Even with all the enhancements, I still think investing in a fully optioned CP is a waste of slots. That's just me though. Tried it on a rebuild once. Got tight on slots and CP really didn't add much. Also took a bite out of my overall survivability.

Why not just live dangerously? DGAF?

Post your build. Betting that we can toughen up the build... THEN you'll understand "tough enough". Okay, CURRENTLY Stone tanks are generally the toughest. You can cap out Defense, Resist and Regen. It's just that there are some downsides to playing Stoners. Outside of that, Invuln can be built into a Tank that's essentially 99.9% as tough as a Stoner. WITHOUT the crippling downsides.

Kiddo. It's not my problem that I have a vocabulary that's larger than 50 words and doesn't consist of mostly swear words. And "elder millennial"? Ain't no such animal...yet. Give it another 10-15 years. Then we'll talk. -

People profligately using "boomer" are generally snotnosed late millennials or later and deliberate trolls. And if you want to see boomers? Those twin tubes are BOOMERS! -
Are you excited about the future of the MCU?

Well. Have seen Eternals. Again with the "In theaters, but sound mix is for streaming" issues. It wasn't as bad as Dune (and was probably cleaned up last-minute because of Dune), but it was still a bit too Phil Spector. And while, with Eternals, you KNOW you're in for CGI, a film doesn't HAVE to be dark and washed out to make the CGI pop better. The story itself flips back and forth through multiple historical periods (Uh. HE-LLOOOOO! "Eternals?" 😉 ) showing their continuity through history. You do assemble a fairly good understanding of the characters and their story arc. I can't really say the moving was engaging (at least for me). I feel it was "okay". And anyone familiar with the Ultimates universe will see the twist coming from a mile away. I dunno. I'm kind of at a loss for words on how to review this film better. -

Unlike me. I've been 29 for the last 19 years! -

You might. But the Mouse-Haus is notoriously tightfisted and cut-throat. Ask Alan Dean Foster, Neil Gaiman and a host of other authors about it... -

Shang Chi took 150-200M to make. (Hollywood accounting.) Normally they would have to make 3x the production cost to break even. They're barely past 400M. Honestly, RT's ratings from pro reviewers is worthless. So God only knows how Eternals is going to do. Eternals is fairly funky subject matter. Even within the purview of a universe where guys stick to walls and aliens wipe out half the universe by snapping their fingers. -
An avatar creator's easy (relatively). It's just building out from the Unreal Engine's pre-existing tools. Zooming through a bare test zone isn't particularly noteworthy. Writing content isn't impressive either. Because they haven't actually implemented a mission building system. Again, this has been going on 8 years. Through several versions of the Unreal Engine. The main drag is they've had to teach themselves EVERYTHING, from "You've installed the software. GO!" At this rate, we MIGHT see an early Alpha release some time in the mid 2030's.

If I'm flat out not taking damage, why do I need a Chance To Heal? My standard loadout for Health is Panacea Proc, Numina Unique, Miracle Unique. Slotted when available it ameliorates a lot of early game End woes. In late game, the focus is on maintaining the fastest, most damaging attach chain you can manage. WITHOUT running out of End. This way I get a chance to Heal (whether I need it or not), a Regen bump (again whether I need it or not) and +25% Recovery. And it's always there. Always running. Maybe it's not the BEST use of Health slots. But it's one of the most efficient.

Precisely. Immortality comes in depth of mitigation. Going "I have 1000% Defense!" Okay great. Up until the enemy debuffs you to nothing or bypass your Defense with superior ToHit. Then, because you've neglected everything else, you're frenching floor. Once you get your defenses to just a smidge over soft-cap, look at improving Resist, Regen, Damage Output, etc. This way, if something starts being able to RELIABLY bypass/eliminate your Defense, it still takes them a while to chew through the "gristle".

Where do you think AFK farming came from?

If you're going to put something on Auto, make it Hasten. More damage output potential.

No. Dull Pain is nice. But on a high end Invuln it becomes an afterthought. Sorry. A lot of times, people use it ONLY for the heal. They forget to use it at opportune times. There are better ways to mule. In PhysPerf, it's essentially "Always On" with a (lower overall) chance to trigger. This goes DOUBLE for the Numina uniques. It's "set and forget" that way.
