If I recall correctly, Spectral Interface creates tentacles too.

Not 100% sold on it, but for instance, fly is important, not so much hover (though that's nice) and not sold on the order of powers either. Tough/Weave I may take later. Wanted to get Soul Drain in there. Really, this is just a build I started working on as I've been playing. I'd like to get Suppressive Fire in with Procs. I read it's good with Procs and I like having a hold 🙂

Been looking at a few of the builds I've seen posted in this forum (didn't find any in Defender). Was looking for a good survival build, that with the help of Rad's debuffs could dish out some good damage. Right now, just winging it as I level.

Has handled ITF well. I did create her to farm in AE, but still wanted to enjoy my concept 🙂 Reactive Interface (Fire Proc) and Pyro Judgement (I don't like the Ice Judgement 😞 ) Lots of fun! Obvious room for you to play around with.

I'd go with Superior Avalanche in FSC, but that's because I feel it might have better set bonuses to go with Regen. Slow Resist for example. It's Proc also does KD. If one skips an IO (5 slot) I'd skip the ACC/DAM.
-
/Nin may lack KB Protection until level 28, but it's a defense based set, so you're not getting hit, to get knocked back as often as a resist based set with no KB Protection. Get over that 45% to help with -Defense. /Nin also has two powers to skip (if one chooses) while /SR is just one. /Nin's +SPD is just being moved, it's not disappearing, so it still has that 🙂
-
In my experience 3-4 runs feels like as many as people run anyways. 4 to get all the buffs. As it seems it doesn't score as much xp after the 3rd run.
-
What was your chain? Were you using Mu Epic?
-
So ran my Elec/Bio/Mu Stalker in the other two adapations to see the difference Defensive Adaption 5:13 = 250 DPS Efficient Adaption 4:20 = 275 DPS and the Offensive was 3:13 = 326 DPS Same Incarnates as before.
-
Yes. You will at some point hit that combo, as the ring will stay, but you don't have to be focused on it at all. Which is still the same thing as just hitting the buttons as recharged, as it sounds like done before.
-
One can ignore the combo mechanic though. One doesn't have to go TF > ET or TF > Barrage or ET > PC. People went without Stun, so can go without PC.
-
Elec/Bio/Mu Stalker Tier 4 Musculature Radial Tier 4 Degenerative Radial Tier 4 Assault Hybrid (not activated) 3:13 for 326 DPS Not sure what Core will do for the ST DPS, but I did go Radial as I was thinking (could be wrong) that the Toxic Proc was better for general map clearing. Also, I feel it could maybe go faster, as this run seemed to be the worst for Build Up Recharging (could be perception) and my Assassin Strike > Havok Punch > Chain Induction > Zapp > Havoc Punch > Repeat has just a bit of a gap.
-
I don't recall Invulnerability having any Psionic Resist now. As for Energy Melee, I can tell you, as someone who played it back on live before and after it's nerf and who played it on Homecoming before and after it's Buff, it's better now. 😛 Even for Tankers, I'm pretty sure the best DPS forgoes Barrage and goes ET (slow) > Total Focus > ET (fast) > Bone Smasher > Gloom (not sure if there's an equivalent to Gloom in another Epic) > Repeat. On my main, I don't even use the first attack except when exempt. Don't want to use it and want it like it was before? Then play it with those same attacks, and you lose nothing and only possibly gain. Whirling Hand was improved too!

What are the petty but real annoyances in CoH?
BrandX replied to DougGraves's topic in General Discussion
Costume pieces that won't match up to tight outfits! Give me sneakers with tights instead of socks. Gloves that have tights to match up with tights, and not just bare arms. Also, not having bikini bottom versions of disco leggings. Also all those with shiney tights options! Need a shiney bikini option! -
For every power you take, increase the other powers by 20% effectiveness!
-
You're inverting the barrier. Seems like it could be -Regen. Likely wouldn't even be enough to be a big difference.
-
No, it's an attack that I thought could use some -Regen on it as part of the attack.
-
I don't know. It may be an instance of Hulk level regeneration.
-
32 Levels? You get Thunder Strike at level 26. You could take Jacob's Ladder for the cone (but I see you don't count it), but I haven't felt that was needed on my Elec/Bio, and do plenty with TS and LR.
-
^This one, as it's what I was going to suggest and I was beaten to it.
-
I just ran through Praetoria from 1-20, bit of teaming in there as well, with other Praetorians. One can do other things besides DFB. Have you formed your own teams? There are those willing to do other things, and I've seen people in KR and chats looking for teams.
-
The defense works, if one looks at it as a minor but passive MoG.
-
One simple thing, I always thought they should do, is add Psy Resist to Resilience and Moment of Glory, and Defense ALL to MoG. I did like a suggestion mentioned in another thread of adding Debuff Resistance to Regen, and wondered if Defense Debuff Resistance would help Regen. These being two ideas I didn't feel threw Regen over some "OMG TO MUCH" hill. These suggestions look to have a bit of additional survival added in, so I do like that. 🙂 Maining Regen right now, but I don't feel it's as survivable as other secondaries, but I live (then maybe die and Revive :p) with it.
