Maybe if you change the @global to $target? I dunno if it'll send email to character names. Would be super fun though!

To the OP there are several missions with buildings on fire and you are on a timer. Check out keith nance and Roy cooling in talos. But I am all for adding that to the fire alarms too.

I concur with @ImpousVileTerror above, but would also consider a widow, scrapperlike aggro management and nice team buffs, or a rad debuffer so she can feel like she is melting the baddies.

I have fallen in love with sentinels. I have 32 or 34 or something of them. I started with one of every primary and one of every secondary and am working towards one of every available. If you are going to do this, I suggest you focus on an AT you like, maybe 2 so you can have at least 2 toons to switch between and not get too bored. EDIT: for completeness Khelds would be 4 each, human only, tri-form, human-squid, human-lobster. May be other hidden combos like that in Arachnos, I stopped at 2 of each but you can easily do 3 of each if your 24 respec keeps basic powers, or 5 versions each if they can be mixed and matched (widow, fortunata, basic, basic-widow, basic-fortunata; bane, crab, basic, basic-bane, basic-crab).

Even at lvl 1 you can take them through pocket d talk to null the gull and switch alignment, same with people wanting to take Khelds redside. The only place you cannot raise khelds or Arachnos is goldside.

My computer is a toaster and most days if I alt+tab it crashes BUT sometimes pushing the windows key to force the taskbar to visible then selecting the window I want from the taskbar instead of using alt+tab will give me results.

Hi. Thought I would chime in since you seem stuck on words and their meanings. I love musicals. I have a dvd collection that spans from 1927 with The Jazz Singer up to 2017 with The Greatest Showman. In many of these older musicals, lets focus on the 1930s and 1940s, the words gay and queer appear quite a lot. Gay means happy. Queer means odd. I think you know these words seem to have a different meaning in today's society. My mother (of the generation just before boomers) steadfastly refused to use the new lingo. Maybe you are of her generation? In your specific case, D.P.S. means damage over time. To me, D.P.S. means Department of Public Safety. Some people in the game, and you yourself, drop the periods and simply use DPS. Words and phrases can have different meanings to different people in different circumstances. That's okay. I am from Texas. I use a lot of words differently than my friends in other regions might. For example, "I'm fixin' to go to the store for a coke, you want anything?" Fixin' to means about to in this case and coke means carbonated beverage regardless of the name on the label. My nephew, who was raised in Washington and California then attended college in New York had quite a learning curve when he moved down here. All that said, I have never been asked my powerset or which role I will fill in a team. If someone is advertising they are looking for more teammates, I send them a tell saying "yes pls" or "I'll join Yin". If I see someone advertising they need a tank or a healer or anything very specific like that, I do not join because the way they advertise tells me they are new and dont know three blasters can out tank a tank any day of the week and I usually find playing with those types of people frustrating. I have seen people advertise "need more damage" but most people understand damage comes in any number of forms. Maybe you just need to be more picky about the teams you join or the advertisements to which you respond.

I wish the stars showed up in chat channels..so if I see PLAYER M advertising a team I know not to join because there is a star.

For me, its very little to do with gaming and almost entirely to do with a new personality quirk I have developed over the last 10 yrs after divorce. I find myself running away from any commitment. That includes running teams and SGs or taking my parents to their doctor appts (which I do anyway). Kids are grown and I do what I want when I want..usually (work and family are exceptions). I kinda get anxiety attacks when I feel like I am gonna let someone down who is expecting things of me. I have also noticed a few prominent leaders on our server (for raids and things) have been MIA lately. Probably hiding on alternate accounts. But it can get very wearing to be the one people expect a lot of. I don't wanna burn out on something I love so much.

I believe changing your global name does filter to your friend list. A work around for you could be to send yourself 1 email and then open that and hit reply...put in the amount you wanna send and hit send. I have found that doing this repeatedly remembers the amount so you just have to hit reply send reply send over and over again. Good luck and dont accidentally send the cash to a different account that is someone who won't return it to you!

Ok this is genius! I have a bind to in select powers that also does the /e tantrum emote....which also now sends 25m to myself in email..hell r0y I may just send you a thank you gift for saving me so much time!

I do love a good conga line but alas that falls right in the time frame I go over to my parents house to help them out. I am assuming y'all don't restrict attendence...I am not a part of the *throw a lot of letters and see which stick* community but I am proud to be supportive of friends and family!

I think this is the main key. If someone calls me a bitch because I hold differing views, well that is more their problem than mine. Entrapment requires me to participate and my using a modicum of self control robs them of their trap. If I care if they get in trouble for calling me names then I am acting just as childish as they are. Don't respond. Don't care. Don't get your feathers ruffled.
