  1. +2 for on topic roleplay prose response. -2 for barely veiled insults.
  2. I know this much is Troooo!
  3. Happy Mother's Day, Hyper-Momma!
  4. Happy FiveO de Mayo! I generally prefer soft flour tortillas for tacos, burritos, and similar things. For tortilla chips it's gotta be corn.
  5. COUNTER-BIDS!
  6. The bigness is part of what DOES keep players, IMO. Every time you think you've got everything covered, you discover another layer to explore, dissect, analyze, and master. One additional point: I don't think we need to worry about attracting new players or retaining old players, other than periodically adding new powers, maps, costumes, stories. Many of us have been playing this game for close to 20 years. I may occasionally get bored and play less, but I always come back. I don't think I'll leave as long as I can see a screen and push buttons.

  8. I don't count stuff that is slotted or stored in base or character email/hero pack stuff either. I also don't keep a spreadsheet, or keep a bunch of inf stored on e-mails. I know I have more than 30 billion, but I don't know exactly how much. I do know that have more than I can spend. I have about 40 level 50s and each has what I consider to be a top-tier build. Each one of them got 200-300 mil in starter cash as well as access to the base storage. By the time they get to 50, or shortly thereafter, they have made back all that initial investment and by the time they get to +3 most have about 500 mill in cash. They get there just by playing, crafting, converting and selling their drops. Older characters have more because once I consider them "finished" I have them put in a bunch of lowball bids and then craft, convert, and sell that stuff when I periodically log them in every few months or so to collect sales & purchases, then restock and move them to a new dayjob location. I might even play them for a few missions or TFs before parking them and going on to the next. When anyone gets close to 2 billion, then I do send an email with that 200-300mill starter fund for the next project to collect.
  9. Oh, I have a feeling that many of the posters in this thread touch plenty of grass . . .
  10. I think Mu'Vorkan could make sense. Or maybe someone new. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Mu'Vorkan
  11. This is what I do: If you look at my power bars numbered 3 and 6, you'll see the icons for different MM controls. I drag and drop them from the MM pet windows and can then edit them, if I want. So I generally run in BG mode until I get to a group, use an attack or debuff, and after taking the alpha I direct them to attack particular targets. The focused fire makes them go down quicker and if I feel threatened I can go back into BG mode. I also enable team inspirations and disable small inspirations once my build is close to complete. It's a lot easier for me to use a team one before engaging or even during battle than feeding them to individual pets.
  12. Damned and Overseers with Thermal powers!! Yikes! Dark AND Fire attacks combined are a dangerous combo. I'm assuming that the normal -tohit from dark attacks applies too. These new Hellions are no joke. Maybe make it in DA instead of RWZ. There's a lot more CoT, Demons, and magic in that zone and it's still co-op. Perhaps the Hellions found some way to tap into the magic that Mot left behind after being defeated.
  13. The scaling resist in SR or the Reactive Defenses proc would be an example of that. There's also some powers in Rad Armor and perhaps Bio that give different effect depending on current health/endurance stats. Or even defiance 1.0. We also have Force of Nature/Geas of the Kind Ones that boost Recovery, Acc, and Recharge at a cost of lost defense. The more I think about it, the more I'm liking Six-Six's take on it.
  14. This is very true, but it's also dependent on people's personalities. I really like figuring out puzzles in the game, like how to run the newest TF, Trial, or Raid. Others don't want to run the content until someone else has figured it out and told them how to do it.
  15. Only a rare few are authorized to touch Cobra Commander . . .
  16. And fleas. That server is buggy!
  17. That's crazy talk!
