I still really like the idea of a sonic based musical band MM primary.

It's the classic "you can't have your cake and eat it too" dilemma So unless they are easily replaced or on a timer or i really need it i'll just hold on to them for a rainy day. That said Temps should never be on real time! Changing the winter event temps to real time to appease the nerf herders was one of the more infuriating changes on live.

"If i put proc A, in power B, with recharge C what is the chance of proc A going off during an activation?" Having that in game would be very useful. I have a spreadsheet with a formula that seems to be acurate but I have to modify that each time i consider a new combination of Proc A in Power B, with Recharge C & that formula does not account for how AOEs/Cones affect activation rates or how powers that actually act like pseudo pets affect the formula. My understanding of OPs' suggestion takes care of all of that for people.

Feels more like a Buff/Debuff set then a manipulation set. That said if you took the T1 & moved it to T6 & you made the melee range powers all proper damage powers instead of primarily control powers your overall idea can be made workable

I think that super group of reformer Ex-Praetorians would be excellent "patron" equivalents for this idea.

OP might have only been thinking about this for those with the SS power set but that's meant to represent the super strength levels of The Thing & up while car throwing can be done by Spider-man level characters so i'd open this up to all characters of at least a certain level with powersets that have melee attacks including assaults, manipulations, & Sentinel APPs with atleast 2 melee attacks including melee range cones, taoes, pbaoes etc Throwing trucks will have the same code & a more exclusive gating system.

For the "cars" that are just part of the scenery/map I'd say they should become invisible & unthrowable for 30 seconds after using the throw temp power to help sell the experience If that's not feasible, there are car entities as seen in the Mayhem mission & this system coul apply to them.

In that time period? Only the Red Faction games come to mind, i think they called their system Geo mod. That aside I could see a specific context temp power being granted when you are in front/behind (or flying just above the roof of) certain cars that when activated uses the throw boulder animation but with that car replacing the boulder, i won't pretend to know how feasible that is.

I think i got something that will fit that bill These powers are either from Assault Rifle, Soldiers of Arachnos or Mercenaries Machine-gun Mastery -Burst -Venom Grenade -Wide Area Web Grenade (AOE Immob with -kb) -Heavy Burst -Seasoned Veteran a rifleman pet equivalent to a PPP pet, same powers as the Commando henchmen but with the the Spec Ops henchmen's rifle, outfit & snipe power Seasoned Veteran flavor text: This rifleman has survived many armed conflicts, doing unsavory things at the behest of nation states & self-serving power brokers for chump change, now this soldier will only contract his services out to those he respects, for causes he believes in (or for top dollar)

Why not just make everyone the same level as the league leader?

Huh? Maybe my memory is whacked but didn't COV release after inherent Fitness? Am i crazy in thinking brutes are the best melee to level up thx to fury?

I like the concept of the AT except for the Tank role, imo it should be DPS

I like them alot probably more than regular inspirations

Survivability(+Def, -Acc, -Dmg, +Slow, KD, Mez), Damage & Recharge I've tried a few combos from live to today & my 2 favs got the above on lock, fun at range & melee

I like the spirit but i think 1 enhancement slot for 100 levels is crazy stingy 1 for the 1st 10 1 more at 30 1 more at 60 1 more at 100 You have to work more and more for each one so there a diminishing returns component at play but an additional shiny for the additional work may make that worthwhile.
