  1. Sorry I really want to apologize, realized there was an error in my build. Vengeance was clicked on doubling the defense, its actually half at 23% defense (probably an ok mid levels build for TF/SF group running if you used attuned on everything and normal defense IO then boosted them) all with Vengeance off and it was mean to slot in a LoTG. Resists are still 75% , but back to the drawing board 😪 and maybe I could push SM/Lethal defense which covers a lot of attacks with split damage . Really sorry about that. I might have a lot of crap builds I got to go over now and fix, got to avoid vengeance as a slot mule now . Crushed my spirit and royally screwed up with that mistake 😑
  2. Sprint called, it asked Ninjitsu "Can you hear me now?" and Ninjitsu was like "I don't get it?" so Sprint is like "Well, the max endurance cost is .78 for all three toggles in Super Reflexes" and Ninjitsu is still confused when responding "your point? my 3 toggles is also .78" so Sprint is like "I am trying to say; when properly sloted the total cost is .58 for both power sets" Ninjitsu responds "Yeah..what of it." so Sprint says "Unslotted, my cost is .29 or half of both of you power sets unslotted. That means you, Ninjitsu are scarfing down endurance like a bulimic and purging that endurance as fast as possible cause you can throw up some blue bar" so Ninjitsu tries to respond when Sprint cuts in "Oh, and those scalling passives on Super Reflex...Rock Hard Abs up to 60% resist, bro. Chicks dig scars when you are living a thin line next to death." tl;dr - or don't find me funny, Super Reflex the set itself isn't endurance hungry it has the same endurance cost as Ninjitsu; running the 3 toggles. Sprint costs half as much, and it only increases speed. Its the primary attack set (which can be adjusted for slotting properly) that gulps down the blue bar like Gatorade, and Ninjitsu recovers the endurance. But the granite abs from the six pack on a super reflex; even Superman is going to hurt his fist punching that stomach. I don't know, I just wanted to be funny right now.😏
  3. Psi/Elec scrapper build using 3 Blades and Mass Levitate, capped out 75% resists (excluding Toxic and Negative) and 45% typed (All typed / All Positional). Probably not the best build, but looks solid. Was making something different, noticed almost all def were at least 40% so made it a challenge to make an all rounder that is probably not good at everything. Haven't played it, but looks fun. 4. I belive you can reduce height, then shorten legs individually. Funky slider options, don't mess with them much it but looks like the Torpedo slider on female chests was toned down from live; haven't seen much far right characters.
  5. So extra slots for calamari? Naw, called imbalance and OP, as their should be choices, decisions, and consequences. Cant have everything.
  6. Who cares, level 50 rookie side kick touring the city asking why the citizens are out walking them as sprint is turned off and no travel power. How is that not entertaining?
  7. "SEGAAAAAAA" *Blue flash as Sonic goes by*
  8. "Nah, make it even longer. I want to see my enemies cower as I look at both fists before they kasplode" - Galaxy Brain, Other thread When 17 bad guys couldn't kill the tank, they have 2 seconds to contemplate their existence, their bad choices in life, and going to meet their end with the dumbest animation that has a longer hang time than an NBA player.
  9. Its not inventory management, its time management. Find time, delete the salvage. Sure, it takes awhile...about 2 seconds per stack when you right click and hit the S key when the warnings for "Delete Salvage?" and "This can be used for ABC, BCA, and ABBA recipes." After that, you are talking about 60 seconds tops, or make the enhancement on the spot deleting 3-6 salvage in the creation of the enhancement since you can hold up to 70 in the tray then drop off in a SG enhancement table. With a yellow recipe in the SG, can always use a converter and turn it into a random rare then turn it into any other IO in the category. It all takes some time, not a lot, but if you want to block common salvage I can guarantee its going to take you longer when you want to make an IO than it is to buy the salvage off the AH then it does to deal with clearing out your salvage page.
  10. Ehh, goes both ways. Don't think of influence as a form of cash, its more like an asset that doesn't take up an IO slot. Not much else you can do with IO; no lawyers, advertising, rent, bills....influence just sits there in the wallet just as much as an IO in the tray.
  11. Liquidate that influence to IO and dump in SG storage, hold the popular sets for other toons when you roll one.
  12. Mentally overwhelming presence at its psi damage
  13. Costume pieces like the quiver (option anyway) do not color weapons, that is a separate function under weapon tab.
  14. AT idea, nameless but one basically a villain and hero mirrors..but swapping sides kills it. Dominator Assault set, support secondary Hero - Assault/Support Villain - Support /Assault Hero is basically corrupter level damage and lower scale support modifers; villain is Defender scale support modifiers and damage level.
  15. In the past 1.5 weeks I have crafted about 300 IO if not 400, on my farm brute before I toss them in storage when it fills up. 70 is fine, if respec just pop out like 15 to be on the safe side, drop in storage than respec. Don't even bother keeping SO if you plan to sell, a level 50 recipe is worth 10x the amount and 500k to craft assuming you already have the salvage, drop in storage and delete to SO, 3 sec for each one. Its time management, not salvage or recipe management. Find a system that works for you and devote some time every couple of days.
  16. Psi Melee / Fire brute, farmer Its basically a SS/Fire brute build, slightly slower animation AoE power at 32 with a knockback +rec proc and a build up power (45 sec recharge down to 23) instead of rage. Combo mechanic with Insight when it triggers, 15 up and 15 down...only part is it doesn't really trigger with single target attacks so if I want to use Mass Levitate its usually not with the Insight up as it triggers nearly every time I use ML. Super Strength is the brawn set, Psi Melee is the brain set.
  17. You are fighting incredibly fantastic foes in imaginary situations. That isn't naturally possible 🙄
  18. After that, 1,607 vet levels to grind if you want to out level GM Taquitz
  19. One thing that gets me and not dominator related, why doesn't Phantasm have the same ability to change the pets to the "Mirror" effect to it acts like Phantom Army and look like the player. They already have something to work with, except for time involved it shouldn't be very difficult to implement.
  20. 👍 Better off on bugs over suggestions section.
  21. Darkness Affinity, controller support. Dark Miasma is defender/corrupter/Mastermind, not that it has bearing on the bug. Just that controllers got that Fade which make the other Dark sets envious. Support loses the hold which is moved to the control side and gets Fade to stack with Shadowfall....and Black hole never change; Miasma hates its cousin Affinity
  22. Sun Day - Day of the sun Moon Day - Day of the moon Twos Day - Depends on calendar and where it is used in the world, Monday is considered 1s day of the week than Tuesday is 2nd otherwise Sunday forces Monday/Tuesday to 2nd/3rd. And the Tyr thing going on Wodne's day - Day of Woden, also known as Odin Thor's day - Hammer boy got one named after himself. Frige day - Goddess Frigg Saturn's Day - God Saturn in Roman mythology. Yeah, all is from Wikipedia and that is a cringe source for information. Still, does make sense in a way on how the days are pronounced.
  23. First post, second Paragraph. Ukase says he would make a base and give it away. I said you could make 50 newbie characters and build 50 SG bases with a list of the SG names Ukase came up with, person can choose one instead of renaming. Lots of work making those bases, sure each one is easy until you start making it like a production line.
  24. 1000 character slots, only thing limiting you is time to build it after you name it. Keep a list of the names handy with character that made it, find person, give them the list, they pick, you invite, them, promote them, you leave. Lots of work for philanthropy in a video game
