  1. Its 8.5 when you start, fades to 4, then 2. Going to average about 5 over the long run which is all you need with endurance reduction, and its easy to perma with slotting so you will be running with high endurance recovery before Incarnate.
  2. Or Fry is squinting like he is high like when Superman flies. Its more of the modifiers, Tank Ice Armor Frozen Armor/ is 17% Def Smashing/Lethal. Brute /Frozen Armor is 12.5% Smashing/Lethal. Going by that, Tanks have a 30% higher modifier; unslotted. You figure if EA was close to that standard; it would be typed damage vs the most popular damage types. EA won't be stupid OP, just balanced to be closer in line with SR when it comes to defense; how I don't know.

You hit Ferret with your Burn for 208.36 points of Fire damage. You hit TankYou with your Burn for 208.36 points of Fire damage. You hit TankYou with your Burn for 213.62 points of Fire damage. You hit The Best with your Burn for 213.62 points of Fire damage. Random times in the combat log You hit Tankerbell with your Burn for 245.96 points of Fire damage. You hit Tankerbell with your Burn for 152.19 points of Fire damage. Two lines for Tankerbell right after each other, pretty much instantly. Have the Gladiators -resist proc in burn, seeing "You hit Target and lower their resistance" like a fat block of text (something like 10+ lines) when there is only couple bosses left. Is the effect stacking per burn tick? Could that be why its front loading, its stacking -resist 5 times ? Wait, just noticed somthing about burn in Mids. Is it normally front loaded? I thought it was pure dot ticks

  9. Do you use CJ and Ninja/Beast run? If you use CJ for the 2.5 def and had been running Ninja/Beast they are exclusive; one turns the other off. You forgot to turn CJ back on and then RNGesus kicks in, you take some heavy hits when the streak breaker decides it hates you.

Tempest - Endurance drain Entropic Chaos - Self Heal Decimation - Build Up Devastation - Hold Apocalypse - Negative Damage Winter's Bite - -slow and -recharge All of 1 Melee on the other hand Pounding Slugfest - Disorient bonus (which means what? +stun duration or chance to stun?) Kinetic Combat - Knockdown bonus (which means what? +KB/KU/KD mag or chance to KB?) Touch of Death - Negative Damage Mako's Bite - Lethal Damage Hecatomb - - Negative Damage Gladiator Strike - Smashing Damage All of 4 Its the ability to shoe in procs by the effects of the power has that stacks the procs, Holds are considered range and they have -tohit that applies as well. Plain -Tohit powers, Fear powers, Confuse ect do not have inherent damage. So the powers Fear, Darkness Night and Possess do not benefit from a proc that adds damage since they have no damage to begin with. On the other hand, could always just make them exclusive. Dark Melee only gets access to melee types so no -tohit damage proc, Dark armor gets access to stun/fear procs, Taunt click powers can only fit the psi proc which can't go into into any toggle except a damage aura. The entire suggestion would be moot, you neuter the ability of the proc that has no damage in the power; unless it applied a damage type like current procs. Ugg, I make points you already cover.   14. Equvilent to a T9 rage crash, with 6 slots split between Def/Resist you can run it 24/7 at over half the soft cap of def and half the resist. On a toggle no less. Had a thought, if they ever port it to scrappers it probably going to be a T9 Icy Bastion Ice Armor for sentinels or the Shadow Meld in the scrapper Soul patron pool. I just can't see a scrapper with a slow boulder build being successful, most scrapper armor sets tend to be about movement and ass kicking while brute/tanker is about taking it in the jaw then smiling back before pounding them into the ground.

Like, there is nothing special about the billions of words and several hundred languages, multiple ways to spell a God or mythical person because the region it travel to from the start origin is spelled differen.
  19. I don't know, a generic word such as Megawatt may be copy righted especially for a Disney Character as obscure as this one. Even the normal word "Joker" which is defined as a person who makes jokes, is copy righted through DC as a character. Venom, Wolverine, Apocalypse, Juggernaut, Colossus, Cyclops, Robin, Beast, Two-Face (more of a phrase without the hyphen), Penguin, Firefly, plus all the regular team names like Avengers, Inhuman, Wild Pack, Wild Cards, ect ect. They are words, from the English language slapped onto an image and a paragraph to create a fictional person.

  22. Freaks is basically the equivalent to dystopia cyber punk, genre before even CoH or Dark Angel which influenced aspects of them. Manticore is just a mythical creature, popular cool sounding name and the character is just a rip off of Batman.
  23. You can add a waypoint marker above someone's head, it just sets distance but can highlight were they are with an arrow. As they move it will stay on them not the spot they were at, it stays on them until about 100 ft and then disappears.
  24. 39.88 S/L. +5 those Def enhancements and you get 40.14 (melee goes to 45.5%). P2W vendor has a +5 Def to all buff, 2.5 million at 50 (scaling price per level) an hour stacks to 8 hours. Hit soft cap at 45.14, solid looking build with those capped resists and avoiding about 3/4 of all attacks if they are split damage types as to hit checks is highest damage type. Bah, didn't see it was a post last year. Sorry!
  25. I agree the set is great with the buffs, the Static aspect is useless and I would like to see it buff the buffs. Could just as easily make them PBAoE instead of jumping, the heal is weak in comparison to the Auras at short range and you will rarely be casting it beyond sniper range like I mentioned at a costume contest; weak heal at 150 ft is useless in any practical situation. I would like to see the heal bounce back and forth onto the same character multiple times beyond the single hit; so it at least heals for 20 several times for example. The biggest beef I said, is the fact that you have 4 fast casting buffs and if you are chaining them you can't really use your other powerselection. Sure, I might seem like an empath bot with 1 attack from the olden days...but the buffs are so good why not. But throw in faraday cage thats 5. Amplfy a single target is great but they are probably buffed out the ass with IO defense and would be nice if it splashed a couple of other team mates but was 20% as effective for 30 seconds for that long recharge and limited to 1 target. I just can't get motivated to want to play this particular character, normally I like debuff sets since they are powerful with a single hit and then throwing in heals but the buffs cast in such an easy way I liked Elec Aff...but it gets boring after awhile. Back in Feb with I26 Shadow Maul (Tanker, Scrapper, Brute, Stalker) is now a much larger, faster cone that's actually capable of easily hitting multiple targets - especially on tanks! Arc increased from 45 to 120 degrees. Recharge increased from 8 to 14 seconds. Cast Time reduced from 3.07 to 2.35 seconds. Damage lowered from scale 2.156 to 1.588. DPS reduction is minor, it has only been lowered from scale 0.653 to scale 0.633. Target Cap increased from 10 to 16 for Tankers. Target Cap increased from 5 to 10 for Scrappers, Brutes and Stalkers. Up coming in I27 Shadow Maul Target cap reduced from 10 to 5 (16 to 10 for Tankers) Its getting toned down not nerfed from its last buff, like reduction in target cap from 10 to 5 and 16 to 10 (tanks); originally was 5 targets for melee cones in a narrow arc so they increased the arc with the target cap; guess it was to OP. The fear power is getting buffed to an AoE aspect. Note: expected changed in the beta, but it follows normal logic so I don't expect a major change from that unless they make an exception.
