Fixed my typo (Do...not...So...on the question). That's what I'm thinking, but I don't have a Fire Armor scrapper. -
You can do this with some of the robot arms, just have a sleeve covering up the top half of the robot arm. However, you're limited to certain robot arm styles for the bottom half. As for the OP suggestion, I actually wondered this when making my namesake. Now, I like her cybernetic arm on the side it is. However, seeing some people's characters, I was wondering if it was done to stop them from completing those Cable and Winter Soldier looks, by forcing the arm on the wrong side.

Dark Armor doesn't need KB Protection. It needs the ability to cap Negative Resistance all on it's own. Do Scrapper consider Burn to be a good offense when the enemies run from them when it's used instead of staying in the fire? -
I have to say, I do feel Defensive Mode on BIO doesn't seem to add much more survival compared to Offensive Mode (which I don't feel should get a -Defense just because it's offensive mode...why a penalty for what is basically the sets gimmick). Maybe the DDR in Defensive Mode would make it feel more useful.

Everything you could slot before, you can slot now plus more. So as a set mule, nothing changed. Personally, I think the set is better. Invisibility at first pick. Set. Not just stealth.

Maining EM/BIO Scrapper currently. Wish I liked it for my namesake, as the set's a lot of fun. Both /BIO and /STONE (Scrapper version) in fact, but overpowered is not what I feel for /BIO. I do feel awesome though 🙂 It's like just enough to be awesome without being godmode, which I've found with other sets.

I have a Resist capped Electric Brute I felt crumbled under Cims. How does Rad handle?

Did a double check in game as well after I saw it. So, looks like Maneuvers gives the slightly higher defense, but does lose the stealth aspect which is handy. Weird, as I tested it in game and it seemed to do what I thought, in the combat window, but now...no. Oh well. Build is still being fun though. 🙂 Can't wait to get it to 50 to get it fully tested out.

Newest iteration of the build. Didn't realized Concealment gives so much Defense! Over 8% when in combat. You do possibly lose out on the Leadership Pool though. Put the Damage Proc in Bone Smasher over Energy Transfer. Think ET would give more ST DPS with it, but I like having it in BS when exempt. Capped S/L Resist with Softcapped F/C/E/N Defense. Not yet 50, but lots of the IOs. Loving it! This is what I got so far. I may replace Hover with Shadow Meld. Based it around a Sonic/Bio Sentinel build I have. Same concept but Scrapper! Made a change to get a bit more S/L Resist. Move the Avalanche set to Boxing and took Assault for more damage. AND OMG! THE END RECOVERY IS INSANE! Only level 45 and I can fight non stop with Fly on right now.

When was that originally intended? I don't recall reading that on live, when they put Ms Liberty there. Though, I'm surprised they didn't just replace that TF, like they did Sister Psyche's TF, when they killed off Statesman.

For this build I didn't really want to rely on Epic Attacks. Not even planning to Hover away in the distance. Nuke is a PBAOE after all. Just wanted to constantly hover as it seemed to fit the concept. My goal was to be able to go Shriek > Scream > Shriek > Screech > Repeat (only a .006 gap in Screech, so this seems to work for that) and survive. I got softcapped F/C/E/N defenses all the time. S/L Resist almost hits 75% with Defensive Adaption on. Think there's ways to help that S/L defense? Maybe I'll be fine? I never felt those attacks to be slow (the ones mentioned) even if the damage is applied at end. This could be due to me not paying attention to when the damage number pops up and just going on killing things 😛 I did mention however that unlike Focus, I don't think Ranged Burst is meant to be part of the regular attack string. I don't even think Repulsing Torrent is supposed to be regular AOE. I felt (and I am sad about this with Ranged Burst) that they're meant to be more utility. Peg those runners. Knockback that group about to take you down. Burst, close enough to other PBAOEs I don't worry much about that one. CS is slower, and I've said before that I think it needs to be able to crit at least part of it's damage, but I do believe it's the slowest of the "heavy hitter" attacks. Can't speak on Power Siphon as it's been so long since I played the set, I don't recall my experience with it. 😛

Quick Strike 1.056 Body Blow 1.32 Smashing Blow 1.452 All three of those match the animation times of Claws, if not LOWER... Follow-Up 1.056 Focus 1.32 Slash 1.584 Not sure where you get that Kinetic Melee is so slow. Burst takes a little longer than Spine, but only by .3 seconds. Kinetic's Range attack is likely there for utility, more than all the time damage.

Had one back on live and as I recall, I kept Jacob's Ladder, as it could slot the -Resist Proc and helped it's ST DPS. I don't recall the exact ST string I used, but it did have JL in it and I could solo AVs (this isn't to say it was the most powerful in ST DPS) and wasn't as terrible as I felt many made it out to be. Though, I get the idea that much like Claw's Eviscerate, it's the animation length that may annoy people. I did however, skip it on my Elec/Bio Stalker, as my Stalker has Assassin Strike. -
Well, I did take Assault. Also, it pushed me over the the softcap on a S/L/P. Also just nice to have for some teams, but if I didn't need it...hmmm...would make wish I could take TWO Epics 😛
