Pretty simple: The odds of rolling a Hero and finding some 'assistance' to get some quick levels or via full teams forming DFB, Positron 1 & 2, etc. (the AE building in Atlas is busy for some reason.) Some folks, it seems, also like to be seen. Won't see many level 50 villains gyrating near the first arbiter in Mercy. FYI some of the homecoming servers are busier than others: https://forums.homecomingservers.com/status/ Starting Redside may support solo play a bit better. At least starting as a villain doesn't have a player collecting roses for a NPC.. bleh 😉 [edit] I find Redside superior in most aspects.

Is it old school to see "How do you target enemies?" and think, just select the tank silly? Actual and possible worse answer: L3 = Nearest target R3 = Next Target This also contributes to popup tray = horrible horrible idea

Proliferating the Rune of Protection adjustments to select T9s could allow for greater usage on <50 non high recharge builds. It's worth exploring. -

That's on par with what I could expect. I don't know much about Bio so I don't think that was me. (but I was likely in the conversation so that's okay by proximity) Has SR ever had it's Def nerfed? Nerfed more than once? Appreciated. ..and apologies for the multi-quoting here. -

How many PvPers are in Bloody Bay, Sirens Call or Warburg? Are many of those participating regularly PvP using sub 50 builds with limited slotting? It appears, unfortunately, it is by definition the meta. (an abstract, high-level analysis or commentary) If you have something of value to add to this topic. I'd love to hear it? Are you against encouraging more participation? Are you against trying to add to the game? Are you against proliferating existing functionality to where people play? -

That's fair but not what was intended. Folks don't have to like everything. I dislike kenetic melee and am either not interested in using it as other do successfully or I don't understand it. I tried to be clear that the statement was referring to folks who had demonstrated "some level of not understanding the set". Example: If I said Super Reflexes should have much more Resistance to all and should be overhauled significantly to do that.. What would @Sarrate you call it? -

Actually I have participated in a couple of your events. Yes, but you also don't see legions supporting her absurd absolute statement while she tries to disparage me. I have no doubt she could muster 8-9 who are adversarial to me already,. and yet. -

Honestly I don't know. It was just handy and one I've used previously. (there could be a better option we could use instead) This activity is a bit loose when it comes to rules. Shooting for high curiosity and fun. We get to do what we feel is appropriate. (I did first initialed by me discarding the roll that was there)

This set of changes has been available for two weeks? With what needed to be done, this should work for the most part. Some have already pointed out potential areas of these changes that could be abused which is always a concern. It's unfortunate that Min/Max, Farming, and PvP result in impacts to the entire game/playerbase. Thanks: 0.39/s endurance cost initial burst no longer causes enemies to run out of the area -

Yes I understood that part. As Twisted mentioned, there were versions of the IH toggle some of which could have been over or under powered based on opinion. I would be happy with an improvement or two to individual Regeneration power values... But frankly, don't want open pandora's box to the current 'dev/player in-crowd which is deciding changes'. Some of whom have already shown some level of not understanding the set, a desire to drastically overhaul it, and/or tunnel vision for tuning things with preference to 'end game' (which doesn't exist), min/max level builds, and pylon times while ignoring the other 90% of the game. If you want your toggle suggestion to be considered (not by me but by those who count) , it would need to be more specific. -
