  1. Rest In Peace
  2. That is fair, perhaps it's time for 50s to get huge inspirations auto applied for leveling
  3. If we're just spitting out things we want... Incarnate Power Pools (Incarnatey name TBD) Incarnates gain up to 3 attacks(tiers 2, 3 & 7 or so) from standard AT attack sets not including pet powers, granting for example MA or StJ melees the ability to add weapon powers whether sword or gun or whatever. in additio all attacks that are exclusive to MM pet sets are available to all incarnates here Recharge for tiers should be 15, 25, 45 seconds or so at Very Rare *incarnate Power Pool powers don't have slots but are as enhanced as if used by a Blaster or Scrapper with 1.5 acc, 2.5 dmg, 1.5 end reduc SOs of enhancement & KB2KD. Core: these powers keep stock secondary effects with, & deal untyped damage. Radial: they keep stock 2ndary effects and they deal additional damage types to whatever is stock & gain new secondary effects thematically resonant with the new damage types (No KB) Either way they are unaffected by global damage buffs, recharge buffs or recharge alphas just like other incarnate powers Omega(Signature Attack) Players have access to just about all relevant animations in the game, animation & recharge time are "demerits" the more "demerit" & "demerits" a power has for using it & the more "merit" players can give it, higher incarnate tiers unlock additional demerits players can add which then unlocks more powerful merits. Core has far greater damage at the cost of utility. Radial has far greater utility at the cost of damage potential.
  4. You might be able to get a mod to recover what you lost
  5. That could be cool
  6. But pool powers are not wholly balanced around damage buffs players may or may not have access to, while SS attacks "necessarily" must be balanced around Rage. I'm sure you wouldn't be happier if rage worked more like primary/secondary only effecting extra damage sources like Fire Armor's Fiery Embrace(?) Instead of typical univeral damage buffs like Buildup & its modified clones.
  7. Ultimately this forum is for people to share their wants with others & to hear community feedback. Besides if this forum didn't exist people would be clogging up other forums with their suggestions instead.
  8. I'm all for more player choice, create a radio button for expanded set selections in IO conversion & there should be no problem
  9. That would take away some of the set's "flavor"
  10. MA/Reg was my 1st ever COH character played it pre I1 to about whenever ED & GDN went through. Today i wouldn't play that combo unless it was as a Brute or Tanker.
  11. Kat or BS/SR Scrapper Those attack primaries can significantly boost your melee defense & SR privides a lot of Defense Debuff Resistance
  12. All but 1 of my characters does that, ninja run & a jet pack will get you anywhere you want to go
  13. The ability to kit all of your end game builds with all the goodies (uniques, pvps, purples etc) you want in other words "price is no object".
  14. PPD Hard Shells & the Praetorians with missile pod backpacks
  15. Maybe if it did more knockdown it would feel more impactful.
  16. All good questions, but i dont have any good answers. That said if there was some kind incarnate freelancer what should the reward be for beating them?(AVs give automatic SOs)
  17. I don't know if I'm a fan of the idea or not but since there are often many enemies & potentially only 1 PC why not give the NPCs a far lower chance to detoggle PCs (if at all possible)
  18. This is a no brainer
  19. Love the incarnate system i still want the other slots filled though. Want to change the costume creator so parts can accept more than 2 colors
