    Guide Index

It's been over 2 years since it's been edited. Safe to say nothing is being added. It should probably be unstickied.
  2. You could look it up under the old name on Live. Look up energized shield for romans and phalanx fighting for romans. But yes, cryptic also has the data. Keep in mind, the website does not update automatically. It is manually done by UberGuy. So if he's away, it won't update until he gets the time.
  3. Like I showed, it's 22.5% of max end per minute. So take your max end (let's say it's 110, assuming you have accolades). To convert that to end per second is trivial: 22.5% x 110 / 60 = +0.4125 end/sec
  4. The endurance proc will be 7.5% of your max Endurance. So if you have 110 max end in your build, it will proc 8.25 endurance. The chance to proc is 50% every 10s, so on average you are looking at 3 x 7.5% per minute = 22.5% max end per minute which is the same as saying 22.5% recovery.
  5. So you don't see something like this?
  6. The damage and endurance is almost always following the design formula. You can check what the recharge of each power is and see what costs wrong endurance and/or what does wrong damage.. The endConstant is 0.65 and ATconstant is 0.80
  7. You want it to show you the amount of health and endurance you get back?
  8. Previously it was broke. But I can tell you how it was designed to work. They made a pseudopet that checked the AT of your character to decide the scale of the pet damage you would do. So for a Brute it would use 0.75 scale, yet you were capped at 400% damage because of the pet. But like I said, it was broke. If you had Spring Attack before it would not accept enhancements. So it never procced and it never buffed damage if you slotted it with damage enhancements. Now it works via an execute power (iirc). The way it works, you teleport then you chain into a different power that does the attack.
  9. Yes, they did change it. It's no longer a pseudopet
  10. The issue isn't the root time, as it matches the cast time of the power. The problem seems to be the animation time is much longer than the cast time (by a full second)
  11. Example Builds from Template: CT Off and Darkest Night - extra SLEN Resist bonuses.mxd CT Off and Spin with ATO set.mxd CT Off and Taunt - ATO in Telekinetic Blast.mxd CT Off and Confuse - ATO in TB.mxd Strike and Assault.mxd CT Off and Confuse - ATO in TB.mxd
  12. In a previous thread, I showcased numerous Widows that I designed and played. One of those builds got me hooked and I kept tweaking little details slightly to provide new flavors of the same concept. This became such a common practive of mine that I simply created a Template build in Mids and have been sharing it with others. The concept of the template is simple: I typically take the same base build, but I am left with 2 power selections and 6 enhancement slots. With those choices, I create a new version of the build. Here is the template: The build leaves you with very strong defenses and lots of proc damage. From there, you can finish it however you like: The last power does not need to be selected at level 49, feel free to move that to wherever is appropriate. The Level 2 power is set, however. Typically I look to take either Strike, CT:Offensive, or Subdue with that selection. With the other, I either look at Spin, Confuse, Total Domination, Confront, Darkest Night, or TT:Assault. But really, the choice is yours. Quick Details on the build: ST approach: Follow Up > Lunge > Dominate > Gloom > repeat or AoE AoE approach: Aim > Psychic Wail > Dark Obliteration > Psionic Tornado > switch to ST attacks to finish off hard targets Control approach: Psychic Wail > Aura of Confusion. What's not dead or stunned gets confused and starts attacking eachother. Oh Shit buttons: Rune of Protection and Demonic Aura (Eye of the Magus). RoP has a 33% uptime, so it's my first line of defense when I need to absorb some hits. If it's on cooldown, then Demonic Aura is my next fallback. These powers provide extremely strong resistances that pair perfectly with your scaling resistances. Plenty of times I have been softcapped and at 85% resistance to all and had nothing to fear despite my low health bar.
  13. I'm just as confused as you. I think it's in the comments (check last few pages) but I'll add it back in tonight.
  14. It would be a very strong combo. Try it out. And feel free to use multiple builds, like make one build a Widow and another a Fortunata, make one a Bane and one a Crab.
  15. It's worth noting the snipe damage on Scrappers is doing less than its supposed to. But it will be fixed in page 3
  16. Testing never really ends. Folks are welcome to join my Testing Discord if they want to participate in helping new developments.
  17. Things are already being tested in closed beta (technically alpha?). I have no estimate as to when it will reach Brainstorm. As for announcements, Cipher mentioned the need for testers in Saturday's Donations announcement. Maybe not exactly what you were looking for but it was an indication of things happening soonish
  18. Just the cast time
  19. Known issue
  20. Correct, this is a known display bug where powers that are DoTs include Fiery Embrace's damage in the calculations.
  21. It actually did get addressed. The speed on EvMa was cut in half during beta development. It is now set at a speed that puts Hover+EvMa near the same in-combat Run/Jump speed when Sprint is on (which also doesn't suppress speed in combat).
  22. You can look at this build for ideas
  23. You made a Fortunata, not a Night Widow. A NW version has base cooldown of 240s, while Fortunata version has base cooldown of 300s.
