and moved the plot instead of the actual room.
  11. Are you sure you didn't already have them? If they are no where in the recent, you could see if a GM can check the grant date on them. (which would help debug anyway)
  12. Maybe have UTC displayed next to server status? At least most announcements mention what timezone is being used.
  13. I thought there were hubs. Victory-229 was an early one. (Oh! Tour Hubs!)
  14. Oh, and for creating the decals, you have to change your SG Emblem in the SG settings. (Works for Banners) Change SG Emblem, get your item that needs placement, repeat. Supergroup floor plates are in the Surfaces Category. (Or just use the search) The Supergroup floor plate is then rotated to be upright.

  19. A single set that gave bonuses to heal & recovery would probably be fine. The bonuses would have to make it worth more than the typical frankenslotting you see in those powers. Though a lot of those powers wouldn't need recharge or end reduction. So might just be a four piece set. It's just a thought experiment.
  20. There are a few powers that do both End Mod & Heal. Cauterizing Aura from Fire Manip. (A few of the Blaster Secondaries have it)
  21. I did test this out by picking up he same Tina mission. If the character stayed in PI and a team member killed something in Brickstown, it did not count. If the character was in Brickstown and the team member was down south in Bricks, it counted.
  22. No but I got scolded about optics. After I explained the effect was because of the multiple layers of lens that the triple photo showed and at a slight angle, different components of the light reflected inside the lens where the person was complaining about my obvious manipulation. 😄
  23. You mention Team Members? The mission owner needs to be in zone for them to count. I'm not noting a range restriction though.
