I can't personally speak on that. I do have to say, I have to like the animation. For instance Energy Transfer's animation when it was changed to being to long was just so ugly, it made me hate the set. Wasn't even the long animation time, it was just the animation I felt was so ugly.

Yes! Damage Auras should crit for Scrappers! We're Scrappers! Now, I'm not for the "No more Taunt Auras going forward for scrappers" but that's also based on what the set is like. WP and INV you want them in close for those buffs. Damage...well, find a way to keep them pinned! People never seem to want to slot those slow procs. Or use the Immobilize Interface 😛

It doesn't feel like a long animation and it's a cool flip 🙂 2 1/2 seconds though is not that long 😛

Superior Critical Strikes Follow > Hecatomb (all but DAMAGE IO, +5ed) and -Res Proc Slash > Apocalypse (all but DAMAGE IO, +5ed) and Smashing Damage Proc Focus > Armageddon (all but DAMAGE IO, +5ed) and -Res Proc Eviscerate That had no gap, but I believe I had some lag bits in there (not as bad as I was getting with the 3 attacks tho).

I can't say I would slot these sets, even with the suggestions I'm about to make, but some thoughts... Why not go 2% Positional Defense and 1% Typed Defense? I say this, as it would seem to make the bonuses not only different than others, but it'd knock that second defense to 1% minimum, which would be nice. Also, why not go a straight 5% on those Resistances. Want to give a little oomph to those who 4 slot a travel. Nice even 5%. It's like those 6 slot 6% Bonuses, but it's 1 less percent but 4 slotting travel powers. Warp 2 Set) 10% Slow Resist 3 Set) 1.75% End Dicount 4 Set) 5% Psi/Toxic Resist Seeing as how some Winter Sets have 10% Slow Resist at 2 Set Bonuses, it doesn't seem out of place and 5% Resist in the 4 Set Spot equals the others (4.5% if the 5% is just to high). Could even switch Set 2 and 3 if needed. All that said, if I find a build with the slots to spare, I'd feel tempted to 6 slot Infiltrate (will have to look into some Ninja Build perhaps)

Follow-Up>Slash>Focus>Eviscerate (No Incarnate) 4:07 (T4 Musculature/Assault/Reactive) 2:44 Couldn't get FU>Slash>Focus w/out some gap time, slowing that down (and lag really started to happen making it impossible for me to really tell), but then I also love the Eviscerate animation.

Is there any reason to be against Master of badges? Generally, I find, when people want to go for "Master of..." they announce it when forming

Well, I know I liked those Snipes (and the holds they come with) on more than a few of my melee, as they just work with concept too. Is any of the Fire Epic blasts good with melee for DPS too, or just the Snipes?

Is that the best way to go for Claws? To throw in Gloom/Zapp?

You know, right there is a good a good reason to go with one of those, as we couldn't before O.O Hmmm...Claws is looking to take the lead a bit here.

I'm not so much focused on ST Damage, as I'm focused on using what is effectively sharp pointy object(s). 🙂 Which is why Spines is on the list. Axe could be on the list, but I never liked it's animations and only really enjoyed it with my Ax/Fire Armor Concept (Fireman with fire abilities \o/) Savage melee I was kinda looking at, but I'm unsure of it's mechanics and really don't know the set well. Spines looked like it could slot the new Ice Mistral Set nicely tho.

I get that same flip with Spines. 🙂 And it's being a hard choice in what to go with!

I was under the impression this was fixed in the last update (Page 2) and they all work on their own in their various auto powers.

Wasn't there a breakdown of the Scrapper primaries in terms of best for ST DPS? I can't find it. Trying to decide between Claws, Katana, Dual Blades and Spines (which I know loses the ST) and while I can find the mission clearing side breakdown, trying to look at everything as I decide what primary to pair with a /Stone Armor Scrapper.

I did. And I was just thinking on the idea of it being a long enough recharge maybe it'd proc often. But that suggestion was based on the idea of having extra slot too. As for the +END Power of Ninjutsu, on all my Nin builds, END/RCH IO x2 (+5 when I get the merits to spend) is plenty for that power in my experience.

I'd just go with 2 END/RCH IOs (any End Mod Set) in the +END Power. Though, with the new +Heal Proc, I wonder if it'd be a good place to put that too.

That's what I love and feel all sets should. Good picks all around! Hard to give up!

I can't speak for Tanker, however, last I recall, Empower on a Scrapper did not outperform Attack Vitals. If this has changed, it's news to me. Perhaps the Tanker numbers make for better DPS with Empower.

Here's hoping for that Temporal Aura for Melee Defense then 🙂

Well, not sure how fast a DB/SR would be with non BF > Attack Vitals. However, just ran it on test for 5:09 (251.9 DPS) Not sure what that was running on Live currently either.

Stalagmites needs you on the ground, hovering close to the ground doesn't allow you to use it, at least on Dominators.

That was my only wonder on it. Does BF>Attack Vitals now beat the non combo route. At the very least, it's got to get it closer to it.

As I look into Stone Armor on Scrappers, first thing I feel is the need for Earth Mastery Epic 🙂

Leave my four ears alone! It's how I hear better! That said, I wouldn't be against it, and when I've done the, no 4 ears, I to had to pick specific hairstyles to cover them up.
