Do away with enhancemnet conversion dropdown menu
Bopper replied to xl8's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
I'd also be happy with one drop down menu that houses all three -
They're already coming back up now.

In regards to 1) Most PBAoEs are 8 ft radius. So you still have 25% more reach than what most sets get. In regards to 2) Titan Sweep (fast) and Follow Through got 0.1s slower while Arc of Destruction (fast) got 0.13s faster. I'm not sure what you meant by the slowest animation in the game got slower, though.

You are mistaken. There is no Endurance cost suppression.

Mid's Reborn: Hero Designer
Bopper replied to Metalios's topic in Mids' Reborn Hero Designer's Forum
Search where you installed Mids and look for a file called config.json. Delete that file. Then try reopening Mids. -

If it helps, you can now download all the CoD data. UberGuy added that feature recently, and it's organized by PowerCategory/PowerSet/Powers. So fairly simple to sift through

I see, when I get time I can maybe write a parsing tool to find all that info. Some one who knows what they're doing can probably do it much faster.

Goes without saying, there are powers that give damage resistance (which protects against damage debuffs and damage resistance debuffs) and there are mez resistances. You also have effects like Knockback resistance (Evasive Maneuvers), Heal resistance and TP resistance.
-
All attributes can have a resistance to debuffs. Not sure how extensive of a list you want, but I believe there are powers that do perception resistance
-
For ST DPS, you will need Rage, Knockout Blow, Gloom. Then you have to decide if you want Haymaker and/or Cross Punch, and maybe sprinkle in Dark Obliteration proc'd out.

That's a pretty vague question. Your personal DPS may not be great for a blaster, but the -res stacking (13%) that you'll do will surely help all the other teammates in your iTrial. Consider that as extra contribution from yourself and you'll be a positive influence on your team. In my opinion, it has a space for iTrials, but that feels like a low bar to clear.

There's no Regeneration AT modifier. In the case of Benumb, it uses Ranged_Ones as the modifier table for PvE, so all AT versions of Benumb does the same Regeneration debuff because they use the same scale (-5.0 = 500% regen debuff). There are likely examples of powers that use Melee_Ones or Ranged_Ones as the table, but they adjust the scale across ATs. I can't think of any true apples-to-apples comparison where the same version of a power from the same Category Name, but someone might think of one. Interestingly enough, in PvP the Regen debuff effect in Benumb does not use Ranged_Ones. It uses Ranged_Res_Boolean, which does change across ATs.

Tombstone power not accepting sniper attack enhancements
Bopper replied to Chance_Fletcher's topic in Bug Reports
What level are you and what level was the enhancement? -
Everything in Stone Armor, other than Geode, is a must have. Geode is a great mule for preventive medicine and is a nice pseudo-hibernate in certain situations, but odds are you'll 6 slot Earth's Embrace with it so it's not really needed. Stone Melee, you will maybe skip Fault and Hurl Boulder. You could skip your choice of the T1 or T2, but both are fine to keep. Your must haves are Assassin's Smash and Seismic Mallet. Tremor is a large AoE for a stalker, so I'd recommend taking it for its ok damage, good mitigation, and a great vehicle for your Chance to Recharge Build Up proc to fire from.
-
You're right. It's a 30' radius (instead of the typical 25'). It also won't notify the enemy until impact. Some (myself included) would use Meteor, then Upthrust (slow projectile), then Rock Shards. All 3 will hit at about the same time usually.
-
Either way you're getting the snipe. Question becomes, do you want extra AoE with ball lightning or do you want a one slot wonder by having LotG slotted in shadow meld for alpha absorbing in between mobs (it doesn't root bit has long cast time, so I use it while running to a group. If you're only getting a snipe, go with Soul since it can slot one more damage proc

Back on Beta, I would 4-slot it. I forget exactly, but I think I used a +5 Winter Move/End, +5 Blessing Move/End, +5 Thrust unique and +5 Launch unique. I think that got me to around 95% enhancement in run and jump speed while having the extra jump height and run speed to help me get around even better. I think with Sprint on I was hitting the old Super Speed cap while also having the old Super Jump speed cap. Jump Height is still, meh, but if you ever need more jump height just use Steam Jump
-
You might look at using a Blessing of the Zephyr instead of the Jump IO, if you'd like more run speed. I dont recall what requires hitting the Jump speed cap for infiltration, but it isn't much. If you can hit is with just two Winter's (Move+Move/End), you might look to Thrust's unique to get an extra 10 mph of run speed.

Yeah, this bug has been passed along and will be fixed. I did additional research on this topic and found the following details not yet shared: The impacts of this bug are both cosmetic and performance base. The cosmetic bug is the "Hidden" message will only show up if your kMeter is at 1.0 or more, which was the cause for alarm in this bug report. We'd use Placate but not see "Hidden". It turns out, this mostly does not matter as almost every stealth crit effect checks for "if kMeter > 0". So even though we may not have our kMeter reach 1.0 to see "Hidden", our attacks still see that we are "somewhat hidden" and goes ahead with the stealth crit effect anyways. Since VEATs don't have non-hidden crits, they were not impacted and will see absolutely no change to performance with this bug fix, which leads us to Stalkers. What is impacted by this bug: Assassin's Strike and non-crit effects. Assassin's Strike uses redirects that is supposed to check if you are hidden or not. However, instead of first checking to see if kMeter > 0, it checks for if kMeter < 0.9 (which is standard for effects checking for non-hide crits). Because it is checking for kMeter < 0.9, we see Placate against higher level foes causing AS to redirect to the Fast version instead of falling back to the Slow version. The bug fix will correct this behavior. Of that same nature, the non-hide crits for Stalkers are double-dipping. Placate (from outside of Hide) used against foes that are +2 level or greater will result in your kMeter being set to something between 0 and 0.8. Well, when stealth crit effects check for kMeter > 0 and non-hide crit effects check for kMeter < 0.9, that means both effects will be satisfied. This also means it is possible to get two crits with your attack: the stealth crit (100% of the time) and the non-hide crit (10%-31% of the time). I tested this theory with my energy melee stalker against level 54 Rikti in RWZ. Sure enough, I pulled off a triple Energy Focus crit thanks to Placate. So all that being said, yeah...it's definitely getting fixed. Bugs like that don't live long in this game.

Sometimes if you have the +HP, you don't need the heal.

That's why I always put starters in the 1 key, builder 2, finisher 3. Easier to remember 1 2 3
