Every prominent member of this forum, including you and each and everyone one of those that use this argument, has contributed suggestions or feedback that could potentially contribute to game changes and “how others play”. Mostly because this is an MMO and MMO’s tend to get patched with changes that impact how players play. It’s a stupid and childish way to frame an issue when one is too lazy to make an actual argument. Again, you can disagree with this suggestion without resorting to that nonsense. Obviously you can disagree with the OP’s specific suggestion *without* taking ludicrous positions such as “all nerfs are bad” or the notoriously stupid “you want to control how others play!”. But it doesn’t seem many here got that memo.

Yes. I like to use the icons for Staff Mastery that have the little “1”, “2”, and “3” on them for Build 1, Build 2, and Build 3. Lot of fun to be able to swap builds mid-mission etc.

Your proposal to delay the damage a second makes sense on the surface to me. That said, as far as why anyone would assume this confuse has different uses.. I’d say it’s pretty common knowledge to even the most casual player that damage causes aggro. I like how much damage it does now… seems like a good thing for Controllers.

I think he’s just saying that, from a game balance perspective, afk farming being curbed in any way is a non issue because no dev team in their right mind should ever want to incentivize rewards for exactly zero work. Which is just a purely factual statement. I don’t think his intention was to be invalidating towards your preferences. I afk farm too but can still acknowledge it is a game flaw that just hasn’t been fixed yet.

Yeah removing DDR from anything that currently has it is a pretty huge deal and a sizable nerf. This is just a misunderstanding of the game mechanics, no big deal.

Apparently this New Dawn server is such a sad and bitter place that the alleged players all still use Homecoming for its forums. This is worse than when Lena Dunham promised to move to Canada but stayed here.

Yes, there is some extent to which I am reactively trolling back at the original trolls, sure. Mostly because their constant abuse leaves me little choice. Just a hint, Mr. Battlewraith: if you follow people around and constantly harass, abuse, and smear them, it’s probably inevitable that they develop contempt for you. The result? I assure you all: I would never call someone a troll just for their opinion. Has a lot more to do with constantly antagonistic behavior.
