  1. The damage and notify has to stay, so the damage procs in Confuse IO sets have a purpose. One of them even has a picture of musical notes on it, for crying out loud!
  2. And while we're at it, it'd be great if instead of shooting at players, they shoot at Blue Ink Men, before they can cast Siphon Speed.
  3. Only external boosts. They accept enhancements, for the most part. Musculature will increase the damage that Lores and Judgements deal, Resilient and Agility will buff Barrier Destiny, Nerve will make your Lore and Judgement more accurate, etc. There's some scattered exceptions (and some of those are probably bugs), but aside from Recharge (which Incarnate powers always ignore), you can expect your Alpha ability to affect your Lore, Judgement, and Destiny where appropriate.
  4. You have the Vanguard base day job.
  5. The biggest surprise I had was that most Alpha effects will also buff Judgement, Lore, and Destiny powers. Recharge being the obvious exception.
  6. There's kind of a plot reason for Aeon's gloves becoming a costume piece, related to his Strike Force. Odysseus's gloves, however, are a one-of-a-kind pair, and they get destroyed at the end of Mortimer Kal's Strike Force.
  7. Sub-50s running WSTs get a massive chunk of XP at the end; 50s only get a piece of mostly-deprecated incarnate salvage. I think the idea was to add incentive to run WSTs on 50s.
  8. Except for that 10% the AH takes.
  9. Well it's been over 24 hours since I made a major change to the sheet, which could possibly mean it's finally complete! In celebration, I've edited the first post to reflect all the changes and additions I've made since the initial posting.
  10. Update: There is now a field to set the Type of your set, either Craftable or Attuned-Only (like ATOs, or Overwhelming Force). Choosing "Attuned-Only" as your set type automatically marks every enhancement as Unique, regardless of whether you have checkboxes in the "Unique?" column marked. Similarly, marking enhancements as Superior is now done by selecting "Very Rare" for the set's Rarity. The "Superior?" column has been replaced with the "Unslot?" column.* Marking checkboxes in this column makes the tool temporarily ignore an enhancement's contribution to the final slotted values, allowing you to quickly see what totals the set would give if the marked enhancements were not slotted. Lastly, the colors of several aspects have been updated to more closely match their enhancement colors in-game. *Hot tip: Removing the "Superior?" column means it's no longer possible to use the tool to try out certain frankenslotting setups, specifically mixing +5 purples with normal IOs. Buuuut... if you click on a box in the booster column and type in 11.25 as the value instead of using the drop down menu, the numbers for that enhancement will be identical to a +5 purple with the same aspects.
  11. If you want to enhance 5 aspects in a non-Superior set, something's gonna come up anemic. Synapse's Shock has the exact same amount of end reduction, for example. Don't discount that global end cost reduction in the set bonuses, though, that can be pretty big.
  12. Update: It's now possible to use either Proc option in sets that you only give one proc, rather than only using the second proc option when you want to use both. This one took me ALL DAY
  13. Please stop shaming the mobs for reacting to your harsh words by attempting to leave the stressful situation rather than react with typical toxicity and escalate.
  14. Update: The error checking for duplicated enhancements is no longer fooled by setting some enhancements to Unique or Superior.
  15. Update: The aspect columns will now indicate when they hit the three different ED soft caps.
  16. Update: There is now a field to set the rarity of your set. It's now possible to mark enhancements as Unique.
  17. @TheZag is right, there's too few Accurate Healing sets.
  18. Update: Set Category can now be selected from a drop down menu.
  19. By all means, design one and propose it. I like to think I made doing that sort of thing much easier. 😁
  20. Update: It's now possible to have two separate proc effects in a set, in case you want to make another set like Steadfast Protection. Proc aspects no longer increase the Effective Total IO count.
  21. Part suggestion, part advertisement! I recently finished making a tool to design IO sets (link in my sig), and I thought, "What better way to break it in than using it to suggest a new set?" This is Genesis, a purple-rarity Healing Set.
  22. More additions to the tool: Fields have been added to allow you to set the level range of your set. Detected errors now display in a less harsh shade of red. The cells where you select the rank of the set bonuses now change color to match the selected rank.
  23. Additions to the tool, Rested Edition: The enhancement aspect dropdowns now detect duplicate aspects Fixed a formatting bug that happened if an enhancement contained only a Proc and the fifth chosen aspect
  24. Additions to the tool, Couldn't Sleep Edition: It's now possible to ignore PvP Set Bonuses in the Set Bonus Rank total The second and third set bonuses in a tier can also be optionally ignored in the total, for example if you want to count a damage resistance and mez resistance pair as one bonus, as they often are in game. Putting too many aspects into one enhancement will still show errors, but it will also now show what the values of those enhancements would be if that were possible in-game. It's now possible to choose "None" from the drop down menus for enhancement aspects Using Superior IOs now increases the Effective Total IO count
