  6. IMO, it kind of sounds like a "have your cake and eat it too" option; You don't have small insp's taking up slots, but you do get the benefit of them. Obviously you'd have to totally refuse awakens, as they can't be used while alive...

  15. Are you wanting to stick to the gold & blue color scheme? Any specific parts that are "must-have's"? Anything to exclude, (capes, wings, backpacks, glowing bits, etc)? Cheers!
  16. I mean, sound = vibrations, and blasters get a few sonic melee attacks, (and that's not including all the other ranged or buffing/debuffing sonic powers)...
  17. I just wish the acc was enhanceable. I agree that the power has *some* usefulness, but the low tohit, (which is the only enhanceable part besides end redux or rech), makes investing slots into it a hard pass for me...

  19. My general rule is to slot the equivalent of ~2 Acc SOs, or barring that, some combination of at least 1 Acc SO-analog + something like tactics 3-slotted for tohit. Because of how the game works, you'll never hit 100% of the time, but of course you want to mitigate that...

  21. A big issue is that the regular flight pool now gives you both the flight travel power and the speed boost power, with only 1 power pick. The cloud of smoke idea is neat, but unless it compares with evasive maneuvers or otherwise is on par with the likes of maneuvers, CJ, hover, or weave, I just can't see any justification in such a power...
