  9. In the realm of MMO/RPG ability/powers changes, if the two sides have equal merit, then Status Quo should rule. Not that I think there is any merit to the "blasters don't belong in melee" spiel.
  10. Blasters don't have a companion AT, And I know I'm /jranger on new ATs in general. But maybe a Ranger AT isn't such a bad idea. Or something, anything, to end the 15 year debate on Blasters in melee.
  11. WP No clicking to get in the way of the swords. Its a strong set. And Brutes get a lot from it.

  15. No you get around 95% DDR without Elude. That's immune in real gameplay. I haven't taken elude since way back before ninja run came out. I used to use it as a travel power.
  16. Wider cone and faster animation is what generally is talked about. Perhaps 30 degrees instead of the 20 Maybe under 4 seconds lol?

  19. War mace is really low on the FoTm, considering its essentially the #2 Scrapper Primary damage wise. And its definitely less clunky feeling than TW.
  20. Synapse works exactly as described as far as Babbage is concerned. The spawns are just your normal mission setting spawns. I recomend doing them being the upper level range though since the signature status TFs will often throw stuff at you based on that level.
  21. Dr Vahz is pretty tough in that TF solo. Bring lots of reds.
  22. Why make Tankers more aggro sponguey though? What is the game environment need? Are squishies dying too often?
  23. I think there's a couple of Teir 9s that need their numbers normalized/ adjusted. Full Auto cone width and animation time comes to mind. Doesnt Electric TB have a bit longer recharge? But making them all ranged? NAH.

Some thoughts, the build listed will have less exemp/low level performance than it could with minor changes. ====== Putting the resist proc in Overload like that means you wont get the resist bonus until level 44 when exemplared. I like to put a Luck of the gambler there instead, and pick it a lot earlier. You should put any Heal procs in health instead of Physical Perfection, since that way they will work for you as soon as they are high enough level to function / use attuned or lowest level variants. You should have Performance Shifter chance for plus END in Stamina and Physical Perfection. Putting Sup. Assassin's mark in Savage Leap means you wont have it active when exemped below level 27. since its a purple set it would otherwise work at level 1. Id suggest a lower level power you use, since sometimes it needs reminded you have it by activating the power. (Or so its rumored)
  25. They stack with the others, i think at 1% health you get 60% resist to all with the 3 passive sets. 40% with the 2 passive sets. Add in resist IOs and tough and you do fine. Generally you get tagged into the red, but then the other hits never come and you regen back to the green. My SR tanker is nigh unkillable and I never got aid self or anything. SR brute is decent also. SR scrapper is really good after level 35, but before that you will get hurt a lot by AOEs. You have to run tough though since the set has no place to slot the 3% defense global IOs Some nice perks is you are immune to defense debuffs, and slows rarely affect you. Sent SR has a end recovery bonus, so has some added utility.
