  1. Go Kinetic Melee on that Tanker. Power Siphon is like Fury. Keep attacking, build up damage, up to 25% per stack but you have to keep attacking to keep those stacks coming for those 20 seconds with a max of 5 stacks!
  2. Do the typical. Softcap defenses, I can't imagine them going full ice damage with ice melee, as the lethal/smashing aspects of the attacks make more sense (the lethal aspect could make some sense with the fire swords depending on one's concept...ice however is more tangible), except maybe lowering the time on GIS. I can't recall, but I'm pretty sure Ice Sword is better than Frozen Fists (love Frozen Fists animation more myself however). Not so sure about Ice Patch. I take it on my Ice Melee's, but sometimes, it feels like the mobs are resistant to it. Much like how players can be. However, I would never skip it.
  3. I personally haven't had issue with Dom's how they play, but I have thought it'd be nice if one of the ATO Procs was +Domination over what we get.

  5. Metal seems like a set that can be done with the other sets and costume pieces. I'd rather see new sets that don't focus so much on what amounts to needing FX over the character so much that it winds up a lot like Elec/Fire/Bio/Dark...I'd like to see more Inv/Regen/WP graphic sets...in that they can be minimal in additional FX
  6. Ran some. Felt the same. Mind you, I haven't run it with a bunch of kitted out 50's.

  8. This I'm glad about as I always thought that animation needed a knockdown.
  9. Greater Fire Sword lower animation without a change to anything else is obviously an increase to FM's personal DPS. Is it losing the Lethal component of the swords doing it as well, or just being able to slot the -Resist Proc (which I'll be honest, I'd hope for more than "You can slot this proc now!")
  10. Well, Ice Melee has a physical aspect to it's swords. Fire Swords can be looked at as just flame given a shape. Notice Cremate still has it's smashing component. The sad part is, all Fire Melee really got out of this is pure fire damage on the swords and a faster GFS (by almost a second). It'll improve the DPS, but I'm not sure if it's enough. I wish they did something with Fire Breath still.
  11. Well yeah, but since the comment was about survival and it being a Tanker, just thought I'd say, Fire could be a good way to go. Get more damage out there 😉
  12. Well, Stone Tanker does have better survival, however, I feel my Resist capped Fire Tanker who also has a focus on recharge, does pretty well on survival. I can't speak for the Hardcore content, but my Fire/Axe has been nice on the survival 🙂

  14. Yes, I know. I was just saying what they took. Cleave is now a range attack and doesn't take range sets.
  15. Well, it depends on if my reroll is 50 or not. However, after that, likely reroll my Illusion/Traps Troller to Illusion/Energy Dominator as she was always meant to be. A few respecs but mostly, waiting for the next page and hoping for some Defense Sets that maybe help my concepts 😛
  16. I soloed ITF (no deaths) with a DB/WP Scrapper, no incarnates, so WP is fine on Scrapper
  17. You're right. It's better than Ice Blast in terms of DPA without Scourge (had scourge on when looking at the numbers), however, it still falls short of Freeze Ray and Bitter Ice Blast, but it can also take the -Resist Proc which the other attacks can't.
  18. Well, I don't recall, but I believe 5 Proc Infrigidate may not be the best DPS attack on some builds. That said, I have it on my Ice/Cold Corr, but if I recall, it's the worst DPS attack 😛
  19. Pendulum and Axe Cyclone both take PBAOE sets, while Cleave takes Melee sets. They didn't change the sets they take now when I tested. No Targeted AOE Set use.
  20. For me, this makes me feel like all is well. My Fire/Axe Tanker only has two procs in it though. Not sure how often the Lethal Procs on Live, but the Knockdown I don't recall ever feeling like it procc'ed more than once. Brute has two as well, but it's the Purple Damage and a Lethal Proc. As long as it still works as a ST attack, all good for me. I know it's still a good AOE attack even if it's not as good as it may have been, but that seems to maybe have been an issue with how they proc (whether it's bug or feature, not going to worry). I just hope the buffs help the Fire Armor Scrappers, in terms of survival, noticably.
  21. Okay, so it doesn't debuff TOHIT, it debuffs Vengeance, Tactics, Build Up.
  22. I get that, the question is, why not make the TOHIT Debuff enhanceable? Why not make the Slow enhanceable?
  23. Summons a Pseudopet at your location that casts a 55ft radius Dampening Bubble for 45s. Applies +Special Resistance to yourself and allies (Defender Values): 43.25% res to ToHit, Accuracy, Perception, Slow, Recharge, and Regeneration debuffs 21.63% res to Defense Debuffs. This is enhanceable with Defense enhancements. Applies -Special to a max of 16 enemies inside the field: -43.25% ToHit, Slow, Perception, Regeneration -23.63% Defense I feel the real part of this is the Defense Debuff Resistance that will stack with others, helping out the other Defense Set Armors, fellow Force Fielders, and giving some of those who focus on Defense set bonus, some, but not much, resistance to their defense being debuffed, all of which that 21.63% is enhanceable, for even more defense debuff resist. However, that's the only set this power takes. I'm curious as to why it's not allowing TOHIT Debuff sets and Defense Debuff sets, and possibly why no Slow Sets. The -Regen isn't much, but that seems more flavor than useful. Honestly, I couldn't say if this is T9 worthy or not, but on the idea of it, I like it.
  24. So, Burn has been the big talk, but I'm curious how the +HP is helping out the Scrappers and Brutes? My Tanker does pretty well with capped resists and recharge on Tanker health. With the Consume change, I'd think the Brute would survive like my Tanker, if the Brute can get those Resists up. The Scrapper though, is still maxing out at 75% even with more HP.
  25. Isn't Time Crawl needed to apply the delayed effect, that enhances other abilities? If anything those powers that required Time Crawl should've had better debuffs when used with Time Crawl. Infrigidate is a Proc Bomb. But my thought on this, is the same as always, make those terrible choice Tier 1's, hard choices 🙂 Though, I can think of some sets, where that may not be much of a trade off as one thinks. Still can't select a power pool until level 4. I know my Archery/Tactical Blaster skips Snap Shot and Fistful of Arrows, but with this change, I'm stuck with one of those or keep Electrified Net Arrow and no slots to allocate to any of them. I felt most of the terrible T1 picks went to the melee/ranged sets.
