  1. A pet peeve I have had forever. When you're down to the last mob, and the henchmen wont kill it, waiting for your order, even when you're not running bodyguard mode. They just stand there and stare at it.
  2. Rage Quit - the entire team is immediately disbanded from the SS tankers team and is teleported to the mission door exit. He immediately becomes docile for 15 seconds while a poison like aura forms around him causing all mobs to vomit on his shoes.
  3. I like street sweeping so much I make up my own content. Like I will choose a level 29 Ouro arc with no intention of doing it, then go to Talos and hunt Tsoo, or go to IP and hunt Family Bosses. Even Echo Dark Astoria to kill BP. That's hella fun with a Fire tank.
  4. If it was true sorcery it would only find the Nice presents.
  5. To answer your first question: As a tank how does it feel to you to chase down a foe you knocked away? To me it feels pretty ok. My first tank on live was a WarMace and we knocked everything away or up, and no one cared. Until I teamed with a burn tank then he cared, what-ever. Yeah, I wasted a burn patch, but so what. When I play a blaster and I knock something away, I own that guy until he's at zero health. So you don't need to concern yourself about chasing him down. You can if you want to but you don't have to. EDIT: The only powers that need KB/KD, imo, are pets that do knockback. Like some controller pets, or masterminds.
  6. Croissants, of course. They are SO delicious. And Clark Bars I sometimes find in old vending machines. C,mon, you rascal! Drop!!
  7. Then you should keep it, if you have a use for I, absolutely. I personally don't do this, on any character (even a stalker). I don't use glue arrow much, mainly when I exemplar down. Flash Arrow I have no need for as I am Illusion and I want PA seen, even by multiple groups.
  8. My Illusion/TA Controller is my go to for hard content. The only arrow I don't use is flash arrow. Emp Arrow is very useful, even after you obtain incarnate status protection.
  9. We may have lost Statesman, but there's still a Phrendon Largo on every server, and I take solace in that. (Even though he lost his sidekick Praxitas long ago)
  10. Willpower is more based on resistance than defense. Don't know anything about Energy. Katana/SR would be a good defensive pairing, since Brutes don't get Ninjitsu.
  11. I just noticed the other day, the Arisen Mummy sometimes applies a debuff to you that can last well past the battle. Along with a fly-buzzing Aura, it applies a definite -recovery and probably a -resistance and a -regen. (Not sure, didn't look at the numbers) I call it the "Funk of 40,000 Years."
  12. I have a Psi/Regen Sent at lvl 37 that I roleplay with as a Rikti Mentalist costume sometimes. Her only complaint is that a lot of the EB monsters end up running away from her and she can't soft control them to keep them planted. Frustrating. Anything boss lvl and down can be taken care of just fine. Soloing an EB is just an exercise in frustration. 😕
  13. I've showed my oldest grand-daughter the game. Focusing on the costume creator. (She is only 6 1/2, so I wouldn't have her in game yet) She really didn't seem too interested. I think if she understood all the options more, she might enjoy making costumes, but, alas, I need to give her more time. My son, who is 36 now, played the game briefly on live, but has no interest in continuing. He is more fond, I believe, in FPS or survival games. He also likes to be a DM at game nights at his house.
  14. I just verified my top 6 lvl 50 fully built characters. None have more than 3 slots each in Health and Stamina FA/Savage Tank runs 6 toggles(3H,3S), SJ/IceArmor Stalker runs 8 toggles(3H,3S), EM/Inv Brute runs 7 toggles(3H,3S), DA/Katana Scrapper runs 6 to 9 toggles(3H,3S), EN blast/Traps Corruptor is 3 slotted Health 1 slot in Stamina, Ill/TA Controller is 2 Health and 3 Stamina
  15. Maria Jenkins is the mother of Leeeeeeroy Jenkins. She is totally embarrassed, but still loves him.
  16. Exactly. Plus sometimes I forget what difficulty level I am on, then I start a lowbie flashback, and try to finish the mission without exiting and resetting. Also, on a couple of toons I self sacrifice (probably not the correct word here) like turn off green drops, or play a solo defender who does not take a self healing power, just to add my own challenge to the character. I almost never start a character with the express purpose of min/maxing. I eventually just get to a point where I don't think I need to adjust this slotting anymore then I just play the character that way. Which is fine, until an update changes a power in a way that I have to address the power pick or the slotting by respec, which I hate to have to do.
  17. I still get defeated at least once a day on one of my characters, so by that metric, the game is still not too easy. I slot what I slot to get the job done...eventually.
  18. Yeah, she's been there for some time. I was assuming there may be a hero only faction thing that wasn't ready for the last update, but her placement was decided so they just left her in place.
  19. This. I have a WM/Regen scrapper and a Psy/Regen Sentinel. I like them both, although neither are favorites. I play defenders with enough defensive mitigation, that I can turn off green drops and still play well. My regen scrapper, who is supposed to be able to regen health so fast, eats more green skittles than any other character, that is if Im not caught in a long attack animation and die before the game realizes I tried to eat that green. My Sentinel almost never dies because she hovers at range and never takes a punch to the face.
  20. It really shines on zone event type stuff, like zombie apocalypse and the MSR.
  21. My AR/Dev is range focused. Have to watch though, my Full Auto easily reaches unintended groups with the newly widened cone.
