I would like to see the halos for the costume pieces that have them (like Ascension and Carnival of Light) added to the Auras section so that we can use them without using the underlying costume pieces. So the hovering glowie bits like the CoL headpiece without having to use the headpiece, same with Ascension armour pieces.

I say they move it to another section every week. Keep people hunting.

I play on whatever server my friends are on. That was true on Legacy, it's still true now. I had 50s on Protector, Justice, and Champ but my primary server was Protector.

I have about 40 modified sfx files at the moment. While some I just outright silenced (like the PI portals) others I replaces with alternate sounds. Demons no longer rawr, they now giggle like a 6 month old infant. MM Bots now have rubber duckies on their feet rather than stomping around. Glowies cackle like a pack of hyenas. This was particularly hilarious during the Mortimer Kal SF in the warehouse where you take down Odysseus, where there are about 8 glowies in the room.

If I recall correctly Torch was one of the first, if not the first server to come online so in the beginning it was the high pop server. Now it usually sits right in the middle.

3D Buzz has closed their doors and has made available for download, their entire tutorial archive. How is it that no one has posted a /jranger in this thread yet. 😄 Want a higher population? Invite people to come play that don't currently play CoH.

I only recently cancelled my sub to SWToR. Before Homecoming came along I played it enough to make a sub worth it. I found it's mechanics similar enough to CoH. I used to team with friend that I had played Legacy CoH with, then we moved on to Neverwinter, then TSW. I still gravitate back to SWToR, I've noticed enough people on that teams could be had if one could only ask. I actually prefer to solo so I can enjoy the storylines. The only time I recall coming across forced soloing during class missions was during end-of-arc missions. But then again I mostly solo anyway. 🙂 I've managed to get 2 classes to 70, my 3rd is currently at 42.

One of the issues I recall getting a lot of comments on the Legacy forums was when the devs did a minor change in bases and suddenly base turret were attacking everyone regardless. My personal favourite though was in AE. When using the floating CoT island map, if you fell or jump off the island you suffered 45mil in damage before TP'ing back up to the island. This only occurred in AE, the same map used during the normal CoT mission did not cause the same damage.

This would be at the top of my list for an overhaul. Update all the escorts missions to rescues and have them fade out or escape under their own power like newer content does.
