Routing out on the internet can be weird. Each packet can take a unique path. Open the task manager if your on windows, click on Performance and check your connection speed in real time by clicking on Ethernet/wifi as needed. If your on wifi your neighbor using the microwave and any number of other things could be the cause.

What do you want Hotfeet to do for you? Is it a primary damage source? Is it protection with the slow and 'fear' keeping ground units away? Do you use it just to mule IOs without turning it on? Or a mix? Once you have ideas on that the next step should be easier.

I remember this happening on live a few times. For me it was a driver issue - reinstalling chipset and other drivers from scratch could help -- or it could be you have a different issue. COH is from before a lot of optimizations entered the DX/OGL world. Further NV/AMD/Intel are not supporting it so no new driver optimizations. The game makes your computer run hot and laptops are more susceptible to overheating. I dont suppose you have an IR camera or meter? Turning down FX settings might help cool things down -if- it is a heat problem.

Running into Trolls in COH is somehow worse then elsewhere - IMO - I am guessing due to the community otherwise being so polite and respectful the few counter examples stand out like red paint on pure white snow or sudden unexpected dissonance during a live classical concert. I mod the UI on a per alt basis as well. With everything UI wise saved to my install folder I dont see a prob doing this as a per character thing.

Idea - lets create some differing timelines on our shards.... Example would be some people miss Galaxy City, so we pick one server and put it to a state where the Meteor/Invasion did not happen. Same rules/powers/everything else. Some timelines show Atlas Destroyed so create a shard - maybe same as above with a destroyed Atlas and Galaxy taking it's place. Create a shard with no Council -- the coup never happened (or hasnt happened yet). With 5 servers of course we would likely need 2-3 'Main' timelines limiting what we could do, still it would be very in Comic Book concepts to have alternate dimensions with similar but different Paragon Cities. It would be really neat but very far off in terms of work if Pretoria could be flushed out to have content to a higher level and also be it's own shard. Now for part 2. With all these shards expand Portal Corp and allow characters to move freely between. After a log out/off reset to the home server (unless a sever move token is used). This would allow cross server play. The Secret World does something like this already. Of course doing this would cost money and time to flesh out and build. If things with NCS are every fixed it would be awesome (IMO). Maybe even do a shard where Redside is in the city and Blue on the Isles -- but that would carry a ton of work fixing the quest lines.

IMO - 3 Nova scaled to the same power level as the minions in other sets 2 Dwarf scaled the same and the lieutenants 1 Kheld Scrapper for the boss With both upgrades give them the basic powers. IE 4 (not 5) blasts for the nova with appropriate to hit and damage scaling. At char creation choose BP or 'Shade. Anyhow my thought on it......

I managed to completely end drain an EB using my Elec/Elec Stalker. Just using Power Sink a couple times plus hitting it a lot. My Elec/Elec Dominator is amazing at drawing the end out of things.

The thing is it is all perspective. Very few bad guys are anything but the 'good guy' in their own perspective. Take over the world because you want to stop war and suffer - and you would be an even handed fair ruler. Your goal is to put down Longbow because secretly they murder people to keep them quite. My Villains are either misunderstood, damaged, broken or otherwise in a place where they do what they do because... Being the shining knight in glowing white armor has it's perks. I think it is more important to find a power set you like and enjoy playing. Pre-32 Controllers are slow-ish to slow. You'll get though it if your enjoying yourself.

Flight is the travel power I use the most between alts. IMO it should not be speed buffed. Flight is the most flexible and most easily used on maps, in building, etc. At high levels flight is pretty fast. Ppl with teleport and super jump really dont have the same fine movement on missions.

Win 10 + Intel graphics is known to have issues with COH. I've been running about 3-4 hours and am at 1388.7mb for reference. Win 10 Nvidia 1080ti. There are some posts about how to work around the intel+Win 10 poor/no open-gl issue - I have not read them myself. You may want to check them out.
