What if after using CT instead of gaining ACC, your next use of teleport has no animation/no hover affect/no stealth to it (instant tp with +5% RES). It will give people the option to TP into battle from afar and keep up with a fast pace group if TP is your only travel. Give this effect a 10/15 second cool down after using it or something. And for the people that are hating on the cool down they have to invest into the power pool to fully become a teleporter to bounce back from the cool down. I think this will help slow tankers/melee to toons keep up with the range dps'ers in battle since the current end game is so gosh darn fast. Gives people the incentive to pick more powers in the power pool. And I think it adds a little bit of fun to using teleport. Everyone likes a good combo move. Just a thought

Dude i'm sorry that happened to you. I hate when you get a shitty host I don't personally care for Speed ITF's unless you just want to show off. But yeah 15/20 for a pub group. My kill alls range from 35 to 50 min.

I sir disagree on this. Guess you can say his extra recharge can be situational use. I can get Cap recharge For 10/15 seconds with my own buffs on my poison with the use of accolades. I call it my boss killer mode. Blaze and snipe with no waiting. Also VV here is a pretty fun Poison build I have. It can be very tanky. Almost Cap RES all. But i've learned with poison. The only way to really see the set shine is to really play it aggressively. Its not a set you want to avoid dmg. I always carry purples on me. You gain your hp back through all the Healing procs if you live. It's not a Wate build. But hope this can give you some ideas how on some slotting.

**Time Splicer** (With Travel power) Works like Sorcery. You can only pick one of these power pools. T1: Timeless Meditation “toggle” - You clear your mind in battle. For each enemies around they get -dmg to all there attacks. T2: Tearing time “single target”: you punch through time that leaves the enemy with -dmg with a chance to for -recharge T3: Battle Speed “Teleport” After you performing the teleport you are granted with a speed buff that gives you +run speed, +jump speed, + recharge for 10 seconds. T4: Echoing punch “PBOE” - the sounds of the punch has a chance to hold surrounding enemies. Also adds -dmg to who is effected by the echo's. T5: Time Splitter “click” - You splice time around you for 30 seconds that gives you a very high chance to absorb all incoming attacks that heal you through absorb health that add to your HP bar. At the end of the duration Any extra absorb left will turn into a PBOE that will do dmg

With how fast pace the end game is at this moment PP pets can’t really keep up. I would skip PP pets right now. IMO all pets are useless unless you’re a themed player. I can solo just fine without a pet. Only pet worth getting is the OP incarnate pets. Just stick with that. Save your slots for something worth wild. Are you looking to bring more damage to a team? What is your goal on your current character that makes you think you need a pet? What do you want to do? Again I’d skip the pet. Save your money and time on theory crafting. Hopefully HC has a plan for what the old devs left them to fix. Tell then Just ride the train tell the nerf bat hits and things change. At the current state of the game it’s keep up or be my perma veng. It’s the truth.

Not sure if it's possible but a Halloween them ITF. Not sure how hard this would be. But zombie hordes would be cool

I've played a lot of poison and ran a lot of ITFs to play test a lot of things. What powers do you know you do not want from plant control? And are you looking to go with SS/SJ/FLY? Ill try to work up a build for you after I get to know a little of your play style

At least you get a semi cool inherit power while you team. Defenders pretty much get nothing. I don't play this game to solo.

This is true! Your emp is on another level. My emp is an illusion. I’ve been tempted to make a new one as a defender or a cor after seeing yours.

I play poison defender and I feel much more involved. But I agree. I don’t even touch my emp anymore. It’s no fun unless you’re playing for theme or just like the sounds of your own powers.
