I'm curious what your build looks like to have capped def and res. I couldn't do it on my Scrapper with IOs.

Have you played it since it was sped up?

Seeing as how I want to see a Temporal Aura Defense set for melee (as I posted in the Epic Recycle Thread), I wouldn't mind a StJ/Temporal Manipulation to make up for it if needed. I feel they'd need mez protection, but I'd like to see them actually do damage. I'm afraid these class would be weak damage wise.

Same. Didn't want to support it, just because I was worried it'd become something permanent. Had me give up Spider-Man comics for quite awhile with that storyline. Same as OMD. Same as Miles Morales.

When Doc Oc became Spider-Man, by taking over Parker's body (Calling himself The Superior Spider-Man), Doc Oc came to realize just how much Spider-Man holds back his strength. Even MCU put Spider-Man into at least 40 ton range I believe.

Tier 9 can be skipped. So can Blinding Powder. Seishinteki Kyoyo only needs 2 slots, both of them EndMod/RCH IOs that I'd suggest +5ing if you love the build. Not a power I'd go more slots of for, not even set bonuses, unless you really have the slots to spare.

I don't recall the Ninjitsu Stealth not working with Super Speed Stealth, why wouldn't it work is Infiltration? Concealment, I understand it won't work.

Have to remember that writers also go by power creep and rule of cool.

I'd say there's also the fact that the writers don't seem to know just how much weight is going into things. 50 ton range...even 100 ton range...they think that's enough to stop a moving train or stop a commercial jet from failing.

Ninja gives the psi resistance and the toughness to keep going...self heal and a endurance restore.

They could just as easily be either or. People like to say Stalker, at least somewhat, due to low HP to signify being human and no powers.

They'd fit either. Best pick would be to play the style you like the best on this one.

I never looked to see if one continued to do damage when used (Mud Pots), or if it just gives the buff. Wouldn't mind the PBAOE damage explosion added to it for effect, but with it being breakable it just seemed like a good call for enemies to go "Take her now before she recovers!" 🙂

Me too! Scrappers were first! So, his comment should at least be "Brutes are buffed Scrappers" 😛 Still prefer Scrappers myself 🙂 Though I do love my Ice/Fire Brute.

I do, if I like the animation. Sometimes just because I have a power slot open and think, "I can taunt the AV"

Geode should have a taunt aura *nod nod*

Going to have to give it another run thru, as it's been awhile, since I play my main and have been focusing on finally finding a fun Dominator. No +5ed Enhancements and missing 3 Purple IOs (out of 5) in one power. So, the build is pretty close to complete. I'm sure the build would be even tougher with Ageless (that gives the Defense Debuff Resist, right?) but I went the Teleport Destiny for concept. 😛 However, I didn't die (self rez if I do) and Self heal comes back quick with Cloak of Fear (didn't take Gloom) for it's -7.5% To-Hit. Maybe I'll give it a go on ITF tomorrow (today is go into work early)

Haven't tried it solo for a whole run, done the speed runs to seers and crystals and did just fine. Never though to try solo, as I just don't know if my Titan Weapon secondary is going to have enough ST DPS to even try it, but it seems like a thing to try when I get bored at some point.

And I want those to crit too! And Burn! If it's an attack a Scrapper does, it should Crit 🙂

For me, the why is because...I'm a scrapper and I'm doing damage! I feel every attack I take should crit. Arcane Blast. Boxing. Brawl (does this crit?). This is what Scrappers do! Every attack a Brute uses is enhanced by Fury.

I'd say it's because the ATs weren't together in the beginning 😛 I personally don't mind Scrappers lacking them on some, HOWEVER, I feel the damage auras should've been doing critical hits since the beginning. I for sure wouldn't get rid of the taunt auras that are there. I wouldn't be upset if the ones with damage auras got them, but it never bothered me and I haven't felt I've needed to really chase down that often.

Sad to see Dark Armor not mentioned... I have the following... 88.96% S/L Resist 88.70% F/C Resist 61.26% Energy Resist 90% Negative Resist 52.2% Toxic Resist 90% Psionic Resist ...and that's all before the, Reactive Defense: Scaling Resist, kicks in. 46.9% Melee Defense 37.53% S/L Defense And self heal and a -ToHit Aura. Feels like one of the toughest tanks I've ever made!
