I'm not supportive of this. Using LEGO as an analogy, I rather HC provides more building blocks, than more unique playsets. As it is now, we have the crabs and widows, they are unique to themselves, they can't use Melee/Control/Defense, and neither could other AT use Widow/Night/etc. The concept of Mesopotamian-themed are too unique and specific, might be hard to gel with existing AT and lore. I would rather HC introduce new unique "Element"/"Primordial" Melee/Control/etc to existing AT, slowly one by one, until most/all have them I think my main concern is that the AT is themed. Other CoH servers have introduced new AT, but they are not themed to a specific background story. If anyone want to make a Mesopotamian-themed character, let them, but I think Mesopotamian-themed AT is too restrictive to the imagination. In other note, we could use more costumes for people to play out Mesopotamian fantasies. -
Can anyone tell me why most builds do not include Barrage. I know from other AT, the T1 is usually worthless, but from the description and feel of playing with it, it doesn't feel that bad.

I don't have a long history with CoH, but during my initiation run with HC (last year before my PC exploded and I didn't bother to reinstall after I got a replacement), I was thinking maybe I would see some sort of RP conflicts, that out of tradition, villains always lose, but not before giving the heroes some troubles worth conquering. When I learnt that CoH has a base system, and once had base-invasion gimmick, I even imagined of RPing base invasion. I might not have experience everything RP in HC, due to my timezone and limited stay with HC, and me not initiating anything but just going with the flow, but what I saw are player heroes staying with player heroes, player villains staying with player villains, they rarely cross paths except when it's drinking and dancing time. There is that Mission Architect, and some SG do provide some RP experience, but it's still player heroes vs AI (and GM?), are there any for player villains? And still, outside of PvP, heroes don't RP fight villains. It's kinda boring for a world with heroes and villains. I do not know what I'm expecting, or how RP conflict should/would work, just my opinion, this thought comes out of nowhere as I reinstalled HC after nine months of absence.

Grandville is just Arachnos base turned inside-out, horrible aesthetics. The other red city zones feel alive, but not Grandville.

"Naked" - Never slotted any TO, DO, SO, IO from level 1 to level 50. And different badge for patrol dayjob at different zone: "Park Goer" - Atlas Park "King's Man/Woman" - Kingsrow etc

Rebalance merit rewards, right now red side has less merits. Give merits per sub-mission instead of completing the whole arc. Give drastically diminishing returns for repeat (for maybe a week?), to promote people playing other mission/arc. -

With the exception of Ouro... Is it possible to have the game check if you have done the previous story/chapter before allowing you to proceed with a mission? Example 1: Missions about Praetoria refugees are introduced in level 30s, missions about the Praetoria invasion at late 40s. Shouldn't it be the other way round? Example 2: Atlas Park has Chapter 1 and 4 of one of the Signature TF. Why does it allow you to play chapter 4 before anything else?
