I find TT to be a little inconsistent with train missions even when solo, though I did use it to do some of the Primal missions with a Praetorian. That being the case, I like doing the last Posi 1 mission from Ouro because it's a quick hop from the hospital

Looks like on Beta it's no longer generating more and more mobs. Still looks like a tough group, and another group spawns when you attack, but it doesn't add more after that. Or Maybe not. Hmm. First two portals were just a little tougher. Third spawned more, but did stop adding just more and more. Fourth was fairly normal. I think it's still broken, but not as badly broken as we first saw it.

You can hunt all the various GMs, just not stand in one area and continue collecting the same reward. Devs are always going to be doing wack-a-mole with player behaviours that they feel harm the rest of the player base, no matter which game.

I did this combo fairly recently and I'm 90% there is a better build out there, but this works for a lot situations, and bounces back well. buildsavefile from the game, though opens in Mids well enough. rubberbandgirl.txt

No, they removed the level scaling some time ago. Same patch that gave us infiltration. Oh, and other than cosmetically, Ninja Run, Athletic Run, and Beast Run are identical.

I'd have to double check if speed boost will do it, but Siphon Speed will only get you up to the 92.5 mph cap. Superspeed gets up to a 120.24 cap. So no, you're not getting to super speed max. My casually slotted Electric brute can run around without a travel power at around 72 mph. Screwing around on beta, I could see getting to that 92.5 cap with infiltration if you sink some slots into that.

Beta is where I'll screw around with builds more. I use Mids to look at other builds and use the export to load a beta char

That wall at King Garment Works is not a high leap. You can do a standing jump with the three START runs to the top of that wall. I have a few chars that don't have a travel power and just get around with that and sprint, plus a flight power for when needed. None of those are faster than the actual travel powers. You can get fairly fast and some AT power sets do give some movement bonuses, plus set.

There are a couple disconnects like that, though sometimes it's that you sneak into an office that has access to the part of the sewer (or visa versa)

For Regen as a secondary, I'd go Brute because of the higher hit points gives you more regen. I have a Martial Arts Brute with regen that is fun to play, though it's definitely not my best survivable brute. (Same goes for my Psi/Regen Scrapper)

Better than turning off XP or slowing it down would be an option to say "I do not want to go past level X" Or the ability to do any contacts missions that you have outleveled and being set to their max level like how Mayhem & Safeguards work via the two repeating contacts. -

Check your combat logs to see what is pulled. And it is a PBAOE, so targetting isn't going to do anything. 100' range with a chance of up to 16 targets.

The only time your level changes in a TF is if you are sidekicked and gain the level the TF owner is at.

My first char was fire/fire/fire. So much face planting. I did reroll her on HC as Fire/Time which has been fun, but I did make a fire^3. Once you have Rise, it's just part of the rotation. That said, my fire blasters are beasts throwing out enough damage that most things are dead before they become an issue.

Current S.T.A.R.T. S.T.A.R.T. Vendors are located in the tutorials, in the starting zones (Atlas Park, Mercy Island, and Nova Praetoria), Pocket D, Grandville, Firebase Zulu, Fort Trident, The Crucible, and Echo Plaza. During the Winter Event, a S.T.A.R.T. vendor is located in the Winter Forest. I'd like to see them added to RWZ, Abyss, Hive, and PI. (PI just to mirror Grandville)

I had to scroll up to be sure this wasn't an old thread. Necro on stuff that has changed completely is pretty annoying. Some of the necro threads have been alright. Mods seem to be doing fine on locking the ones that should stay dead. Maybe a popup that says "Are you sure you want to perform necromancy on a dead equine?"

Somewhere between 1 and 50+. Though I think my latest to finally put in a decent build has been vet level 14. Oh oh, just looked at my spread sheet and one of my tanks that is marked to need a respec is vet level 145... (She's good, but could be a lot better) Normally, I play it by ear until I hit 50 when I tend to respec, put all the lower than 50 IOs into storage and kit the character out. I have been being better about slotting some sets earlier, but it's still not heavily looked into.

Dr Aeon and the rugs in the last Max mission. Mayhem missions. And a bunch of others with triggers when you get to a certain spot. Just not all have something visible. Other than Hess, other one that used to do this was the second Heckenburg Nemesis mission, but now you just get kicked out. And Hard Mode Lady Grey now has an escape at the end. Reichsman is one. There's also the First Ward mission with Praetor White. Iirc, Antimatter is in another one. Ajax in Sharkhead.

Didn't matter if a villain or hero started the TF, Todd will con hostile to redside. If all are villains, Todd will con non-hostile.

For something fairly low key, I'd like a tune up on history plaques that told said which ones we have done. And if we did a reward, for them, maybe some brainstorm salvage, but no rewards are necessary.
