Omega Maneuver should get scrapped and get replaced with a pet buff. +def/dmg/resist. call it Omega Maneuvers Banes are just so horribly horrible. long animations, low base damage on ranged attacks and few single target melee attacks for a decent chain. and for some reason less survivable than crabs. resists, defense, etc. also mini/partial crits while not in hide will help

i dont get it but if they tone down the shadow shard tfs or remake the whole damn things into one of those fancy new co-op zones from the ground up from the padded missions designed for a Repeatable-mission-less-world-at-the-time to the vents that rocket people from island to island that were clearly designed before inherent fitness that would also be great. I love a good +1 or +2 kill thru synapes but something about the shadow shard TFs that just take advantage of my preference and goes too far with the other option sitting at the zonein waiting for teleport like a firefarm for 45 minutes. might even be incarnate content like DA

cold it has quite a few skippable powers for personal attacks and maneuvers two ice shields and fog come at low levels and stay strong. 1 extra slot in shields and train ninjas hits the ground running for defense benumb is very skippable until level 49 or so. pre-50 not many AVs are legit threats nor are they common encounters. and at 50 there is always a few dozen lore pets on said AV and heat losses 6 minute cooldown makes it a rather undesireable power. the amount of theorycrafting and mids only building someone is about to do is not worth it. take it in your late 40s and frostwork is just too much of a hassle to keep up all the time

sure because even if it did it still wont be top tier. i had a thug/sonic thinking i would be the second bruiser and no, my pistols did more damage at the end of the day

while i feel that EMP arrow has a small radius in comparison to its recharge time its strong. but that said i dont take it to how mobile this game is and sitting around in a corner fighting an AV is sparse

I feel it. big patch for powers Super Strength is getting an overhaul Kinetic melee will get a traditional buildup for all ATs and the siphon effect will be baseline to all attacks Empathy will also get a handful of buffs Sonic Reso as well Beam rifle will get a second traditional aoe Poison will get damage added to it somehow. neuro breath for a toxic/psi combo dot, toxic dot on trap. strait moderate damage on the debuffs Other offense based psi blast/melee sets will get buffed crab soldiers pets will get lower recharge timers Name release will go live fiery assault will get the fiery melee buffs from whenever ago

it double stacks normally. seen it alot in genin, grave knights and phantom army

probably leftovers from the mastermind version which is ranged

You should stop thinking about this when you realize you are a ranged melee. same-ish target limits and such to balance out the fact you have armor and cc protection

tar patch + any rain is a good combo slot fearsome stare for -tohit consider the teleport pool for Teleport Target to get your dark servant into melee for its [chill of the night] aura. its a staggering -20% tohit out of the box AND its autohit

Cutting the exp would fix most of these problems. Maybe im still bitter over the winter lord nerf like 15 years ago.

EM has a higher flightmod than Hover so it benefited more from enhancements.

DOMINATION DOES NOT EFFECT VOLCANIC GASSES caps intended. my earth/earth just melee smashes stuff that sometimes crowd controls. quicksand is amazing at lower levels because of autohit -tohit quake is a decent soft control stalag for when things get too hot i did not take volcanic since long cooldown and yes for your third question, seismic smash does [Domination]

followup is annoying enough to keep up but if you can eject your spines for projectiles: caltrops, narrow cone, ranged immobilize whirlwind animation claw burst or pierce [organ] for a hold or a .67 mag knockback shockwave using Flashfires animation eyefling single target -tohit

You really need some sort of buildup to have that feeling of clearing out a room. Pistol/tactical is my new favorite blaster. oil slick + fire ammo'd attacks just feels right Pistol/fire was an attempt at a pbaoe monster. worked but tactical arrow did it so much better Pistol/plant was my excuse to use toxic ammo and it did well. stacking holds didnt do much in groups im not even ganna list the rest, just go pistol/tactical. glue arrow is the lesser of the level 1 evils, skip net, ice, flash, esd

Can that turn red whenever someone has a status effect on them? Not like a tanker with their resist toggle up and combat jumping gets a weak immobilize on them I mean when effected by a status effect. A held blaster a sleeping controller a confused brute a stunned corruptor that one league member who is not rendering on your pc because 50+ other people nearby that gets feared etc Anything to alert anyone that this person needs.. effort put their way to have a positive outcome? I know if I said 'help' it would upset someone.
