  1. If I put a Achille's Heel -Res Proc in Slowed Response, will it stack with the one in my attack? If not, would it be better to slot a different proc in Slowed Response? A damage proc perhaps?
  2. No idea why Conserve Power is needed on WP, I went non stop attacking with just Stamina and Quick Recovery. What holes are you talking about? All I can think about is DDR.

Trying to get just enough ST DPS to solo most AVs, been so long, can't recall how good or terrible Time Stop is for helping in that area.

  6. Which is why I suggested just putting their passive up to base Stamina/Health levels. Really, I doubt it would make it so you're an endless blue bar and none of the regen will likely really help, but it would likely make it so you actually take a little notice of the passive. Don't care for the idea of slotting the passive (the others can't be) not to mention slotting for 5% recovery isn't going to net much.
  7. Agreed. Playing my Widow, I couldn't help but go "I know I have an inherent, but it feels so lacking, like, do I even have one, really?" 5% Increased Recovery and 20% Regeneration? Make it 25% and 40%. The values of unenhanced Stamina and Health.

  12. For me, it came down to Farming, so Frost was just the better pick. Haven't gone to see how the ST is with my single target attacks and burn, but it was never why I made her.
  13. No doubt it's not a great attack compared to other sets. I was just looking at it from MIDs. It doing 245.2 Damage in 2.508 Seconds.
  14. With that idea, any set can be a hill. "I can't attack! I'm out of END!" Game is simple enough, and having a strong tank when they get done...all the better 🙂

  17. Is it the duration of of GIS that causes it to be bad? As it's DPS looks to be ahead of Frost and just a little behind Ice Sword.
  18. Yeah. On my Brute, I wasn't as worried about single target and I picked Frozen Fists over Ice Sword purely for aesthetic reasons. I like the 1-2 punch.

  20. That's more to do with me never posting the starting Combat Readiness/Build Up and what have you. Hitting CR whenever it recharges. Though for me, I hit Build Up and then started with the normal ST DPS, as I was trying to land the -Resist of Rib Cracker and SS's -Resist Proc. As for higher resists versus higher defense. When I did that build, I was going for softcap defense and trying to get some high S/L Resist, while focusing on some decent ST DPS (which for me is soloing AVs without use of incarnates and inspirations). I don't recall her ST DPS, but I know I posted it in the Pylon thread.

Rib Cracker > HB > SB > Crushing Uppercut > HB > SB > Gloom > Repeat I believe was the ST DPS I went with. I may do things differently with it if I ever go back to it as things have been added to the game since. I didn't find I needed any of the Body Epic for more Stamina, as Nin's End Heal is quite nice.
  23. I love Spinning Strike! The kick! The backhand punch! I will admit, I wish the AOE on it was a little more, so it tagged a few more, but the animation is so nice!
  24. Okay. Already made a couple of changes. Removed a Proc from an AOE to put a 3rd RCH IO into Hasten, to shave off 2+ seconds to make it perma. Then replaced a regular DMG Proc in Lunge for the ATO RCH/TOXIC Proc.
