  2. agreed, the same issue exists with diminishing returns for much of the content.

Even if folks are just in AE, maybe the missions that get run the most slowly have diminishing returns while missions which are run less start to get more rewards.. nah, that would force people to play more than one or two AEs, regardless we're a long way from there (even though devs choice provides more rewards).

  5. a flexible reward system that could self adjust based on number of defeats would be ideal. it could keep the least run content as the highest rewards in an ever evolving landscape of challenges. but we don't have that 😞

    Tanks are heroes. Brutes are villains. It really is that simple. Tanks get love. Brutes are niche-y and overlap a little with both Tanks and Scrappers. Which makes them great for wanting a good bit of everything without being 'the best'.

  11. Darkest Night is available beyond Miasma. I do hear what you are saying regarding cast time. But I'll stick with thinking this might be a priority.
  12. The result of some farming is changes that impact lots of folks. <-- has been stated before The actions of some end up affecting others. It gets old seeing "show me proof that farming affects them in any way," Is it all farming that is an issue, no. Is the farming you are doing affecting other, probably not. But you leave no room for the possibility that SOME farming is problematic and ends up impacting others when changes have to be made.
  13. No. I think a number of people are conflating several topics. There is some tuning being done and addressing an outlier, pretty simple.

  15. Do you really think it's this bad? I don't. Sure there's a lot of huffing and puffing. But as Flea pointed out look at the new stuff coming as well. New content, powerset, costume stuff, advance mobs, lots of good stuff. Forced to team, nah. Concern about some outliers, yes. But overall AE was already addressed and we'll see where it is after this patch. Further adjustments will likely be made. Door sitting, nah. A minor annoyance for pugs having folks 'learning' how to play when already at high levels. It's summer time. Nothing to get all fired up about except my brand new bbq in 100 degree weather.

  18. Preference and maybe a little less herky jerky overall. If a player loves Bio or Shield, take em.

  20. There is a change on it's way which will allow additional aggro. While not 10 groups, it will give taunt an improved role.
  21. @Astralock good point, though /dark does have Howling Twilight with it's -500% regen for 90s on a timer that is easily perma rad emission has some -res and -def out of the box which are also nice. I just find /dark more forgiving (could just be playstyle)
  22. range: a fire or ice /dark corrupter damage, heals, control, etc. with -res procs most all an find enough debuffs to take out some large targets. melee: an energy melee/energy aura stalker will zoom through content

  24. By the way, I would have voted for the first option we saw which left opening up Incarnates abilities via AE but removed Empyreans. This seemed simple and direct.
