  1. Do all the arcs? Doesn't it kick you out at 20? I know I had to make the choice.
  2. I had decided on Elec/Bio/Mu. Have to say I was sold on /Bio either at first, but I kept going with it and I've found it much better than my originally thought. Have most of the IOs in the build though. Only lvl 46, so none of the ATOs or Event IOs are catalyzed. Don't have Blistering Cold (in Kick) or the Purple IOs (in Zapp) yet. Not sold on Genetic Contamination yet, but I do LOVE DNA Siphon 🙂

  4. Have you thought of using a different Primary? Electric Melee has AOEs and the Assassin Strike to help with the ST.
  5. Can we give it Ninja Run as an alternate animation? Not saying with the heightened jump. Just the run animation. 🙂

  7. I always pick the one that fits the concept best. However, I feel Cryonic is the worst one ever 😛 and don't feel ludicrous for using it, except in a sad way. Mighty probably gives the more ludicrous feel, with it's animation. Pyro is fast. Vorpal may be a bit to melee, but it also feels speedy/teleporty.
  8. On my Scrapper I use ET (Slow) > TF > ET > BS > Gloom > Repeat. Which makes me wonder if BS could be replaced by Assassin's Strike, in which case, ET sounds like the place to put the BU Proc. Didn't realize it was Global, thought I had to use the attack, so I have it in Havoc Punch on my Elec/Bio (forgot what attack with my Ice/Nin), so now I wonder if that was the best spot for it. O.O
  9. Same. I shorten those legs every time. Often wondering if it makes my characters look to much alike. 😛 I'm sure my love of Large Boots doesn't help it. As for the OP. I to run the gamut. Generally though, 5-5'3 for females, though I have a couple taller ones. I know I have one male set to 6'3 and he can still come out looking short when next to other PCs. 😛 Not NPCs. PCs!

    Survival and ST DPS! 🙂 Also of course, concept. Which is why I went with Mu Mastery. Brawl is just being used for IO set bonuses. Electric Shackles is because I love having a hold on melee's for Hami Raids and LGTF. Also just fun for concept too.

  13. Looking to make a Praetorian and I've decided on Stalker. However, it's a choice between...Dark/Bio/Soul or Elec/Bio/Mu Build Suggestions/Experience/Thoughts in General on which to go with, would be helpful 🙂
  14. WP and Fire both have healing. WP through regeneration and Fire through a clickie heal. Invulnerable has Dull Pain for a click heal too. However, to go with /Shield and /SR, if they're softcapped, more regen and heal IOs seem like a good way to keep them standing. I don't recall my Shield/Rad Tanker falling much at all.
  15. If Attack Vitals always went off on the last attack (assuming the last attack landed, so it could) regardless of the previous attacks landing, I wonder if that would improve BF > Attack Vitals DPS over the best non combo ST DPS.
  16. My Archery/Tac Blaster has about 72% S/L Resist, and it's something I notice the difference in (with the one Proc, that means it hits 75% after enough damage). The softcapped Range/Energy/Negative Defense are going to make a difference too and without a heal, the resists will only go so far, but I've noticed the difference on the survival it gives.
  17. Which is what I've said we've needed since alternate animations started back with Paragon Studios. Why limit the sets attack animations to certain sets? Let that Dark Melee do a Total Focus hit. Of course, all within keeping the animation times the same!
  18. +Defense +1.88% All +Speed +13.65% Fly/+35% Run & Jump +Res (KB/Slow) Basically Gymnastics without the +Recharge.
  19. I soloed ITF (w/out Incarnates) and AVs with just BF > Attack Vitals > Repeat. It's DPS is not lacking. The problem people have is purely a mental one, in which they didn't get to see their combo's name appear. Though, I have to wonder if they're lacking ACC/To-Hit, as I get the combo off often, not, once in a blue moon. 😛
  20. For me, the hold is for LGTFs and Hami Raids. 🙂 Also, I like them for concept too, because they're nice looking powers. I actually wish my Elec/Storm Troller's holds, looked like Mu's Hold in terms of animation.
  21. Soul has the TK feeling Hold power, which is why I take it over Mu Mastery on my main. As for the Snipes themselves, the damage, even in mids, looks to be about the same, w/ Gloom having just a few points lead in terms of damage, but they could really be equal in game. However, if equal, still want that nice Hold 🙂 Mu Mastery's hold is 2nd or 3rd best. 😛
  22. I've mained DB and really, I feel like so many people really lack the accuracy when they play DB, because they act like they miss all the time.
  23. I'm not against this, if it doesn't touch the damage of the attacks at all, because this would be an increase in damage. 🙂
  24. My favorite ever, was on live, WP/EM. Was my name sake actually. Then they nerfed EM and it was never the same! I have enjoyed my Shield/Rad/Soul Tanker, but that's more due to concept and look, as I don't find Radiation Melee to be that fun of a set.
  25. WP...take everything with Resurgence being optional...could skip the tier 9 too, but if room, I think it's a good 1 slot power once you learn when to use it. It is not for example, 10% life left, use the power, generally, type of power. Build for S/L Defense and Recharge for the best ST DPS imo, would be my goals. I'd skip Defensive Sweep myself and build the S/L Defense through sets, also DS is poor damage (worst in set I believe). With a TW/WP, I don't know your theme. So for epics, I'd either go Body for Conserve Power/Physical Perfection, Soul for Moonbeam/Shadow Meld and maybe Soul Storm, if I could fit it in, but that's because I like having a hold on my Scrappers for Hami/LGTF. I believe I skipped Defensive and Titan Sweep on my TW/Nin Scrapper (but it's been a long time since I played that one).
