Only on TV Robin is generally between 10 and 16 in the comics. Damian Wayne definitively was specifically 10. Dick Grayson starting in the golden silver age was less specific but was a tween basically. In some versions his age is listed as 10. In All Star Batman and Robin its a plot point used to demo how screwed up Batman is. In a Batman comic. Batgirl also started out at 15. Batwoman's partner is 16. And is nearly murdered attempting to solo crimefight in a dramatic book where the near murder is interposed with the consumation of BW and Maggie Sawyer's relationship.

PVPrs are always looking for more people to PVP Whether their possible opponents want to PVP or not does not matter to a portion of them. (Though I don't see too many of that type around Homecoming.) A tiny sliver of that group actually prefers their opponents to be forced to PVP. Most PVPrs though probably do not enjoy us bashing PVP all the time. If that's what they like in the game, then that's fine.

The chance for build up is definitely not the Power only. I have it in a ST power but it most commonly triggers when I fire my AOE stuff. The chance for Hide is Slotted power only.

Thats kind of a Expie or Captain Ersatz situation. And its been in comics for as long as there have been superhero comics. So I'd say its fine. Green Arrow was specifically influenced by Batman (different companies then) Dr Manhattan is was an Expie of Captain Atom who was that other companies version of a Superman expie I believe. At the same time their whole line up were basically copies of the characters recently acquired from that company. Rosarch was based on the Question and so on.

Yeah you are going to have a hard time avoiding characters who seem inspired by X character tbh, since marvel and dc have been so prolific. And the Freedom Phalanx itself seems inspired by the JLA, so there is that. So Expies will happen. I guess hopefully clever ones. So a Lantern Corps SG would bother me. A interstellar group of watchers imbued with powers by a group of ancient aliens that all wear the same color costume would bother me less, especially if they took effort to change things. A group of Kheldians that serve as a group of watchers on earth and nearby planets would probably be my preferred choice. Since lorewise that's what Kheldian Peacebringers are

This is a pet peave thread though. You don't really decide my pet peaves, that's kind of the point. They are just my opinion. I personally do not like mixing Lore of multiple universes like that. To me it makes no sense that Superman and Statesman co-exist. NONE. So yes, in my opinion only. All those player SGs are wrong. LOL.

For energy aura the glow effect makes my stalker a clearly defined silhouette - This is fine I have experimented with the character auras but its not as good. I imagine scorpion shield may work similar to Energy Aura. But I was contemplating a /Ninjitsu Scrapper and I need to see my character while playing. Unfortunately I'm not 30 anymore and I just simply can't see well enough.

Pretty much. It'd be different if playing on the DC universe MMO, if there is a RP community there at all. In that one my character was sort of attached to the Bat family/Birds of prey at least in my Single Player RP head cannon But its City of Heroes you already have Expies of all that stuff. Why play a JLA SG? Why not the Freedom Phalanx Reserve? There's even an accolade.

Stalkers basically have a double build up nearly every time with the Guassian's Proc And they get many more build ups than anyone else with the ATO Why you'd want to give that up for anything, I do not know.

It definitely favors SR and Shield to an extent. But also any defense set will be better in a Debuff heavy environment. Since they all get some DDR.

Its a good one for measuring survivability due to DEF debuffs

It gets like ~99% DDR, that's awesome. No other set can do that except Shield.
