  1. The game very intentionally limits what you can do via automation, so you'll either have to already be in the costume with the desired body type, or have to switch to one of said desired body type via one macro, then click it again to activate the prestige costume power/item...
  2. Noted, but I still would like to know if all powers from your chosen primary, secondary, pools, and APP/PPP would be available from the get-go...
  3. It's because jaunt is meant as a way to enter/exit combat more easily, or to cross gaps you couldn't with just speed of sound or by jumping. It isn't meant to be a full-on replacement for the actual teleport power, (Mystic Flight is a different story, because you already have the flight power to compensate). Don't get me wrong - the power could use some love, like maybe the stealth that SS grants...
  4. Given the kinds of things Black Widow or Hawkeye have been able to pull off, I think the capabilities of *everyone* in the MCU is quite a bit elevated...
  5. I'm confused by this, because you then go on to mention a power that you cannot get until like level 28-30, so would this "Saga Mode" basically ignore level-gating of powers? In the short term, sure this would be immensely helpful, but in the long term, being unable to use IOs would greatly hamper that character...
  6. Sure. But we were talking about dark regeneration.
  7. Here's the thing - it's a blurry distinction; If you could combine the best sprinter, power lifter, high jumper, etc, all into 1 person, that'd be "peak human" - and perhaps with that combination of strength, speed, energy, etc, then such a person might just be able to perform the kind of feats demonstrated in the MCU movies...
  8. I would just tweak the requirements to maybe only requiring like 90% of enemies be defeated, due to the odd one getting stuck outside of the navigable map or other such technical issues...
  9. IIRC, it didn't just make you "peak human" in physicality; It also made your perception, reflexes, and pretty much everything else, "peak", and, IMHO, being able to throw the shield AND get it to connect with a fast moving target, while also doing so at just the right angle to bounce and return, require such a suite of enhancements. It's also why it's supposed to be such a big deal when Bucky was able to "yoink" Cap's shield mid-throw...
  10. When everyone gets health for free, why slot it in a power that isn't always on?
  11. If I wanted to create a MM that gets up close and personal, fighting in melee along with their minions, what combination would you suggest? I was thinking Necro/FF or maybe Necro/Elec could work well, but Demons has some close-range attacks already. I'm pretty much open to any combination, so I'd love to hear the input from you more experienced MM players. Cheers!
  12. I can't speak for anyone else, but if the grass was truly greener on the other side of the fence, then I'd be spending my time over there, not traveling back to the "less-green" side and shouting about how much better said "other side" was...
  13. I really liked the last design I posted, so decided to take it in a slightly different direction: The noble runaway golem - "The Wyld Knight"
  14. Super Sentai meets 90s Angsty Anti-Hero: "RadActor"
  15. This one turned out pretty good: "Voltsting"
  16. Krea usually doesn't do "inhuman" very well, but this one turned out surprisingly creepy: "Sylphiss"
  17. Of particular note are the parts about "where the defense/resist toggle can be taken on the first choice" and "to stay on "theme" doesn't seem fair (I am Ice, Ice, Ice)"...
  18. You could go with a character styled after Elite Forces and roll something like a beam rifle/energy aura sentinel, with the armor set reflecting your character's personal shielding.
  19. I think part of the issue, particularly with domination, is that there's also the "ready to activate" FX, which are separate. Similarly, with BU/Aim, there seems to be this kind of "inward flow of energy" effect, which is different than the "you releasing the power" portion of the animation, where the initial phase doesn't take the color customization the same or at all, as what you've selected...
  20. The PPM of that Gaussian's is 1PPM, so basically once per minute, (again, very loose math, here). BU/AI have a base recharge of 90 secs, IIRC. If you slot it for recharge and have a lot of global +recharge, then yes, it won't trigger every time. If you only use BU/Aim more casually, as I tend to do, instead of whenever it's available, then that shouldn't be an issue. Still, yes, your point stands...
  21. Haha! All things being equal, my general rule if a click power has a recharge time equal to or greater than the proc rate, it *should* go off each time you activate said power. It's not a perfect guideline, but seems reliable enough; I tend to put the Gaussian's in a build-up/aim power, and it'll go off every time I use said power, (at least in my experience)...
  22. I still find it a bit cumbersome to figure out, myself, but this has some useful information...
  23. I thought you vampires sparkled...
  24. Leviathan Mastery also offers a cold-themed armor, (though that one is even further down in the power set). Mace Mastery offers a S/L/En defense shield as a T1 pick. I suspect, (though of course I'm open to being proven wrong), that the OP wants an ice-theme, defense-granting armor toggle with zero prerequisite, and while I can appreciate that, that isn't within the realm of what is available, so instead of adjusting or adapting their build, they'd rather try and make the case here for why things should be changed to accommodate them...
  25. These forums are not for developers-only. If you don't like feedback, then that's on you. As stated multiple times already, it's not about your perception of what is or is not "fair" - It is about APPs/PPPs offering abilities your chosen AT would not normally have access to. If you want an ice-themed character with ranged attacks and armor, roll a sentinel. If you want a blaster with armor, then you're going to have to make do with what's available. It should also be noted that frozen armor provides some resist in addition to the defense, meaning you can also slot the global +def IOs in it. This only serves to belie your lack of understanding about powersets - not every powerset follows the same pattern, nor do they include the same types of powers or where those powers sit within said powerset, and this is/was a very intentional decision.
