Atlas gets no respect.

The adjective, which I assumed was being used in the Brittish sense, is one that says to me that while they may have tried a Proc bombing build, they didn't try a well designed one. Proper in the American sense would be more like the "this is the correct way to build" The implications are more relevant to game design. It says the Homecoming effort to rebalance procs is too little, too late and that, like SS rage, this is the way things will remain. Which suggests the two variations on the term Proper will merge in the future. Evidenced by the post where I am called a clueless forums dweller. And of course the one where I need the forums cartel to come and save me. And so SMDH.

If you skip those powers you kind lose utility in the set with the most tools on its utility belt.

Can can confirm EA is pretty good at low level, and it's first Shield stacks with the P2W kinetic damper very well.

You can just get a prestige power self rez.

Or perhaps choose a primary that doesn't need Epic level powers / snipes / etc. A lot of slots end up being consumed by those. My personal take is to also skip leadership.

Which would suggest they would need to double the recharge on jab, punch and Haymarker-- allowing them to have a reasonable damage scale.

I think /SR could make a good psychic armor set. Think of it as Precognition / Clairvoyance That and the Sent version is pretty awesome with Master Brawler and Enduring.

I figured Lotg was out since the OP is already scrapping primary powers for pool powers. The best choice for LOTG is probably SR/ since you can softcap it without the fighting pool AND slot 5 LOTG with just the primary powers, and get an extra +20% recharge for one power pick.

You can skip the last two powers on WP. Probably fast healing too I suppose.

Easier to smack em back down if you are close by.
