DP because Martial is really designed for going from melee to ranged and back again. DP matches that better...

I do not think you need to go so drastic. I think combining o/d opportunity into a single opportunity effect and allowing it to proc from any ST attack from the primary would be a better approach. For the ATO procs, fixing Opportunity would fix one of them, while the other could be improved by increasing the proc and making it noticeable.

I'll take a look when I get home. What is your preferred mode of transport? Is there a budget?

I agree, I was just saying that in response to your comment about "villains have more choices", which they don't. Sorry, I should have been more clear.

You can flip to Red to pick up the Villain Patron Pools and then flip back to Blue...

I use body, and I don't use Sky Splitter or Eye of the Storm... Having the constant damage buff is kinda nice...

I have a DualPistols/Martial Blapper who uses /bind j "PowExecLocation Target Burst of Speed$$PowExecToggleOn Reaction Time" to Jump into melee and /bind k "PowExecLocation 180:44 Combat Teleport$$PowExecToggleOff Reaction Time" to Kick back to blasting range (max range for Empty Clips). It is tons of fun. I have also used /bind j PowExecLocation Target Burst of Speed on melee toons to jump from mob to mob. This is a build modified from NinjaBlade/Dark to Nin/Nin... For Knock I was thinking Staff Fighting: Eye of the Storm (AoE KD) >> Serpent's Reach (with Recharge Proc) >> Sky Splitter (AoE KU) And throw in Fiery Aura > Burn with the Overwhemling KD proc to fill in the gaps... If FF doesn't Proc, add an extra Serpent's Reach. You could also drop the FF proc and take Hasten to guarantee the three strike mainly AoE chain.

I can't say specifically, but I find a huge difference between Superior Invisibility (200) and Hide (150). Running to the end of the mish should be fine with Stealth or Infiltration+Proc, but I would definitely run with higher stealth (I'm working on a Stalker build with Hide (150) + Stealth (55) + Super Speed (35) + Proc (30) = 270-ft stealth. Won't beat the unsuppressed Superior Invisibility, but it will be real fun!

Thanks for that. I am currently looking at two ground-based alternatives: Normal Wisakedjak.mxd Regen-heavy Wisakedjak Regen.mxd I am not sure which I prefer, I also have to test whether Impervious Skin +Regen works when a power is off.

I haven't had much of an issue on other toons that do Psi damage. Thanks for the resource. I am currently working on another version and I am looking at a ground-based concept.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm looking at it for possible improvements I can learn from it. Chance for build-up proc was already in Concentration. I shifted the Stalker's Guile to Assassin's Psi Blade and shuffled around some other IOs to optimize performance among the main three powers. Alright, I found that I could remove an Unbreakable Guard enhancement from Environmental Resistance (losing only 0.42 from E/N, F/C, resists and 1.56 from S/L defense (still above 45)). I then get the choice: I can improve my stealth by adding a stealth proc to Hover, I can improve my stealth by replacing Combat Jumping with Stealth and having the +7.5 Gl. Recharge and a Def/End LotG. I can add an Impervious Skin for the +25% Regen. I can add another enhancement to Boggle (Contagious Confusion or Confused/Endurance). Thoughts? Wisakedjak.mxd

I haven't played stalker in a while, but I do find them fun. Anyway, I finally came up with a concept for a Praetorian Loyalist, and he is a Psi/Inv Stalker. I put together a quick build, but I am looking for some feedback. My planned chain is: Concentration -> Assassin's Psi Blade -> Greater Psi Blade -> [Concentration or Psi Blade] -> Telekinetic Blow -> Assassin's Psi Blade ->->-> (throwing in Mass Levitate when I need some AoE) Anyway, I haven't played a Stalker for an extended period since live, but I was hoping that I could find out any hints or paths I'm missing. Also, if there is a way to free up slots for either improving Boggle or slipping some Impervious Skin +Regen/Status Protection IOs into the mix, that would be greatly appreciated. Wisakedjak.mxd

I know that it is difficult to perceive probabilities as such and the human predilection towards certain fallacies. I was just asking based on numbers that suggested that weighting may have been occurring in regards to the actual results I am seeing not having the type of relatively flat distribution one would expect. I was obviously half joking with the numbers (319 is obviously a Prince reference). In pre-in-set-conversions I get LotG + Global Recharge as the initial LotG in around 1-3 times out of 20. I know this falls within a standard deviation or two, but I can't remember the last time I had 4/20. or better. Because I do not record every singly conversion I do (that would be in the thousands, which would be larger than my headache database for the past five years), I just wanted to throw out the question, and let people joke around with it.
-
My worst for in-set was 30, damn, I don't feel so bad anymore. The set procs do seem to show up less than the others. In a six piece set I seem to have a 25% chance for the first enhancement, a 20% chance for the second or third, a 15% chance for the fourth or fifth, and a 5% chance to get the sixth. [Numbers are approximate based on 319 conversions].
-
Well, it looks like my luck turned around after posting this. Yesterday I converted 11 to exactly what I want with just under 300 converters. Today I converted 9 in 240. The irony is that those numbers come from my toon who is working on lvl 30 conversions which should be in the 38-42 range. So I went from extremely unlucky to really lucky! I hope this post doesn't change my luck again... oops...
-
It's a combination. I've noticed that Movement, Sniper, and Slow enhancements are coming up more often and Defense, Resistance, and Heal are coming up less often. I've also noticed that the number of in-set conversions to get a proc has appeared to increase. My guess was randomness, just wanted to know if there had been any adjustments to make the RNG less random resulting in weighted results.
-
I've noticed that the average number of converters I need for targeted conversions at level 50 has gone from around 25 to around 45. Is this simply the RNG going haywire, or has there been an adjustment to the Enhancement Converter probabilities that has messed things up? Anyone else experiencing similar shifts?

And this issue was brought up in beta. It does, however, still need to be addressed.

Infiltration has Super Speed level stealth... but for movement it stacks with Sprint, and has jump speed (CJ has minimal jump speed bonus and about 29% the jump height modification of Infiltration). The power is 25% Super Jump height, 55% Super Jump speed, 40% Super Speed speed, with the Super Speed stealth but no popup menu bonuses. I agree that it is underperforming, but not quite as underperforming as you stated.
