  1. Personally other than some sets not having enough slottin options for procs I think they are fine as is, but we lost that argument in many closed beta and open beta discussions lol

  3. To the bolded, it's interesting to me, as I find flight to be woefully slow and inconvenient compared to the other travel powers. Just shows different players see things differently.
  4. This is actually a brilliant strategy. I'll remember this when I eventually (altholics anonymous failed for me during the Live days) roll this character.
  5. Yeah I get many folks don't care about that sort of thing (animations making sense versus the character model) but I can guarantee and equal number of folks do. EDIT: And either group stating their preferences or opinions has zero baring on if the devs take up a suggestion or not (HC has explained this multiple times in multiple places, not just the forums). People need to stop thinking it does. Everyone needs to relax. lol
  6. Errr no. What any one person wants (or group of people want) if this idea ever gets to beta is always considered by the devs. Since we all play the game every opinion about a potential change matters. (Or at least that is what the devs have said in multiple channels). With that said I'm sure there are ways to do this that gives the option to hide the back costume piece, while still making the animations make sense. HC devs are smart enough to figure this out. So Rudra's opinion really isn't an impediment and can still be consisdered.
  7. Would be nice. If I had time (LMAOOOO, we need 52 hours in day and 9 days in a week) I would learn 3D modeling to do this.
  8. Alt animations for elemental weapons is great. Not sure about combining elements though.
  9. I seriously doubt the devs will prioritize this one any time soon . . . because there is already an instanced MSR. Good luck though. EDIT: Seeing as how folks have been asking for an instanced Hami, that might actually be their next priority along these types of requests.
  10. Yeah I get the logic. My problem with those missions isn't even with stealth off the AI on the NPC is still stupid as f*&^!

  12. Let's just change all escort missions so that if you get to the exit, the escort/hostage teleports to your location and the mission ends. This game's stupid escort AI is why I mainly avoid such missions, or use my auto complete on such missions where possible. For newspaper/radios, I would rather zone out and back into the zone, then do an escort mission. UGH.
  13. It's not off. Containment . . . simply is NOT that great overall. So not surprising Controllers dip into procs for more damage.
  14. The problem is the weak damage for certain sets, which procs were never ever meant to solve. The players decided that that is how we would solve that issue, by procing out (where possible) the damage weak ATs so that soloing wasn't as slow and painful as molsasses. The idea that certain ATs should be faster while teaming, yet Brutes, Tanks etc have mez prot, defensive shields and can zoom through most content with adequate damage is seemingly an archaic one for a lot of players --- hence my first two sentences. If procs are going to be changed in a way (devs have said some will be better, some will be worse and some won't change much) then that really does need to be coupled with a review of the damage potential of some pri/secondary sets and some ATs.
  15. I run two accounts on my laptop at once when farming a new toon only, when my lowbie can't get on a farm. And only on non peak times. You'd be surprised how many folks do this in Pocket D.
  16. well I would argue your first paragraph does have to do with people. Not sure how far they can move into new processes or programs (that would expand the pool of people who could volunteer) if the current engine and coding for COH won’t allow it. I assume they are limited in how modern they can make some processes.
  17. The bolded is also part of why I made this post. More Human Resources (volunteers) might move some specific things along.
  18. I’m not seeing anything here that can’t eventually be done. Eventually as in years from now now and hours of manpower. Done quickly? Not in the least. But that doesn’t matter. If they ever decide to pick this up then we just wait. Again good suggestions.
  19. I can't think of any reason why not too. Placing these on a tank (as long as they don't override Tank or Brute aggro) would be interesting.
  20. I would laugh out loud, as that would be diabolical.
  21. The solution is for them to implement a Null the gull option that ONLY limits YOUR judgement. Not everyone elses.
