you are on the right track, asking questions, looking around. remember for tough solo missions you can use temp powers (even temp pets!) many are available from P2W

In my opinion you need a character you love. Love the concept, the archetype, the powers. When i started i loved Brutes. Now it is Blasters. If you create a character you have a deep attachment to then you will enjoy the game. If you build based on “what us best” probably not….

Lately all my energy has been studying German. Which I am now on the board (A1 level….which means i suck at it….). So…. Just doong studying, some CoH, work of course (so many bodies…). And a few 10min chess games. I play at 1700-1800 in that time category for those curious

Cosmic Council would run this 2xweek for years. Once for Really Hard Way, once for Triple Threat. The rest of the badges were, of course, cake. When you get good at the Trial (“people too good at the videogame” level of goodness) then you realize this is an issue and dance around it. unless, of course, you just think you are that good…
