I feel super when I play. There's only Incarnate trials, Hamidon, and now some 4-star Hardmode content that requires my brain to function beyond the keyboard face rolling you're describing.

I'm surprised to read that. I've only come across this game having been resurrected and maintained over the past twenty years.

Thank you for finding a comparison! I'd love to read about what kind of update schedule they've had over the past few years - care to share that? Perhaps the types of content that you've found meets your expectations, what constitutes as not lazy? Maybe pick up that microphone you dropped and have a conversation?

Wow, what a sensational title! I'm sure you'll get plenty of drama in response. Can you go ahead and name any other entertainment product run by volunteers, free to play, updated at all (let alone after the property was sunsetted or with the steady frequency of page releases here on Homecoming), and has more than two people playing it? I'd really love to read about that game so I can understand how you feel so entitled to expect that out of this community. Go ahead - I'll wait.

I was surprised to find out that the version on D+ does not contain the narration from old Indy, nor does it give the historical lesson on the theme, famous figure, or place of importance in each episode (that I remember seeing in my youth). Each episode is still considerably long in run time though. There is one episode where Ford's Indy makes a cameo appearance.

Glacier Peak is and has been on Indomitable since June 2019. I've thrown down name holder characters on all other shards for that name in case shards ever merge. I refuse to transfer this character in order to participate in regularly scheduled league content - I know more players will come to Indomitable eventually and I can join or lead more events then. I've got a unique permanent gold title that I like and don't want it to disappear. I've soloed everything (short of Hamidon and Incarnate trials) in the game, gathered nearly all badges, and completed my own goals with the character, but I don't consider the character as completed.

I approve - let's pick up where we left off.

Try another shard, perhaps it's not taken there. You can also try and contact the player whose name you're seeking and ask if they're willing to part ways.

See I watched all of those episodes (each feeling like it's own mini-film!) to ensure I had all of the context for this last one. I think nothing was used from that series - of course I may have missed something. It's a shame! It was great until he gets back from the Great War and it all turns to a CW teen drama.

Any Indomitable forum goers have any comments on this?

I'm going to bump this suggestion to the top because I've read three 'new player/ welcome back' guides recently that describe Indomitable as the Unofficial PvP server and it's both inaccurate and may potentially drive players away from the shard if not corrected.

Small edit I would recommend you make - this section is not accurate (the labeling it as the 'Unofficial PvP Server'). It hasn't been in over three years now. As someone who has played on Indomitable since 2019 (and PvPed there until the diaspora of fellow PvPers to Excelsior), I have advocated for changing the unofficial descriptor for Indomitable to reflect this so that this false labeling does not continue to reflect inaccurately and potentially keep away players.

These suggestions are pretty extreme given the lack of evidence that new players need gated in order for them to learn how to play. I learned how to play by watching others and reading the wonderful guide that came with the game. I don't think I've ever even read through the tutorials text. I'd be more supportive of these suggestions if there were more new players asking for this type of gating.

I think it's new player friendly. For your consideration, there is absolutely no risk for said player beyond being defeated - which itself carries no penalty until Level 10.
