Hover & CJ do much more than just provide def while Def is all weave does so there is no need for it to be nerfed

Why don't you keep paying that price which you seem to think is worthwhile & someone else, who is not you, can not do that, & get something they themselves want for the power pick. I for one would love to remove these largely arbitrary requirements from desired power picks. Boxing/weave would be gone from so many builds because they just aren't worth a pick on their own merits which should be the only rationale for why a power should be picked.

Exactly i'm not wasting a reward table choice on a random HO that is likely to be one of the worthless ones EDIT: Now if the HO Reward Table allowed you to select the HO you wanted well now that would be worthwhile

As for martial arts transformers I think OP has in mind "Battle Shonen" series (think DBZ, Ronin Warriors, Bleach etc) where Transformations are Very, VERY common & can lead to multiple levels of transformations within a single type of transformation or different types of transformations in a single series or combinations of both(combinations of multiple types of transformations employed by a single character). I support a modified version of the concept where paradigms are entirely optional & nothing is locked behind it alternate animations/powers are available to all regardless of any choice or lack there of & ditto for transformations

PPs don't come in until end game & they only give like 1 ST range ability max & might provide a maximum of 2 ranged AOE abilities Assault attack sets & Armors sounds good to me

I'd absolutely love a energy/fire(no kb!) light beam blast set, similar to what the Assault Bot & Malta Bots do with a t9 that ideally either: -Comes from the sky to smite foes as a location based aoe (or traditional targeted AOE) or -Emanates from the floor the player stands on up towards the heavens as a pbaoe doing knock up like "mass levitate" (or a "soul storm" like hold animation on all effected enemies)

I may be wrong (i easily could be) but the way i remember it being explained when the game was live, damage resistance does resist "-resistance" but the latter should essentially always give the advertised percentage of -resistance as an increase in damage dealt short of facing an enemy with 100% damage resistance (which will nullify -resistance 100%) For survival i believe 50% resistance to damage received is as good as having 100% bonus health (total of 2x base health) but 90% resistance to damage received is just about equal to 900% bonus health (total of 10x base health) I'm not factoring in regeneration

Take the whip attacks we got add build up + taunt & an offhand punch as well as a kick & you got yourself a classic adventurer melee set

if you want to be able to select your first attack power & still have tanker resist caps & a smoother early game go Brute

I doubt any would be against the suggestion but as I understand it the current AV to EB code works because there is an EB version of every AV, which is to say one isn't just created by code, so without a clever trick every named Radio/Paper boss would have to have EB & AV versions manually created.

probably the result of a cosmic ray flipping whatever register determines if it is rooted or not similar to how sometimes you can still move even though your power is animating Note: I'm not joking about the cosmic ray angle they do effect computer systems in these kinds of ways & why servers use ECC memory

agreed I haven't skipped it on live or on homecoming but I do think the panacea nerf was unnecessary

I thought damaging toggles like this worked like damaging Pseudo Pets(like trip mine & voltaic sentinel) which do not inherit ACC or Tohit bonuses from the castor to my knowledge (which may be out of date or just plain wrong)
