  1. Right there with you on the Necro MM but I went /Electric and it feels amazing soloing lvl 54 av's, and +4/x8 incarnate missions. Of course I love my Peacebringer - Peacebomber build, but haven't ventured into Warshades. Which are you liking more PB or WS? Widow... Since your widow is still a spiderling I say keep doing what you're doing - just slot dominate with lvl appropriate dmg procs asap to pack a little punch. Fort dmg feels undesirable in preincarnate content without mixing in Aurora Of Confusion and Psychic Wail. I've been messing with a melee hybrid build using electric affinity with the +heal procs like I used in my Night Widow video. I managed to get the end reduction in slots + cardiac to not require ageless using barrier instead. Then for fun to layer on the defensive's I slotted the -tohit interface, void judgement for -dmg, and even grabbed both the T3 Resist and Def Melee hybrids for giggles really. Truly the sturdiest widow build I've played, although still there are moments low base HP slaps all those stacked numbers into the dirt. I did not respec my Fort build into flying yet. The aforementioned Necro MM has me hocked. Using Fly instead of the jetpack won't change much except within no temp power difficulty settings, and to have an organic power feel.
  2. I'm currently using all three attacks with only life drain slotted for healing. The other two have 1 acc/Dmg/end slotted. I use the spectres as temp tank pets. They taunt the target - very handy to absorb single target hits. I ran my necro through some level 54 avs solo and the spectres did their job well distracting away from the fragile zombies. Idk if all 3 attacks are necessary with the summoning chance being 70%, hit check not required. But when making it a priority to keep at least one spectre summoned there are moments I wish I had a 4th attack to keep pumping out spectres. I'll be using all 3 at least until a build change requires attack(s) be sacrificed.
  3. I'm way late but I think you have a job at Twitter if Musk isn't actually clearing house ^.^
  4. I was distracted with other changes that superspeed stealth radius and my fortunas hide not stacking stealth radius went unnoticed while reading the notes, and frankly wasn't testing stealth radius before release. ...I thought I was drunk last night or the game was bugged when my toon kept getting noticed. What is the actual point of this? I can toggle two skills but only one works? What am I missing??
  5. Here are the two builds for Grav/Psi. Both builds are identical except for Dimension Shift used in build #1, and Fold Space in build #2. These aren't what I would use for leveling. If you want a leveling build we can try to put one together. As QuijJon was saying though, gravity isn't the best at hard control, mainly cause wormhole can be spotty with targeting, and dimension shift being the soft control is situational, but very powerful if used in strategic ways. Gravity is a little bit of chaos and controls mixed together to crowd control. If you want pure hard control I've read great things about Earth - I'd look there. I digress since you asked about Gravity. #1 Dimension Shift I love dimension shift when fighting tougher mobs such as arachnos. If I'm taking too much damage Ill place dimension shift usually on top of myself as I'm in melee range with my main targets - cutting off ranged damaged outside of the bubble, and also creating a target cap of ? (unsure of max target cap but it cuts off allowing new enemies to phase shift as they enter). It can be confusing or annoying for teammates when used. That's where I prefer build #2 using Fold Space. #2 Fold Space Drops Dimension Shift and Hoarfrost. Its just fun to gather mobs quickly on top of wormhole. Fold Space in many maps isn't much of an improvement since Singularity's vortex draws enemies closer, but is very useful for the really wide spread mobs. #3 Leveling build I'd have to mess with enhancement placement for perma dom as early as possible - ignoring defense bonuses. Dropping fighting pool if possible to take Spirit Ward to shield Singularity, greatly boosting its survivability. In the past I leveled with Spirit Ward instead of teleport target but have come to worship TT for my grav dom.
  6. I do not know about the history or implantation date of the KB to KD working in wormhole. This can be said about any power that someone wants to slot the KB to KD IO. Losing 1 set bonus most likely isn't going to make or break the build. ... I did vote to add a knockback cancel toggle cause I would prefer to have the extra bonus, but its not a power set breaker. I too have gone the 0 damage approach using control sets other than gravity, and was very comfortable there. Glad you enjoy the play style, but there are other methods. The regeneration rate from drain psy can be increased to provide max regen rate which feels like a constant heal rather than a slow trickle of HP coming in. Throw out worm hole, the aoe hold (don't remeber name), singy pulling in, knocking down, holding, and immolizing mobs, psychic scream disorienting mobs, fire orb procs drawing aggro and disorienting mobs, ice mastery if you take it slowing recharge and run speed - sleet causes mobs to fall. Coupled with drain psy you've got great control and survivability. It is very much a crowd control set, but accomplishes the control aspect in a different way - through the leveraging of mob placements. Singularity is a huge part of gravity's ability to crowd control. All Dominator primaries are crowd controllers whether your personal definition fits the mold or not. My Grav/Psi runs +4/x8 very well, and has solo'd some av's. To OP: I made alterations to my Grav/Psi last night since the release of page 5. I didn't have time last night ot comb through it after moving skills around to fit the level of skills availability. I will finish that tonight and share the build. Also,f i you would like to see build in game I'd be happy to show you. Quijon may have a badass fire dom but they really aren't giving credit due between the great synergy of grav/psi. No, I am not saying its the bestest most powerful dom combo. But it works well and I find it really fun.
  7. Thank you - been over a year+ since making the op and really just the two of you have complimented the format, thank you 🙂 Its been more for myself at this point- considering the lack of post-engagement, but get a little boost to continue editing knowing someone else is reading it. Tyty
  8. Id just make sure to have a solid single target attack chain - can vary depending if you're specing ranged/melee/hybrid. Take an AoE or two, either Spin, Psychic Tornado, and/or Psychic Scream. I Prefer tornado for the range and the +rch proc. Psychic Scream can be useful using the ATO -DMG and chance to terrorize it procs lots here. Spin is just fun to feel more scrapper/stalker like but the radius is a downfall. Otherwise, if you share what you're currently running we can focus in on your style. I run Super Speed because its faster, the phase shift skill is convenient when rushing through maps, and it has a stealth bonus without slotting for it. If I run Super Speed, Sprint + stealth, and Mask Presence the invisibility is even better. While not necessary by any means having the extra invisibility radius, the speed and phase shift keep me. Plus, I use small longbow jet pack as my fly when needed. I might spec fly just because of your comment, just because ^.^
  9. Will share my Grav/Psi build when I get home. I strongly disagree with this opinion. Gravity is one of the best pairings with Psi because of the ability to leverage Singularity to draw mobs closer together, and then use Psi Drain. Knockback to knockdown solves this problem. Enemies that are left behind can be pulled in with singularity by positioning singy with teleport target. Otherwise they will eventually run over to you. Lift is a great DPA power paired with PSI secondary to help kill those psi resistance enemies. Gravity lacks in the ability to stop incoming damage compared to other control sets, but PSI Drain greatly boosts your survivability. ... build to come ...
  10. Sorry late reply I've been mia. I need to rework some of the builds to show how it can be done cheaper the latecomer probably included. Many of the builds I posted started from a base build and overtime I apparently was too lazy or simply overlooked that I can change out the expensive IOs that don't have a set bonus I need, anymore. When I get to comp I'll look over the latecomer build and see what adjustments I can make. You're prob way past needing a reply, but just in case...
  11. Between the two, AoC. Its an offensive and defensive skill. It has longer duration than TD as well. Use AoC before engaging to avoid alpha strike, or during a rough spot to help survive. Rularuu and longbow are tough. Arachnos, and any -Def mobs can be tough but very doable. I love CT: Offensive but all my Fort builds well off without it. For -Def mobs, having Touch/Weave is great, in my experience. I just came back to my Fort after some time away and changed his build back to a Max Defense - incarnate content, and -acc debuff build. And its got to be one of the safest builds I've played. It doesn't have to lean into confuse powers. If you want to feel strong against -def debuffs build as much defense as possible. I'm not on my main comp at the moment, but my build is running around (I think...) 63% ranged/AoE, and ~66% melee defenses. Couples with dark epic pool for -acc in dark obliteration, and just for the hell of stacking -acc from darkest night + running the degen(?) interface applying further -acc. I'm loving the above set-up vs the little fluffier versions that laid more into controls.
  12. Thanks for checking it out. It's about time to comb through it again. See if another half-year as brought a smidge of wisdom, or maybe a sobered mind ^.^
  13. Tested TS on my peacebringer, wow! I didn't know exactly how much I'd love it but now other desirable changes are just extra cherries on top cause... Zipping between forms while maintaining flight is so amusing and fun. Of course can now make a triform defence toggle build that utilizes human for tougher moments. Eagerly awaiting live! Thank you for making this happen 😃
  14. "Characters at Level 50 can no longer earn experience towards the Veteran Level rewards (Veteran Badges, Incarnate Threads, and Empyrean Merits) from Architect Entertainment content; this does not apply to Incarnate Slot Experience which can still be earned in AE." Can anyone tell me why? Was this an issue? ... move level 50s away from AE to other content...? *phasing out* Wwwhhh....?
  15. I've some listed in my PB forum (ignore the typos 😛 - but the binds/macros where gone over by myself and another person so I believe they are all correctly typed) you can switch out skill names and icons. In the first post scroll to (and press the drop down menu "reveal hidden contents". Within the drop down menu you will also find the URL for macro images if you want to go that route vs binds. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uHUi6BWFTYj4wbfGBs3LjZL88Fym6B-8EwDr18YZcY8/edit#gid=0 If you have questions on making a specific bind- ask away.
  16. Just tested this and found this is not how the global heal is functioning. .... I have the heal proc slotted in Bright Nova Bolt. It procs in Nova, Human, and Dwarf forms. I can't say which skills its not procing just that it is indeed procing in all three forms while slotted in Bright Nova Bolt, at least. I have not changed the slotting to test further.
  17. Been playing around with a Grav/Psi. Drain Psyche really compliments Gravity control. Singularity using Knockback to knockdown will pull mobs tightly in so you can get a good drain. My Dom easily gets ~110 HP/sec. I use the Dominator Fiery Orb proc in the AoE immobilize, the orbs will draw aggro off you. Dimension Shift can be extremely useful solo. If the enemy count becomes too much to handle cast it on top of your self (assuming youre standing in melee range of your current targets). This will allow you to Knockout some baddies while all other mobs outside of the maximum target limit can't hit you for 20 seconds. Can also use to shield damage by jumping out of combat and casting on top of yourself or casting on mobs outside of melee range. This combo also took on a couple 53 AV's solo. A most recent favorite Dom combo. Very fun. No propel is not needed. Lift works great.
  18. Updated build to include Glowing Touch. Coming back to PB forums and skimming through I saw comments about PB builds not included Glowing Touch. I've always loved the idea of spot healing on my PB. So here it is. With little penalty I gave up 1 LoTG and 1 - 6% psi resist. The LoTG loss is essentially covered by the 4 +rch procs in the build. And the -6% psi is covered with Cosmic Balance: "...your Damage Resistance will increase for each nearby Scrapper, Brute, Stalker or Blaster teammate..." Excited to be back around on the Peacebomber
  19. Within the last week I was using propel with -kb on grav dom and it worked fine at +4. Were you fighting even/lower level mobs? If so I'm almost certain you'll experience knockback.
  20. I didn't create this build as a leveling build, but it is formatted to work exemplared. I honestly couldn't say how it would work while leveling as that was never a priority for the build and I tend to PL my toons straight to 50. Back on live I leveled toons by play through and could never afford the high end builds. Now playing high end builds feels new and fun.
  21. Got the computer back a few days ago and it seems to be back to normal (except program setup applications take a good 10-20 second to respond now which is rather annoying). But back to ultra graphics mode. The graphic card detached. The main board had to be replaced. I had to send the product back packaged like a pro. They then sent it back to me in one box with bubble wrap lol. Hypocrites. But I'm happy to say the warranty was honored.
  22. Sent in latoptop... letting people know Asus warranty is a pain. If you can order through another company with a warranty that doesn't set you up for failure do it!! Details: I receive claim email with instructions. Reading through everything x3 I see "If return package doesn't meet Asus specifications the Warranty will be void under CID (customer induced damage)"... so I read again and again asking myself what exactly are the specifications. Couldn't find them. So I contact support. They had to send me an email containing the packaging instructions. ( simplified: a box within a box with at least 3 inch packing and no movement of the inside box otherwise warranty voided). So if I hadn't gone back to ask for the packaging specifications they would of most likely charged me for the repair. Be careful of Asus warranty!!! Will update on repair status for anyome interested....
  23. Thank you. It was fun putting this thread together. I get distracted with actual gaming and lose my train of thought though... been working to improve that for a while now hah. I use to run double assault, and it was indeed a hard decision to give it up. I chased damage when first playing my widow. I don't recall if my original builds included in the forum, but the pleasure of running incarnate content and one shot KO of yellow mobs pleased me. ... eventually I aspired to chase new goals. I didn't always run Tough/Weave. Instead I would take aid self and lean heavily into confuse powers for more difficult mob compositions. It wasn't until I wanted to play more tank-like that I spec'd tough and weave. I also ran RoP which was my overall best build, imo. A couple winter events ago using RoP I solo killed the Ice Mistress GM/AV? (I think was her name??) But once RoP was changed to have a fixed recharge rate I ran away from it. I was familiar with a greater up time in my build. The change felt awful. The wish to play a scrapper buuuuuut... In the past I said I couldn't run a hybrid widow cause I dislike the claws redraw, but Night Widows severely lack survivability compared to Forts. While I still feel this way I needed a change from my all ranged build/hybrid builds didn't encompass all the Fort aspects I love. the Latecomer build lent a new character feel that was closer to the scrapper I wanted to play, Ranged damage/hold, single target confuse, AoE confuse, a nuke + (short) stun combined with fast hitting (excluding constant redraw) high damage melee skills. And of course providing team buffs. He's a juiced up scrapper!! Reiterated, I'd like to play an actual scrapper, but when I've already learned a thing or two about the Widow, how can I??? A scrap-troller-lil'blaster with potentially two nuke skills (if counting Aura of Confusion as a pseudo-nuke) + team buffs ... glorious. Epic AT's have essentially ruined playing any other class for me except the idea of a few specialized builds, and Dominators. Although, I've created other I always go back to my Widow and Peacebringer. (Side note. Peacebringer would be my #1 but the Widow with excellent mez protection and utility to get through a wider range of mob encounters than the PB keeps me team Widow more of the time. +1 for the PB for being better suited towards Rularuu.)
  24. It appears its an issue with the actual GPU. My brother couldn't get it working. So I went to asus online chat and they wouldn't troubleshoot the issue as the guy said "He is 100% sure its a hardware issue." Looks like I'm sending it in under warranty.
  25. Thank you, this was the actual first new info ^.^ It didn't work however. Still waiting on bro... ♫♫♫ If I can see it, then I can do it ♫♫♫ ♫♫♫ If I just believe it, there's nothing to it ♫♫♫
