As I said above. Spring Attack is a waste of a power selection. If it did proper damage and had a SANE recharge compared to other such powers? Maybe then. But right now? I'd rather invest slots in BRAWL than waste the prerequisite power selections and slot investment for SA. Example.

Basically Fire Tanks are now Fire TANKS, and not back-door Scrapper/Brutes. They can be built RIDICULOUSLY tough, with some nasty tricks for multiplying damage output.

I loved the Raimi Spider-Man for what it was at the time. McGuire got the Nerdy Parker part right. But McGuire couldn't deliver *snappy* dialog (CRITICAL FOR SPIDEY) to save his soul. EVERYTHING for him is slow and mush-mouthed. Garfield's Spider-Man was better for Spidey, but played Parker too "cool". Honestly, while some people have problem with the Holland depiction of Parker/Spidey, he's actually about the best-rounded of the three. Saw Loki. Was interesting, but ultimately it was a masturbation fantasy. Didn't see WandaVision. Don't give a damn about another Captain Marvel flick. Black Panther was kinda lightning in a bottle. It's probably best just to move on. Shang Chi was, at best, a mildly less than annoying mess of a film. If you want to see what the bus fight of the film COULD have been? Go watch "Nobody". what If? has had some interesting premises. Black Widow was a mess. And it should have been released about 5 years ago by someone who actually gave a damn about the project. The film is all flash. The second Spider-Man film was decent. And trying to stay fair and balanced on the third. But damn with the cross-reality storyline, resurrecting well done villains and the Spidey crossover. The nearly-dead comic book geek in me is squeeing harder than an MLP convention with REAL MAGICAL PONIES!

That and the "Stupid Camera Tricks" problems with teleport in the game. Though it's possible to bind it to do "Teleport to TARGET" instead of using the placement halo. If only Spring Attack was worth a damn. Shield-Charge --> Spring Attack --> Foot Stomp would be a MONSTER combo. Like being caught up in an earthquake.

I've already tested Win11. However, I'm going to give it at least a year of patching before I allow it even a modicum of trust.

I have a DP/Inv. And it's a thing of beauty.

Not going to say that the answer is "no". But the chances of this happening are slimmer than spontaneously exploding. We don't have Issue 12-13 code. Building a set of server code to simulate I12-13 would require extensive development. We would then have multiple code branches that would need maintenance. We would need a separate and totally segregated server instance. Separate mail system, separate market, etc.

NOTHING works to mitigate a Rage crash. Your damage, regardless of enhancement, adjacent powers, inspy use or buffs HAVE ZERO EFFECT. The buffs are still there, they're just overridden. Once the crash duration passes, you get your damage back with all the still running boosts.

Take me. Before I learned about Mids, Hyperstrike went for over 13 levels with ZERO ENHANCEMENTS (possibly as many as 16, I don't remember)! Also, I'd done all the humorous things ignorant people do. Six slotted brawl. Left all attacks single slotted while "filling up" armors . What? Pay attention in the Tutorial? DON'T BE SILLY! And dear freaking Tankers! My first attemptS at Terra Volta were was a horrendous series of frantic, angry kicks to the nuts by a dedicated crowd wearing spiked taser boots. If I can help people avoid that kind of play experience, and give them the survivability and time to begin UNDERSTANDING what makes these builds tick, I count that as a win.

The entire thing is a series of compromises to obtain maximum steady-state Resists (without depending on Melee Incarnates or .RoP). Rad doesn't have a Damage aura to drop them in.
