  1. I don't see why Brutes need to be at 90% like Tanks. No reason they couldn't be put to 85%
  2. I always felt that Brutes should have their resist caps lowered.
  3. It doesn't need changing. It's a lvl 45-50 TF that allows you to take lower level people. 😛
  4. I feel this is likely due to how you have your scrapper slotted. I want Regen improved a bit myself, but having played an IOed out WP Scrapper, it can be built to be extremely durable.
  5. I was thinking on that! All the talk of Brutes and the resist caps, and outside of teams with buffs, how often do they hit those caps? 😛 I pretty much hit the caps on my Elec/Elec Brute, but I never felt Energize every 39 seconds was fast enough. 😛
  6. Have any played Regen without Tough/Weave? How's it work out? Currently running with Tough/Weave, at 44.24% S/L Defense and 55.94% S/L Resist. I can just respec and see, buuuut, I don't want to waste the respec if it's just a bad idea, with Resist and Defense helping reduce how much I need to heal through and all.
  7. I was soloing AVs without Incarnate powers, with my DP/NIN Sent. Only one I wasn't able to take down was Sentinel. Was it the most damaging of my characters? No. Was it fun? Yes. Was it more survivable than a Blaster with 45% Defense? Yes. 😛
  8. I enjoyed it, but it was never my favorite. Energy Melee with it's Pom Poms was always number one for me, Scrappers just lacked it. I believe Kinetic Melee is rated last in terms of ST DPS, but I don't recall for sure. I've always wanted all melee animations ported to other melee attacks so the sets can have a lot more variety, but I wonder if that would be anti-kinetic melee in kinetic melee ideal.
  9. As of March 2020... 1) Kinetic/Dark Armor is the most rare Scrapper as none have hit level 50. 2) Ice/SR 1 50 3) BA/Nin 2 50 (which you just leveled for at least a 3 50) 4) BA/FA 2 50 5) FM/NIN 3 50 6) FM/Elec 3 50 7) SM/IA 3 50 😎 Kin/FA 3 50 9) DB/Ice 3 50 10) BA/SR 4 50 Now, there's a good chance, with Kinetic/DA having no 50's at March 2020, that someone went and got one to 50, but there you go with a list of some rare ones 🙂
  10. Last I recall, and it could've been changed, DoT ended the Placate effect, once the next DoT hit. If you have a damage aura, you're not going to be placating an NPC either. It'd be over as soon as it was cast. I would imagine, the placate effect would only be useful on a few builds and on teams when you don't want to be targetted.
  11. I had Cimerorian's seeing past the stealth, but I get the idea, maybe the stealth was not actually kicked in? This was with Stealth in use btw. No Stealth IO or Superspeed stacked.
  12. I was thinking very low chance and that there was an IO with Placate Proc. Nothing said the proc had to end up at 75%/25% ratio and such. However, also in a huge raid/iTrial, for everyone with the placate proc, think about all those with an AOE attack/damage aura. Placate disappears as soon as attacked.
  13. Could make it placate?
  14. I had actually thought about -Perception to go along with a Cold Damage Interface.
  15. I did originally have the idea for the -Resist to a specific damage type, to the Smashing interface, but I didn't feel the +ToHit or +DMG fit the cold theme as well.
  16. Well, not sure if we need one for the other resist types, as I figured this was just about getting more thematic interface's by damage type. Unless you're thinking the S/L -Resist should go to the Smashing or Lethal Interface. However, I do like adding the -Fire Resist to it, and making it temperature based.
  17. I was thinking it would have a higher -RES than Reactive, yes.
  18. Or you could go with... Frostbite: Cold w/ -Cold Resist Severity: Lethal w/ +ToHit Beatdown: Smashing w/ +DMG
  19. It's punishment for being evil. >_>
  20. So, the next question would be, is it worthwhile to put multiple in a build? I was thinking it could just help Regeneration more with more healing.
  21. Does this IO work in multiple powers now, or still just good in one power?
  22. Hit 50, just turn off XP. You only start getting Alpha XP after you actually hit the trainer. So, you can avoid any and all Incarnate XP if you really want to. And you are correct. Could just put over chat, "Looking for team to run such and such TF WITHOUT Incarnate powers." Which on the plus side, if the TF starts to fail, people could just switch them on later. 🙂
  23. You don't even need a toggle for the incarnate system. Just remove the powers from their slots and you can run anything without incarnate abilities.
  24. As for the filling the psi hole, that's more of a "Why was it there to begin with?" Unless the idea is to have some damage type that gets through to you when MoG is going. Your MoG -> Shadow Meld reply, assumes one has Shadow Meld. If one is going on and saying "Regeneration is fine just learn to play it right" based on taking Shadow Meld, then that's an issue. As for enhancing Integration 2/3 and Instant Healing 1/4, I'll have to double check in game, because going by Mids numbers, Integration goes from 51% base to 51.96% with 96% enhancing (2 +5 Heal Enhancements). Instant Healing 602% base to 603.9% If Mids is wrong on that, I'll change up my slotting for more Healing enhancement on those powers.
  25. I'm personally meh on it, but I just want simple little tweeks. Powers should be able to be enhanced. Integration for example. 50% Regen, but I can only enhance 1% of it? o.O Same with Instant Healing. Would being to enhance 25/300% (half of the regen) be OP? I feel Resilience should have Resist to ALL. MoG should have resist to ALL. MoG should have Defense to ALL (so positional as well as type). Also, would it hurt to get MoG up to 30 seconds? More Toxic Resist. This however in the vain of me wanting Dark Armor to be able to cap Negative Energy Resist on it's own, and for Energy Aura to have high Energy Resist (if not cap it on it's own). Just fits the concept imo. 😛 This could be added simply by raising the Toxic Resist in Resilience. However, I have liked other suggestions. The Resistance to Debuffs for example. No native ToHit or Defense (outside a 15 second power), but damn if Regen won't resist the debuffing of it! Regen debuff resist would be nice 🙂 Now, I know people go, "Oh! You're playing it wrong!" However, before Incarnates, I haven't felt Regen was equal to a lot of sets, at least in the area of IO builds. However, yes, with Incarnate powers, well yeah, Barrier goes a long way 😛
