My tank has two builds because a new friend in-game decided he was going to 'remake me'. He told me which powers and slots and enh and honestly its about even with my own build with forum helpers. I want to kind of blend the two to keep the best parts and get rid of the weaknesses but that's a whole lot of math lol

I never did IOs on live because....if I want to craft I will play runescape or make a quilt! But very friendly people on help channel helped me out to understand them better and some other people helped me with a couple uber builds for my tank/farmer. The sets and bonuses still confuse me but the regular crafted IOS that you dont have to replace everytime you turn around really have caught my eye. I am thinking for most of my toons I will just slot with crafted IOS and as each approaches 50 I will see if there are gapping holes in their builds that need to be plugged with a set or bonus stuff. I think that is a nice middle of the road between my former SO only builds and my fully tricked out (with 2 builds) tank. You play how you're comfortable and have fun. If speccing isnt your thing then dont do it. I am learning about it but its confusing so my input is to enjoy your game your way!

Does it show on all costumes or just the first one?

Last week or some such, a farmer was offering up room and I was on a baby toon so I jumped in. As far as I could tell, two people on the team were engaged and they had a third friend, but it seemed everyone else was random pick-ups. As PuGs do, we discussed weather and other bland stuff and realized it all sounded too familiar. Five of the eight people on the team (aforementioned friend not included) were from the same area..like 50-100 mile area. Zounds! Don't get too specific (internet safety and all that), but I was wondering just how many people are from the general DFW area or did we just happen to find THE five? I am shy with anti-social tendencies so I have no interest in a real world meet and greet but it might be fun to team up in game and put away the baddies!

I still miss my Windows 3.11 (Windows for Workgroups). It literally had to stop working before I upgraded. As previous posters stated, you can keep using Win 7 if you like it, eventually it will stop working but that may be many years down the road and by then, perhaps, you will find a replacement you like. Keep hope alive!

I keep getting random tells when I am on TankYou that I had been spotted in there. Most recently by someone who is also in there! Lots of fun but I find I am also making friends.

I can't speak to the farming aspect of it, I have a farmer to kit out my alts as well. I even have people door sit if their kick is being power leveled. My issue only comes in when said power leveled characters get out into the game and team up with my alts and cause repeated (or even just one) team wipe because they don't know the difference between a power and an inspiration (because they never actually played the toon just stood in a door somewhere). That being said, I have not had this problem on HC. Its an old hang-up of mine from live. I have found that most people here in HC are players from back in the day who do, indeed, know how to play their toons regardless of AT or powersets. I, too, dump salvage and recipes on AH (generally at 100 each) and I think it helps the people who dont have farmers, so they can kit out their alts too. To be fair, power levelong was going on way before AE so I, like you, am confused regarding the blame falling on AE.

This. This happened to me on live so much, even before AE existed. By and large I am a play and let play kind of girl. But if your playstyle impacts my playstyle, I draw the line. I can't tell until I team with you but I will be able to tell.

I didnt like savage because its basically a rerun of claws and I didn't care for claws. I also didnt care for the stance. Purely aesthetic for me.

Its a myth....intended to divide the heroes so we can be vanquished! Don't fall for it.

The only 'at once' part about it is taking down mobs at each spot BEFORE, and in order to make, the banners become vulnerable. Once the banners are vulnerable you can hit them one at a time and it will work (if your time doesn't run out).

Ive managed to miss my mouth with my coffee and that's melee range. Maybe I should stop crane kicking the coffee?

In on Windows 10 and since Friday its been slow pulling up character list. Normally its maybe 5 seconds at most but this weekend its up to and sometimes beyond 30 seconds. I think server load has to have something to do with it since I havent had this issue in over a month since I updated my windows and graphics.

I am not a dev but have completed this on several toons following this method. Kill the mobs at all spots at the same time. If you only do one you never get the banners vulnerable. Circles do not matter. Once banners are vulnerable take them down. One at a time works. If you have tons of people you can do more than one at a time if you choose. Once all banners are down follow compass distance marker thingy to GM and defeat him. And probably his buddies too. Done.

A Thot I'm Not!!

On Indom I see recruiting on LFG channel for everything...these folks are specific. Level X mission teams, X arc teams, X TF teams, X badge team.....and most of them include minimum level required if it's a for a specific purpose (like level shifted or 11+ for Posi 1). I havent seen many people using the flags and one night when I set my flag it went utterly ignored for 3 hours. I think you will have the most luck in the LFG Channel or Broadcast or even Help Channel. Good luck!

Maybe a 'slot respec' and a 'power respec' option as well. Both in mini and full form. You can move some or all you slots (like mids shift click to remove and click to add). You could change one power or all, if just changing (less than all) one power, it would keep the slots that were associated with the power that was there previously. Then of course keep the 'blind Rikti monkey leveled this toon I must redo all the things' respec we have now. I am down with slash commands or recipes or earned through tf for implementation...would be a huge time saver!

She sent me to Skyway to interrogate 15 Trolls then it sequed into interrogate 15 Outcasts. The mission description never updated, just the bit on my nav bar. There are no Outcasts in Skyway so Help Channel pointed me in the right direction (Steel Canyon). I just wanted to make a note of the bugged mission description.

You have a user name and password for the forums...and you need a different user name and password for the game. Up at the top here you will see Game Account....make one of those then bam poof you're in.

Blaster = heavy damage some holds little defense Controller = heavy holds some damage some buffs Defender = heavy buffs some damage some holds It depends on what you want to be best at, defeating or supporting (yourself or others) buffs also includes debuffs to the enemy. Good luck!

Ok I didnt know about double mires. That is something to consider. Also binds for switching forms and cutting down on waiting for my powers to appear will help. I am leaning towards tri form now instead of human form, although I generally dont care for the dwarf I suppose it has its benefits. Thanks for your thoughts!

I have a human form only PB and really enjoy the freedom of not having a slot crunch or slowdown when switching back and forth between multiple forms. My baby WS is fun and seems more durable vs. quants but should I go human form only and continue to enjoy the no slot crunch and no switch time or do they only really shine with multiple forms? I never use teleport on any toon so I already have that learning curve (got her SJ as backup lol) and I think multi-form will be a learning curve since I haven't done multi's in 12 years or so.
