  1. I have 3 Kinetics Toons (Kin/Elect Defender, Fire/Kin Corruptor, Kin/Rad Defender) and all 3 keep Siphon Power as a L1 Power Pick. As @Psyonico mention, the -Damage is always good. The +Damage is really needed for the Corruptor. And for the Defender, when it hasn't quite hit enough with Fulcrum Shift, Siphon Power helps get that extra bit more. I have it on Tray 1 Slot 1, so I can use it like other Ranged Attacks.
  2. I'll support @kwsapphire on this. My Commands Popmenu (post link in my signature) has Shortcuts in submenus and they work fine as well. What I've noticed over my extensive changes and testing of my Commands Popmenu is that Shortcuts often sometimes don't work. I couldn't characterise the failure to anything I could figure out. It's one of the reasons I tended to limit adding more Emotes. Currently, all the Shortcuts work. But if I change them, I know that getting them all to work again may be tricky.
  3. I'll second @Luminara on this. I use stealth on ALL my Toons and have done so since well before Shutdown. Perception and stealth hasn't changed much. EDIT: Forgot to mention the important bit about Rikti Drones and Rularuu Sentries, Now fixed. Some mobs have normal rank-based perception ranges (Rikti Drones, Rularuu Sentries) but ignore stealth and that's been true a long time. Some mobs--Turrets, Snipers, Giant Monsters--have much longer perception. It's rare outside of Advanced Mod, but some mobs have Tactics-like Powers that give them more perception and there are a few more of them. Using stealth means knowing what to do when the mobs see you--either defeat them all or break contact. That's always been so.

  5. The problem is the T1 and T2 for all Powersets, Primary and Secondary, are now available at Level 1. So sorting on Level isn't going to get this right. A couple of Melee examples that are in the correct order: Broad Sword and Katana. Examples in the wrong order: all the Beam Rifles, Blaster, Defender, Corruptor, and Sentinel, list them in the wrong order, first Charged Shot (the T2) then Single Shot (the T1). I checked all Blaster Primaries in CoD2 and in-game. Here's what's in the wrong order: Archery, Beam Rifle, Dual Pistols, Energy Blast, Fire Blast, Ice Blast, Sonic Attack. Blaster Seismic Blast is in the correct order if Seismic Shockwave is ignored. I imagine there's more.

  7. As the randomly-trigger self-buff Reach for the Limit has double Damage enhancement for Psychic and Toxic Damage, I thought it would be good to have more of them.   9. I see what you mean. But that has to be done carefully. Because that way lies enemies like Reichsman. Also known as "Ol' Big Bag of Hitpoints." I know there's been +4x8 Kahn TFs. Don't know if it can be soloed. But even with a good Team, that's going to be a long long final mission. Worse would be a +4x8 Barracuda SF. Same Ol' Big Bag of Hitpoints. Worse adds. I was on a Mo Barracuda run that failed the Mastery bit because of 1 defeat in that brutal final mission.
  10. It was your Popmenu that inspired me to create and expand my similar Commands Popmenu. My main has nearly full all 9 Trays and using that Commands Popmenu to offload Powers is vital. Feel free to take mine and copy whatever you want to yours, Sapph.
  11. Get the numbers from CoD2, as sometimes the displays in games introduces some issues. Also need to use the Arcanatime Casts as they represent the actual amount of time taken by casting as controlled by the server clock. The one thing that CoD2 can get wrong is which of the first two Powers in a Powerset are the T1 and T2 Powers (any thoughts, @UberGuy?). This is one thing that MRB gets right as far as I know. But I do check in game. At least for Blast Powersets, the T1 is the faster recharging Power of the first two Powers. Loses the Snipe Penetrating Ray for a Chain Refractor Beam. That's not even remotely good for ST DPA. I'm not great at Sentinel builds (only done an AR/Ninjitsu build but haven't levelled the Toon to confirm it). The DPA of the T1 and T2 are very close. If the build can't take all 5 attacks with good ST DPA, I'd likely skip the T2, Charged Shot. Likely a better chain if Exemplared so low the T8 isn't available. And if the recharge isn't low enough for the 4 shot chain below, another Single Shot can be added on the end in the second chain. Worse case third chain should work. Single Shot does deliver a -Regen to a Disintegrated target--but doesn't get any extra damage. Subbing the T2 for the T1 would give better DPA on a Disintegrating target. However, if the build only has the T2 and not the T1, I think the recharge would have to be low enough to do its version of the first chain. Would need to be tested to be sure, but taking the T1 would give these possible chains, depending on the recharge.   12. I usually use macros for location casts in one of the first 3 trays so I can use a keybind to cast it. The Power icon itself is usually in another tray so I can monitor the recharge and use it to place the location the rare times I want to do so. BTW, underscores aren't needed in commands and can be dropped. Very important in long macros and commands as a command, including one that creates a macro, can't be more than 255 characters long. Often the longest macros will need to be editted as they can have up to 255 character too, but can't create one directly.

  14. I have rerolled Characters to change their Origin and nothing else. I think that won't happen again to me. But I would appreciate the ability to change the Origin of a Character at Null the Gull. Right now, Origin only has bearing on some conversation in a mission or two. (Used to give access to different special enhancements at Yin's Market, but that was changed.) But it does matter to me. And in the past, I didn't get it right. I try to be very careful about it now.

  16. Shortcuts can be weird in Popmenus, @kwsapphire. I've had no end of problems in my Commands Popmenu. Then a few releases ago, no more issues. Not sure why. Maybe I just changed them to avoid the issues and haven't hit them again. You can download my Commands Popmenu (article link in my sig) and see if you get any ideas.
  17. I've not checked this on Sentinels to be sure there, but on Blasters and Defenders with Beam Rifle, I take the T1 Single Shot and the T8 Piercing Beam, skipping the T2 Charged Shot. Rather than best individual DPS, it's more important to have good individual DPA in a chain that allows all Powers to recharge. That gives the better overall DPS. The T1 Single Shot has a -Regen effect on mobs with Disintegrating, but it does have the lowest ST DPA in the set. But the recharge of Charged Shot is long enough that it makes it awkward to use when not all the other ST attacks are available, as well as having the next lowest ST DPA. And neither the T1 or T2 is in the best ST chain. The T8 Piercing Beam is 3° cone with max targets of 3, so it's effectively ST. Has a high Cast time, but it does provide certain -Res which is good. Beam Rifle is heavily ST. And the best ST chain doesn't have either the T1 or the T2 in it. I think it would be best as: T4 Disintegrate - T8 Piercing Beam - T7 Penetrating Ray - T6 Lancer Shot Then you need to summon @UberGuy so he is informed to check it out. EDIT: Whoops! For some strange reason, when you wrote "Mids" I read "CoD2". Sigh. Anyhoo, sorry, @Uun, @UberGuy. There are many places where Mids Reborn (MRB) has issues. Some are so big or hard to fix that they can't be fixed in the current MRB.
  18. This is probably the ultimate reason that PI won't get a Hami Raid. There are already two Zones set aside for Hami Raids, one Co-Op. Having a serious event like a Hami Raid or an MSR can leave a Zone in a less than ideal state. After the twice-a-week Hami Raids on CB in the RWZ, the GM's ask everyone to leave the RWZ so it can be restarted. This is possible on the low-population CB Shard for the RWZ twice a week, but not really an regular option for a L50 active Zone like PI on a larger population Shard on HC. Better to keep it in the Hive and the Abyss. I just tested this to be sure. It is not possible to move between Peregrine Island and Talos Island Zones except on the Ferry. In the larger scheme of things, they are adjacent, but not connected besides the Ferry in game.
  19. I think there's many KD Powers that still use 0 to 1 (exclusive) KB to give KD.   20. If there's a Zone change. perhaps it should be to "Talos Island". Right now, the Rogue Islands Hazarad Zone "Monster Island" duplicates the northern islands in that Zone with different Badges. What could be done is all Badges and Plaques in northern "Talos Island" could be move to the rest of the Zone, then that northern part removed. Then "Monster Island" could be turned into a Co-Op Zone and a link to "Talos Island" added.
  21. The whole point to Primal Hamidon is it's currently limited (by what exactly, not sure) to spawning from time to time in the Hive and the Abyss. I think that's also a lot of what is restricting the Devouring Earth. Which is why Primal Earth hasn't gone the way of Praetorian Earth. Hamidon being able to spawn in Peregrine Island would be a major DE threat increase that would draw in EVERYONE to deal with it. Because everyone already knows what can happen if this gets worse.

  23. To get an idea of how many Power a single Toon can have, what with all the possibilities, there's a recent patch that raised the maximum Powers a single Toon can have from 1000 to 1250. Because there's a case where a Toon got to 1000 Powers.
  24. Like most prompts, can be turned off in Options, also an option in the prompt popup to turn off the prompt. I usually leave the prompts on and in the stored Options file have the prompts turned on. It's very easy when putting in a number of enhancements to turn off the prompt, so you suddenly see no more prompts. After that, I reload options to get the prompts back on.
