That said, with seeded items, determining what abuse is could be problematic. If someone is simply buying and then sell in mass just below the seed price, a quick note from a HC team member could avoid escalation. Making a new powerset would be more prudent as your stated goal is to then propagate it to existing ATs which have existing players and characters.

opinion noted. However, if powers work using hover or fly is it really that much of a stretch to swap the Magneto pose with Void Skiff pose. I don't think so. (This could be simple but result in dangley feet in animations. I'm okay with that for quick and dirty) I believe it is possible to over think it, but not necessary. A step up from quick and dirty: Standing animations with fly power rules (because some powers do require being near the ground) (or vice versa). Boom, done.

Of course it would be a melee set a la Katana, Ninja Blade, Broad Sword, Staff, etc.. Maybe including a cone with a small distance or single target like Serpents Reach (40'). Realistically, there are animations available from various sets that could be used/repurposed. Numbers would simply need to be associated with them. It simply takes the will to do the work.

Do I deserve to be punished.. likely. Finding a challenging melee combo is elusive. There are mostly a lot of good combos which become a cake walk. Looking for the odd or difficult combos.

Yes. Tossing in a pool or two is okay. I'll need a little room to make stuff work. Blasters, Defenders, etc need not apply.

Seems doable. Might need to try harder for worst. 😜 Just flipped an Ice/Fire build and mids quickie has potential 50-ish S/L 45-ish E/N with 41 Def debuff resist. Definitely a couple issues. Icy Bastion & Shadow Meld by lvl 41 might power through. Are the attacks that bad?
