Many are all but worthless in the IO meta, a few like Cytos have hyper inflated values due to superior enhancement %s, or effecting a greater # of attributes of a power than an IO or how the power it's slotted into works with an HO vs a similar IO, (Cytos are all 3!) Cytos can be a night & day difference in select powers, tho the thought of someone using them for "tactics" of all things makes me want to cry

Why a scrapper? That combo gives you 7.5 def to all positions & types when storm kick hits as a brute -
I'm not opposed but i think they'd work better if they work as elite mercs literally hidden within the ranks of other groups especially to deal with high powered interlopers & always as EBs or higher perhaps make them part of the enhanced difficulty system

TP foe in PVE should stack from different sources

Bad actors can already "train" lowbies & AFKs but you have a point so i propose the following: -Apply considerable Taunt on the target of a successful combined TP Foe to those who performed said TP Foe in a typical PVE zone -Limit Tauntless TP Foe-ing Bosses & above to instanced maps & PVP zones The latter i guess, tp foe isn't strong enough to require such restrictions imo Edit: For a restriction make a TP'd foe immune to falling damage, maybe give a non-stackable -regen &/or -res effect instead -
Why so much Cold/Fire Resist/Defense? (Feedback)

It makes sense defense wise; if your going for defense bonuses each fire/cold prioritizing bonus is paired with half that ammount in AOE defense & vice versa. The winter sets specialize in fire/cold, with one set having both a 5% AOE bonus & a seperate 5% fire/cold bonus so if you get both bonuses you will have 7.5% to both AOE & fire/cold. It just so happens some traditional purple sets give a bit of fire & cold resistance For what it's worth: i find it more helpful than not i guess -
There is no shortage of media where empowered individuals are able to combine their abilities to move something too heavy or powerful for one of them to move by themselves & TP foe should be no different If tp foe hits but the foe is not TP'd the effect should remain for like 5 seconds until it expires or a successful teleport attempt occurs. I'd say 2 players should be able to TP a Boss, 4 for an EB, 6 for an AV, 8 for a GM

As for Powered Armor types: -Council Ascendents & Burkholder -Crey Tanks -Arachnos Crabs & maybe Tarantulas (though maybe tarantulas are more like cyborgs?) -Praetorian infantry -PPD Powered Armor division (though i guess they do disappear before late game) -Rikti Robots & Cyborgs also vie for the tech enemy space so that may be why you feel their isn't enough power armor npcs As for groups that extensively employ mutants aren't those what Arachnos Telepaths are? I maybe misremembering the lore there though Edit: Added Rikti -

A Bots/Traps/Mu MM, it's what i came back to the live game for after having originally left heroes over ED/GDN & other nerfs. It was my 1st of like 5 post return 50s & my 2nd 50 overall, one of very few fully recreated toons I took from live to HC the other to hit 50 in both is a Time/Sonic/Sorcery/Soul Def

-Metabolic Acceleration, which is a toggle, appears to provide mez resistance not protection but since toggles suppress when mez'd wouldn't that resistance be useless? (unless that part of the toggle did not suppress) -Not sure why I have it in my head that slotting Defiant Barrage +Status in an attack allows you to use that attack when mez'd i didn't find confirmation of that in the wiki. If all it offers when proc'd is the 1 mag unstackable with self protection it provides is nearly worthless since almost all the mez I see is Mag 2 or above Those aside I'm mulling over a Dark/Atom/Mace build that lowers my en/neg defense by 5% to 45/35 respectively so i can do nearly 100 more damage with Blackstar from 560 to 657 thx to the Armageddon proc not sure if it's worth it though

I'm looking for access to Faction specific powers like Praetorians pets & the IDF(?) missile barrage backpack & other powers which traditionally are the kind of things fulfilled by PPPs not APPs but in reality there is no need to maintain those divisions now -

as for unlocking these pools i figure starting (or completing) the New Praetorians arc should suffice, completing the relevant incarnate trials ought to work as well -

Definitely the former, hell they could even buck the trend set by APPs & PPPs by making these new pools primarily have defense armors, sky is the limit as they say -
Whrn it comes to the Patron Pools I have a list of grievances and you're gonna hear(read) about them: -All but 1 pool has resistance armors. -The only one with a defense armor locks you into a tech theme with just about all other powers -The resistance armored sets lock you into rather magical or at least magic adjacent themes especially with the pets (the matermind versions get this the least since they don't get pool pets) To alleviate those issues & provide players with new powers to play with i suggest alternate pools inspired by the New Praetorians that follow the same structure as the Patron pools; *Alec Parsons for Tech/Science *Pendragon for Magic/Natural *Aurora for Mutant (& a decent place to put the defense armor) *Grant Guston for Tech/Natural

Wow, been playing since issue 0 & i think this is the first time i've ever heard that about Procs. A proc triggering and then missing when the main power hits is wack.

Dark blast allows you to stack a lot of -tohit on enemies, a cone immob & you get a self heal attack then pair that up with Martial Combat which has mez protection & a pbaoe KD & you're good Alternatively any secondary with a ranged hold like /Rad should be good
