  1. Foreshadowing. I LOVE IT great job by the way!
  2. Messing with an existing power can be a mine field. Messing with multiple powers that work together is a minefield on top of another mine field. Screwing around with the flight pool.. maybe a bad choice of hills to die on unless it was all buffs to existing powers. (Flight is pretty iconic for the super hero game)
  3. Adding recharge is a choice. It is going to remain that way. (just trying to provide a baseline so you don't waste your time chasing windmills)

  8. These small changes are definitely preferred over sweeping revamps. While it looks a little 'make everything same' I hope this is more surgical than simple spreadsheet normalization.

  11. Psi is a bit clunky.. on smooth operators such as scrappers and stalkers. Maybe stalkers would be a better. Honestly I shudder a bit thinking about it. (like a sip of bad milk)
  12. It's not an easy answer. If a set is not popular and folks who do play it are asking for changes there is more room. If a set is popular the change tolerance shrinks dramatically. Guidance in my opinion: A tweak is adjusting a value related to a power. A revamp is removing/replacing powers, impacts to functionality, shuffling the order of powers. (this is where guidance typically is to tread lightly) It's always easier to give than take away.

  15. I think we saw quite a few folks unhappy with the last big batch of changes. I'm definitely proponent for just making a new set when it comes to extensive revamps. Small tweaks are going to happen as well and reigning in something that is overpowered. Balance is a goal and a journey, not a destination. Not everything has to be the same.

It should have been: Isn't a max character with all incarnates (50+3) doing +4/8 the same as a 50 non incarnate doing +1/8?

  19. Only Stalkers really matter, so at least an update on this archetype work be great. I like seeing the least played combinations for new challenges.
  20. Beyond the current incarnates there were future incarnates planned which I would expect to come into play at some point. But yeah level 1007 isn't going to do anything growth wise. That said, I have heard stories that when you hit 2,500 the graphics bend a little as you walk by objects and doors that were previously unopenable allow you to pass through the geometry.
