Prismatic Aether and locked costume items

Folks the solution here is to play on Indomitable. It's mighty quiet there!
-
I'm not seeing how you could say this, at least without any evidence. Can you explain how you came to this conclusion? I see folks requesting access to testing and providing feedback to testing requests with consistency. Heck, even on the HC Team side, there are more developers than I've ever seen before.

Nothing wrong with sharing a concept!

Been playing since July 2019 and I'm sitting at less than 100 million liquid and approximately 2 billion inf in assets across my characters. Why have inf if you aren't going to spend it?

There's also a different max badge count depending on whether you're collecting as a gold sider or if you are sticking hero or villain only. The four badges that are in the game that don't count towards the total are: April Fools Badge Bug Hunter Flames of Prometheus All the same badge* V.I.P. / Destined One Temporal Warrior Praetoria's Son / Praetoria's Daughter

After a while, you get used to anything.

It's like that movie with Ryan Reynolds where he's in a video game. -
It's funny you mention damage lacking and fighting you - I tried a Electric/Regen Sentinel in PvP kickballs a while back. Plenty of survivability when played competently, but the itty bitty range and "if less than Blaster damage then GTFO" when selecting teams made me bench it permanently. In PvE it was fun learning how insignificant the +Chance for Heal procs are, even when slotted in nearly all attacks and added to autos.

That table makes my mobile view hurt.

I for one welcome our new Estonian overlords.

Major CoH character design changes?
Glacier Peak replied to Glacier Peak's topic in General Discussion
So other dramatic character changes across the life of the game? Aurora Borealis and Sister Psyche? That was a surprise to me. What about any arch villains? -

The Praetorian one looks just like Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory. -

Without having access to my old screenshots, I can only anecdotally confirm Michael White was once white skinned. -
Major CoH character design changes?

Whoa really? I thought it had to do with... -
Folks, I am interested in reading about character design changes in this game. Was Statesman originally a scrawny asthma stricken kid from Brooklyn who couldn't enlist in the Army? Did Sister Psyche ever have super speed? What about these super heroes we see every time we log in to the game? Share your trivial knowledge! Add in some in-game lore or AMA if you can too! The reason I started this thread was because of Back Alley Brawler's current incarnation, (really since pre-destroyed Galaxy City), has been as shown: Current (Atlas Park) 2023 Back Alley Brawler: Former (Galaxy City) 200?-201? Back Alley Brawler: Thanks @Ashington! Former (Galaxy City) 2004 Back Alley Brawler: Thanks Gamespot! Pre-release Back Alley Brawler:

Nice reroll! Your original costume inspired me to make Rocky Mountain (Stone/Stone Tanker) a while back -

This was hilarious!!

I'd say it depends on how long the battle goes for. Look at the Pylon and Trapdoor runs - it's good to have -res on at least one power (folks have mentioned it not stacking) and then damage procs on the rest of the attack chain if possible.
-
This makes the original poster's point clearer to me now. Is there a standard damage formula that is unique to Sentinels?
-
The powers developer Captain Powerhouse indicated in the beta thread linked above that there is not a disparity or a scalar error with regards to Sentinel T9s - they are in fact designed to align closer to melee AT mini-nukes like Shield Charge or Lightning Rod than Blaster/Defender/Corruptor nukes.
-
The original poster is highlighting the discrepancy between Sentinel nukes and Blaster nukes.

Faster recharge means higher damage output over time.
