This is just for experience gain only. Every objective you do, no matter the type, there are ambushes. More merits as a result. Example: in the CoT trial: you click an obelisk you get an ambush. this ambush becomes a new objective. even if you assemble 8 people to click at the same time and someone ATTs to the end to kill the Monster and Hostage it still does not complete because of the oblilisk ambushes on top of the monster death ambush and hostage saving ambush. This can be for EVERY task force Maybe at higher levels that Vet Level 9999 motherfucker wont care as he handles it all by himself but leveling up and pre-incarnate it will promote working together as a team.. maybe.

Resilience can also be buffed to RESIST ALL crowd control. Remember that resistance makes the effects/magnitude go away faster, meanwhile protection blocks against a certain magnitude. Regenerating brain after a mental hold Your lungs recovering after a gas grenade Your brain synapses coming back after getting tazed Your body fighting off earth fungus etc. I mean resisting stun is ok but i can see myself pushing off permafrost with newly regenerated flesh for those slows and immobilizes -

oh! Ramp Ups for the clicks (recon/ignore) Decay for Moment of Glory. strong start heal over time/absorb/regen that decays over 15 seconds. the crash can be partial endurance loss or no crash at all 1.) lives up to the name 2.) goes in-line with other tier9s from other sets where it just amps the rest of the set to the max -

I didnt wanna make a new thread for most of what i typed up before. Most of the numbers from the oldass original post wont apply There are two mechanics that I want to talk about, the new "ramp up" effect on Fortunata's Scramble Thoughts and Water Blasts Jet Stream effect. First is the Ramp Up thing. Reconstruction as a name sounds like something that takes time to do so Reconstruction can be a strait heal over time that ramps up over 10-20 seconds. No upfront heal this time around just a growing heal over time. This fits into the theme of regeneration as well as overcoming the hard 10%/server tick regen cap My suggestion of Ignore Pain's can also do this with ramping up over time, 10-20 seconds of an absorb building up. Being over time fits into the regen aspect on top of not stepping on the toes of Bio and Radiation who get full click shields themselves. If anyone played an Ice Manipulation blaster, thats the thing. Now about Water Blasts Jet Streams mechanic, can this be modified to trigger PARTIAL cooldowns on OTHER abilities? My idea is that Reconstruction, Dull Pain and Ignore Pain when activated can reduce the cooldown of Instant Healing by X amount. using Reconstruction shaves off 30 seconds off Instant Healing for example, a longer cooldown like Dull Pain may shave off 60 seconds. Hell, revive and moment of glory while we are at it can take off time from Instant Healings recharge. With the proposed Ramp Ups and Other Abilities Cooling Others Down mechanic this can leave regen as a clicky set while potentially making Instant Healing perma once again. Just need to work for it. Hell, maybe even the opposite of a Ramp Up in the form of Decay, bigger heal/absorb ticks upfront that go down over time And the idea of an absorb over time (ignore pain) can also fit into Willpowers(tank, brute, scrapper, sentinel) theme since in my proposal they will lose a powerslot with the merging of fast healing and quick recovery And willpower stalkers Reconstruction can be buffed in any combination of ways to compensate for Hide. Or not. the lack of recovery caused me to play one willpower stalker that was deleted years ago so i have no experience here. -

Getting more use out of slotting Terrorize for damage force bomb wall of force poison storm. holy shit storm. with KB2KD in Tornado its you can just drop it on your telekinesis target and watch the numbers tick by -untested but will someday maybe- mind/savage. maul their asses with maul>flurry after slamming them into the ground mind/thorn. fling, burst and ripper, whatever order mind/martial. those tight aoes mind/fire, breath might actually hit more than 1 target mind/arsenal, ignite

MM builds are tight and this would help a lot. but the second ato set would also need some recharge in the enhancements. other examples are Burn, shield charge and various other pets like gun drone, volt sentinel and dark extraction -
lets say you want an alt animation for one power suddenly everythings fucked up as you spend hours and potentially trying out every color combo ever to imitate the original colors and when you go outside you find out that ice isnt neon blue or blinding white because this shit isnt snow i want to live in a world where i9 and j8 is just close enough for ice blast without me using the melody for "thats how i know my ABCs" going through my head for each palette also for the longest time i used red for fire thinking it looked good but then yellow and orange blew me away but every god damn alt i forget what oranges and yellows i used for fire

I like the belt with semi-detailed pockets. with the growing number of tech/natural sets we may need more of these types of pocket/pouch belts So something without the guns and billy club

Highest: Most bethesda fallout/elder scrolls games. between mods for bikini armor and huge breasts that keeps me coming back I love finding a small mod that changes gameplay drastically that warrants another playthrough Increasing Hand to Hand damage in ES3/4/5 was huuuuuge. Went from the worst thing you can do to being medium high tier. From bare fists to adding poisons in oblivion to Enchanting - I Do What I Want allowing hand to hand damage on all pieces of gear in skyrim. also a mod called Unarmed Helper that scales with your level. Khajiit went from never used to being the main character so many times Mods that added cut weapons in FO3, or DLC altering properties like reducing alien armor/health when you are past level 20, or a mod that scales the rednecks damage to be resistable instead of flat damage And as I approach 1500 hours in new vegas there is always always always something to alter to change things for the better. taking companions into DLC, adding new purified water recipes from various fruits, changing around perk levels and requirements, adding cut content, backwards compatibility for perks and weapons (ex: police pistol from dead money being effected by cowboy) Also other MMOs like everquest, warcraft, star wars galaxies/old republic. Hell even now as im kinda burnt out on CoH im running around tattooine as a fencer/smuggler/pistoleer shooting sandpeople in the dick. Lowest: most n64 games no description needed

Blast set, Cold Burst - 5 ticks of 90% cold/10% lethal Hailstone. - 75% smash/25% cold Ice lance - Snipe 90% cold/10% lethal Flurry of ice - basically a cone mini-full auto wolf spiders have but cold/lethal Freezer Burn - heavy long duration dot, maybe use the new mechanic Fortunatas have with Scramble Thoughts where it gets stronger over time Aim - Just aim, i thought about adding a +special where the more cold(-speed) a target has the more cold damage done but then thought about tar pit, caltrops and so on and just didnt even Expanding Ice - taoe liquid nitrogen animation with seismic blasts upthrusts animation. that or rapid firing cryo grenades in a single area with the same expanding upwards effect Something - somethingsomething Absolute Zero - cone attack using psi tornado's tornado with frost effects. if the tornados can start small but then grow it can be either one big one sweeping the area or a buncha medium ones sweeping left to right
